WOW! WTF!
I just got a letter back from Mattel stating that my submission was disqualified.
The reason was -
"Your 4 UPC code blister card(s) were not included, were insufficient or do not qualify for this promotion. Please see the enclosed official rules for this promotion."
I mailed in the bottom cardboard only so I guess you have to send in the whole freaking cardboard which would take like an 8x10 envelope???!!!

No, I didn't send in basics. There's a list of reasons and they only checked the blister one. There's a number I can call to speak to Mattel Relations but they are closed right now. Well I'm screwed, gotta wait and buy some more I guess and send in the whole cardboard piece since the rules say not the figure of plastic window. Several from Elite series 9 and Legends series 5. Which figs did you use? Were they from the list?

That sucks man. I cut out just the white bottom part of the packages. They should at least tell you exactly what was wrong or at least return the stuff to you or something.

I sent in the entire bottom of the cardboard, I didn't cut just the UPCs out.
It cost me 2 stamps to mail in 4 entire bottoms of the UPCs, receipts and the filled out form.

That doesnt make sense. Unless the UPC didnt match the receipts for some odd reason which I highly doubt. I would def call them first thing.

Only other problem I could see is if the Assortment Numbers don't match whats in the promo. Did you buy all of your figs during the promo period, or did you do that return figs/re-buy to get a new reciept? I don't know how those work, but that's the only other variable I'm seeing.

First I got an email saying that my order is being processed which was about 1 week and a half ago. Today I get the letter in the email. I'll scan it if I got time today. The only thing that sucks is that I don't get my UPCs back. At least that would show me what I did wrong but the letter states I have 30 days to resubmit LOL. What am I supposed to do? Rebuy everything? LOL. This is my second submission, now I'm nervous about the other one I sent in. What? I did the same thing! Now I'm worried. Did they email you or actually send you a letter in the mail?

Did you buy and return your items? When I went to TRU the first time to get my receipt adjusted, it had exchange printed on the receipt. It had the old date of original purchase and the new date of "the exchange." To be safe I went back to TRU and just returned the items completely and purchased them again so it would have a purchase date and not an exchange. Only thing that could make sense. Unless they just plain screwing you!

Maybe it was because you sent 2 submissions. Didn't it say somewhere that it was 1 per household?
EDIT Sorry, it says 5 per household, so that can't be it.
