Other than the doc being the one from the WWE Network (extended but not by much), this is looking good! A "YES" from me.
Just one if I see for sale on the shelf I'll be probably unable to resist picking up.

I stopped getting DVDs since most things are on the WWE Network now. However, I will get the upcoming NXT special set for the Cesaro/Neville match mainly.

Am I the only one that can't find The Shield dvd anywhere in stores? Only places I've seen it have been FYE & Best Buy. I checked Walmart the day it came out as well as the other day and they still didn't have it. They had the Rumble '15 DVD though. I guess the safest bet to do if you can't find it in-store, order online...you might come across a deal. My first time posting on this thread, but I just got it for 19.96 at WalMart last night. Hope this helps

I completely skipped the documentary since I saw it on the Network back in August already. It's pretty cool that they added some of the FCW matches; which IIRC is the first-time that any FCW match has been on a DVD/bluray release.

I went to 3 different Walmarts in my area & none of them had the DVD sale. Very annoying, because I wanted to pick one up for a friend for his birthday. Easter weekend I spent with family (4 hours from home) & their Walmart had the sale. A week past his birthday, but my friend is getting the Attitude Era Vol. 2

Out of the 3 stores nearest me, only 2 ended up doing the sale. Plus, I guess it depends on the size of the Home Video section as well.

Wow, that would be different. I've seen that match so many times, it would be cool to see a different version.

I hope its half as good as Warrior the ULtimate Legend doc they had on the network last year. Seeing him interact for the first time in over 18 years with slaughter, hulk, jake was a sight to see. i don't think we ever saw such interactions filmed in any wwe production. the hard camera match from WM6, for the crowd recations alone is worth it. Hogan is till a an insecure bitc$ for kicking out at 3 though.

I pre-ordered it and is scheduled to deliver on Tuesday. It sounds like the feature itself is going to be very unique.

I grabbed the Ultimate Warrior Blu-Ray today.... wow, what a set.
The documentary is another one of WWE's finest, pretty similar to the WWE Network special, but there's a lot more stuff added, mainly involving Warrior's family... there's a touching musical tribute at the end. Something I truly miss about WWE is the way they used to do the music tributes - there's a great one at the end of this documentary.
I'd always heard about Warrior body slamming Andre The Giant - that match is on here, so 20+ years later I finally got to watch that match. Also, Warrior VS. Earthquake was a match I always wanted to see. I haven't watched that yet, but probably will tonight....
The WrestleMania 6 Arena Cam is very cool! I didn't watch the whole thing, but from what I saw so far - it's almost like watching the match as a member of the crowd.... very cool indeed. I do plan to watch the whole match this way!
My only complaint is that there seem to be a lot of "jobber" matches.... Warrior VS. John Weiss (or something), VS. Skinner, stuff like that.... but, hey, that's what a lot of Warrior's matches were. I kind of wish they'd left a few of these matches off & dug up some more of the hidden gems..... but it's a minor complaint.
I also wish they'd put the Hogan/Warrior WCW Rematch on one of these sets.... I realize that match isn't regarded as a wrestling masterpiece - but, at least, to me - it has historical significance.
I'm a bit depressed after just watching the documentary..... such a great story, about hope, redemption..... then death. Warrior's wife Pooch is truly graceful the way she's handled this whole situation..... the whole story is an inspiration to live life the best that you can!
All in all, this will be (another) of my favorite WWE sets..... great, great job!
PS: If anyone can tell me the name of the song/artist used at the end of the documentary, I'd be very grateful! Something about "Bring Your Light"....

Watched the feature tonight. Very well put together. It's still hard to believe what happened and the timing of it all. I thought it was a cruel joke when I first heard the news (because of the reaction to him being somewhat short of breath and the sweating over that weekend as well as the heavy limp...) but it was much worse than a joke, it was reality. It still comes to mind every day. It's hard not to think about the appearances he would have made over the past year as a WWE Ambassador. The future seemed so bright. You can't help but watch the footage of him over that weekend and try to find something that may have pointed to a problem. Watching the doc brings back a lot of the feelings from a year ago, it definitely feels more recent than that, though. Time has really flown by.
