Went to PCW in Truman Arkansas. I went to help my buddy with his merch booth (F&M Wrestling Memorabilia). Had a great time The Main event was Derrick King and Dustin 5 Starr, if King won then he got Dustins woman...but if dustin won he got to shave kings head. dustin won by cheating, the match was restarted and king immediatly superkicked dustin for the win. IT was an awesome match, Dustin is a great heel witha great look and im suprised hes not hired by a big company right now. Both of them were in OVW during the early 2000s, and both have worked TNA. Derrick was the main star of the WGN show "Wrestling with death". King came by and talked to us for a good 20 mins or so, super friendly guy. I think he was surprised that i knew so much about his ovw career. Dustin came by at the same time and also chatted. after the show I met TJ Wells of the heel tagteam "The sure things" he was a super nice guy as well. He had been sitting by out booth before the show but i did not realize he was a wrestler, as im not familiar with arkansas wrestling. So after the show i went up to him and talked for a bit and bought one of his 8x10s. he autographed it for me "To J, have a great one" I always like to try and help support the indy guys by buying a promo photo or something. The attendance was around 100 or so, I made 15$ as i only brought a couple things of my own and my friend ended up making close to 150$.

This months WWE Slam Crate came with a code for a free pack of the Digital WWE Slam cards. I don't need it. If anyone wants it let me know.

Anyone into them? I recently picked up some relatively cheap "new" boxes filled with 36 packs of unopened cards. I don't have anything too rare or valuable, but I have pretty much complete sets of WWF 1987, 1990 and 1991. There is barely any value in them but they look pretty cool organized in a binder. The 1987 packs each include a stick of gum. 30 year old gum looks pretty nasty.

I got a box of the 1991 black & gold WCW cards coming. Hopefully I can complete the set. I had a whole bunch when I was a kid but they are all busted and bent now.

I actually still have a box of the purple wcw cards. The ones with the colour borders. I'll post some pics when I find them

Went to TNT Pro Wrestling : Art of War 2 in clarksville Tennessee saturday. I help with a traveling merch booth for those not familiar with the promotion is outside of nashville and is crimons (from tna) promotion crimson was nice but was really busy but we got a pic with him samuel shaw was super cool. He stopped by and talked for a good 10 minutes. he then came by when we were packing up and gave all 4 of us one of his "creepshaw" shirts! he stayed a talked about another 10mins and signed my 2012 tna program. he goes "oh man, am i even in that?" i showed him and he said he enjoyed working with silva and hendrix, i said its a shame tna never really did anything with gutcheck, he shrugged and was like oh well i guess lol before the show started we went and saw hardy. he was super cool and gracious. he signed everything we had.i got my 2012 tna program signed. after the show you could get in the ring with jeff hardy for 20$. i forgot i had my wwe 2002 hardy boys book so i got him to sign it as well. He said "oh crap i forgot about this, i dont even remember reading what we wrote" lol i thanked him and left the ring. he seemed genuinely happy to be there. im on the far right I saw crazzy steve and asked for an autograph but he was busy and leaving. next i saw bram go to the concession stand after the show (no one was in the building except staff and some vendors who were still packing) i didnt want to bother him while getting food so i waited, he signed my program when we was done. about 10 mins later he came to our booth and asked if we had any hats for sale because he was freezing (it was 30 degrees lol) I had a new goldberg beanie for sale so i just gave it to him. he was super thankful and said he just finished doing a movie with goldberg and said it was pretty much the craps lmao. he stayed and talked a good 20 mins about his career, current workings of tna, and even about flair which he didnt mind to talk about at all. He said 95% of the internet reports are always garbage. i got a pic with him, he was super cool. Amazing show, i urge anyone in the area to check out the next show.
