Such as slow time of year for horror! I need to watch the original Black Christmas some time.

As do I... side note... The Cabin in the Woods TRAILER went live the other day. It's easily one of my most anticipated of next year.

I hope this actually gets made, but I'm not going to be surprised if everything gets put on hold again.

Didn't watch one Christmas themed horror movie this year. Oh well, there's always Valentine's Day coming up.

I didn't either and it's kind of sad.

Everyone, check out this brilliant little British Horror-Thriller, Kill List. No idea if it will be out in America, but track it down. Well worth it.

Kill List didn't do it for me. I thought it was a bit too slow and all the gore/violent scenes have been done better in other movies.

Didn't realize we had a Friday The 13th coming up in a week. Time for a marathon!

Yeah. I'm excited that we have one this early in the year. I need to get a horror fix. Been out of the loop for a bit. Plus it falls right smack dab in the middle of my 5 days off work in a row.

Alright, you bums! Friday The 13th is tomorrow night! Now, I'm pretty bummed out by the lack of Friday The 13th movies I own. This all goes back to my tragic story of when my wife promised me the boxed set (1-8) for fathers day and bought me a golf shirt instead...but I digress. All I have in my house tonight is the original on VHS and the remake on DVD. But enough whining, lets get a list of favorites in honor of the closest thing we'll get to Halloween in January!
Mine are: 1) Friday The 13th Part 6 : Jason Lives! 2) Friday The 13th Part 4 : The Final Chapter 3) The Remake 4) Friday The 13th Part 2 5) Friday The 13th 6) Friday The 13th Part 3D 7) Friday The 13th Part 5 : A New Beginning 8) Friday The 13th Part 7 : The New Blood 9) Friday The 13th Part 8 : Jason Takes Manhattan 10) Jason Goes To Hell 11) Jason X
I'm not counting Freddy vs. Jason, since I've never seen it.

I'm for sure watching Friday the 13th part 2, part 3 , part 4 and part 6. My 4 favorites of the series.
Its a shame that part of these will be watched in the early hours of Saturday the 14th but i can't start watching untill about 10PM.
Part 1 is great but i prefer the ones with Jason doing the Killings.
