Nice, I am looking to start my Popy collection soon. My favorite would be Race, and he isn't easy to come by. But it's fun because you have to actually look for the figures, they don't pop up on Ebay all the time, frequently they will though.

Well, in my neck of the woods we only saw like the first 2 series of Hasbros, the ring, soundmodule too I believe. Then when Toybiz held the WCW license we saw figs up to the series with Kanyon... Oh, and the He-Man like bootlegs were also available. So to me, the internet became one huge shopping mall...

thanks for the pics. Never saw the Hogan or hansen. Who all else is in the set? Maybe I should start looking for these. *EVER CHECKED THE DATABASE?* Hogan, Inoki, Abby, Hansen, Mascaras, Andre, Backlund, Race, Dory & Terry Funk.

This is the first official series of wrestling figures ever made, and it is still probably the greatest lineup ever. Certified legends like MIL F'N MASCARAS, HULK HOGAN, Andre, Race, The Funks, Hansen...come on! No single Jakks Classics series can even rival that! And they just look really cool. I've been looking for Mil and Hogan at a good price for a while now. I'd love to add those to my collection.
Nice collection, Ruby Fusion!

wow. I didn't realize there was that much of a market for these. I was thinking under a hundred. These date back from 1981 (that's before AWA or LJN figs), were only available in Japan and were discovered by the western world (read: coloradorocket and brian and bubba of big brothers wrestling figure site) like 5 or 6 years ago. The last loose Hogan I found on ebay went for over $250.00

Kerry doesn't need me coming to his defense, but he asked a simple question. Maybe he doesn't have the time to go through and check an often-times faulty database. "Database" has become as big of a joke phrase on here as "No pics no proof" or the constant whining over "No kickpads." If you can't ask a question on a message board, why have it? Just link right to the precious *DATABASE*. -J\/\/

Thanks Sam Well, the puroresushop owner was my bidagent, he grabbed that pic from my winning auction. That IS my figure. It's kind of hard for me to photograph, that's why I borrow the pics from the auctions I win. I'll show a pic of my Hogan (/w IWGP belt), Abby and Andre in display case:
