Not to be "that guy" but we do have a fix-up and a custom thread.
Either way, it looks good.

Wow, that looks incredible. I remember a lot of people wanting to make him back when the Tornado first came out, but I didn't expect to see him done this quickly. Overall, it looks very nicely done and I can't imagine how much you had to mod the head. Great job.

amazing, I would totally do this once I find an extra Tornado, and if I ever am able to get a Douglas offline somewhere, what do you have to do to the head in order to get it to fit onto the Mattel body? is it something that someone with little customizing experience can do?

Another great fix-up. Loved the Hogan more but this is still a very nice figure.

It is, but you'll need to be careful not to ruin the head. You need to cut the head off of the neck, because with most of the old Toy Biz WCW figures the head and neck were all molded as one piece. Once you cut off the neck you'll need to hollow out the head with a dremel or exacto knife so it'll fit on the Mattel neck.

Glad to see someone else used my idea of the OSFTM Shane head, looks much better than the WCW head.

Looks ok, but original was a better choice, imo. Looks a little too big. But im obsessive complusive and that stuff gets to me sometimes.
