Amityville Horror (2005) - I actually enjoy this version and find it scary. Ryan Reynolds is really good when he's not in an action movie.
Also watched Changing Lanes 7/10 except for ending scene 1408 8/10 The Hurt Locker 9/10 The Book of Eli 8/10 Carriers 8/10 V.H.S 2 7/10

Also for those of you who have seen The Book of Eli, do you think he was blind because some people say he was in the movie and others say he wasn't. I don't think he was because he always made eye contact where as the the blind lady with Gary Oldman never did. You can say like oh his heightened senses helped him know where they were standing but that doesn't mean he's gonna make direct eye contact with the people which he did

Watched The Interview and I, Frankenstein last night.
The Interview was what I expected. A typical Seth Rogan movie with the dry humor of James Franco added in. Funny, tasteless and mindlessly entertaining. When Skylark flips the script on Un, I was really surprised how serious the movie got for about five minutes. The "Fireworks" references were stellar, especially in the final scene with the nukes.
I, Frankenstein was again, solid. I saw it when it came out in theaters because my lady friend was really interested in seeing it, so upon seeing it a second time, it was a really solid action movie.

Taken 3 (2015)
Taken 3 has everything you'd come to expect from a Taken movie: A tired plot, incoherent direction, mindless action, and choppy, frantic editing.
Skip it. If you've seen one, you've seen them all.

I was enjoying the movie up until the scene with the dog. That ruined the movie for me....and has continued to do so until this day. my last was Kingsman. Vaughn has done it again....really enjoyable stuff IMO. he should be ashamed of himself for being a producer on "Average 4 vs Blogger Doom" though.

If you've seen one, you've seen them all. Bloodless action in a film that warrants bloody action, i hated Taken 2 and will be avoiding Taken 3 like the plague. Raid 1 and 2, John Wick are what action films should be in recent years.
