Return of the Living Dead
Picked this up at Best Buy on Blu Ray for only $6.99. No way could I pass that up.

Crimson Peak (2015)
Guillermo Del Toro went old-school with Crimson Peak. It is a gothic romance melodrama inside of a horror thriller set to a colorful, atmospheric environment.
It makes me sad that this movie isn't getting more attention. It deserves it.

Birdman
Finally got around to watching this and was pretty disappointed. A little too dramatic for my taste. Michael Keaton did pretty good, though.

I watched it recently and I couldn't figure out where the hell all the hype came from with all the award shows and sh*t I mean I thought it a good/decent movie but it wasn't some theatrical masterpiece or anything like what they hyped it up to be IMO

Birdman is a great movie, and one of the more ambitious movies in recent memory. It's a layered story driven by powerful performances and dark humor, and is technically sound. I loved the cinematography and the play within a play motif.

I don't think I have seen this since the early 80's, but today I watched the original "Walking Tall" staring Joe Don Baker. Still a great movie.
