I remember watching it the night it aired, especially since I never bought OTE the night before. Saddest night of professional wrestling, hands down. I mean, Eddie's death and all was sad and a shock, but just the way Owen died and most everyone in the company at the time having never experienced something like that, it was unbelievable.
And, you think of how everyone still stayed in character most of the time before then and to see guys like Triple H breaking down crying and Mark Henry reading that poem he wrote, it was sad, and definetly something that I'll never forget.
thanks for that, though

That was some emotional stuff, specifically with Mark Henry and the whole "You feel the burn when you cry"

God, I remember watching this and crying like a baby. It was so emotional, not only for the superstars but for his fans as well.

The one that got to me the most was Debra's surprisingly, Triple H's was the most heartfelt I thought.

I thought Jeff Jarrett's was the most difficult because he really was good friends with Owen.
May 23 took his best friend and his wife. Poor guy.

Triple H was a wreck.
I got emotional during the Benoit tribute, when Edge started crying after he said that there is 3 people he turns to in this business and two of them are gone. That was, of corse, before I realise what realy transpired in the whole Benoit tragedy.
