If i sent your item to you in a box, and it arrives banged up, i would refer to the complaints area of USPS; as provided i have at LEAST shipped it in a protective packaging (box is good enough for me and most), then the handling of that both is up to the mail service who delivered it...

you could always ask to trade the loose version for a moc version on here, I'm sure someone is going to open theirs if you want it Moc then just trade..... as long as you pay postage both ways then its a simple fix.
I agree though it is poor showing on mattel's part though.

i understand ur frustration but read the rules. they said they are not responsable for those stuff that happen to the box card. sorry to hear that bud

I got 3 total and 1 of them is in mint condition, while the other 2 were showing something I would normally call "Shelfwear". And as stated, it's been clear since day 1 that pacakging/blister damage is not considered a defect and returns wouldn't be made for it. Sucks I know, but the figure was considered "free" and I don't blame Mattel for their policy on stuff like this.
