I have try and try countless ways to play with the basic line but I can't. Their leg gap is so close together that it hard to do any kind of leg move. The fact that their leg are not farther apart like Jakks figure shows me that Mattel figures is not meant to be play but rather to be collect. It so freaking hard to play with these figures. Sure they are detail but I rather have less detail and more playability.
I know most of you guys won't agree with me but they are meant as toys, not collector items. Even though you guys collect, a lot of people try to play with them.
I don't want to return them back to Mattel but it so frustrating to have such amazing figures and not being able to play with them.

What i do is put a large eraser between their legs for a day maybe. This stretches them out.

Uhhhhh....Elite line? Yes but why does one have to buy an elite just to be able to play with their toys? Also the elite don't look as good as the basic line, their leg joint look so weird. |

Like I said in your last post about this... Mattel's Basic figures have a wider leg base than Jakks RA's which was Jakks "core/main" line since 2004 when they had the WWE brand. So I don't know what you are talking about. If you mean the Jakks DA's then Mattel's answer to the Jakks DA's are Elites. Show me one RA that cam do this -   They can't because RA's have thunder thighs so you can't fit a head between the thighs. Nor can RA's lock thein hands together in front of their body like the Mattel can. |

basic figures suck, i can't believe people waste money on them. for 5 dollars more you get a much better figure with accessories.

If you are talking about early Basics then I agree. I think Basic 1 Kofi, 2 Packs 3 DH Smith, and Ezekiel Jackson are the worst when it comes to the leg space. However, I think starting in Series 7 Mattel really corrected the problem and has really improved on the leg space.

You also have to factor in that there are many more characters in the Basic line. I personally mix & match...but I have many more basics to elites. |
