The umpteenth re-run of 'Liar Liar' on Freeview. Always a fun watch because of Jim Carrey's antics. Amazing to think it's 20 years old now, and Jennifer Tilly is now 59. Dang! I figured maybe late 30's or early 40's.Then how old did you think she was when she did the film? She did it when she was 39...which means she did Bound when she was 38. Wow.

Fist Fight Get Out
I enjoyed Fist Fight much more than I ever thought I would. Get Out was good, but strange as hell.

Mad Max: Fury Road. A triumph of a film, and no mistake IMO. Watched it again, this time on Netflix. Superb.

'Nocturnal Animals'. I thought it was well made and a decent film if you like a dark thriller.

War Dogs Ended up enjoying this a lot more than I thought I would. The story is utterly compelling, it blows my mind that this actually happened. also Ana de Armas is really hot. 8/10 Yeah, I watched this a few weeks back and enjoyed it as I thought I would. Felt they could have stretched the story out more but at least they were true to the actual events. Good movie.

I'm currently watching CHIPS.
Not sure how I feel about it. I like the relationship between Jon and Ponch, but at the same time, the movie overall is pretty weak.

The Truman Show
I"m almost 20 years late on this one. The concept is interesting, but it just wasn't my thing.

The Truman Show I"m almost 20 years late on this one. The concept is interesting, but it just wasn't my thing. The concept was very cool at the time, with 'Big Brother' really starting to come to the fore. I thought Ed Harris brought a decent amount of emotion to the film, particularly at the end. I believe he actually got an Academy Award nomination for this role. Great actor.
