Never! I just purchased 2 Legends 6 Texas Tornado figures from the Mattel Shop last week for US$35 total including shipping! Just be patient. Good things happen to those who wait!

I'm in the process of starting my own business up and I have to say that the rumours about Mattel's distribution is true. Most series don't have a release date and if they do it's a general release date such as "October 2011". Then they give out the assortment number and then another 4 digit code to identify the wave. But the trouble with that is wholesalers don't know how to identify which wave is which and Mattel either don't respond to the enquiries or say they will send the information over, but never do. It's been an absolute nightmare so far. It's almost like they don't want to make sales. That sucks. It seems like Mattel is always blaming someone else for their problems but never does a damn thing to make it better by accepting and acknowledging their own role in the crummy distribution.
