I liked CS more toward the start and now despite the Legends going a different path with Mattel, think both can't really be compared against each other at this point in time.

Quality is better than Quantity. But I will pic a Sting and a Hogan and a Killer Kowalski over an Akeem and a Gobbedly Gooker that is FOR SOME REASON asked for.

Jakks and classics both have their moments! Like DM bret is amazing one of my personal faves
But jakks finally gave me a few stings to match my classic line (for that jakks I salute you)

with all that being said, does anyone have comparision shots of the new legends 6 WM6 Warrior vs the Jakks CS 1 WM 6 Warrior???
thanks Ahhh, what the heck, I'm bored tonight... Somehow, they both got displaced from my collection and were sitting next to each other anyway... so here you go! Mattel sure wins in the "championship belt" category... And why did JAKKS put elbow-pads on him? Both figures are good for their own reasons.

Jakks made quite a few guys. Pretty amazing. Some of them did look kinda cheap looking. I kinda wished I collected the Deluxe Classic ones but I wasnt buying figures for the Classic and Deluxe Classic run. Jakks had access to way more big names than Mattel did too so thats kinda unfair to Mattel at this point to be judged against that line. No Hogan, Jeff Hardy, Flair, Scott Hall etc etc. I think at the end of the day Mattel will pump out a lot of great legends. great post. my question is, why was Jakks so easily able to sign and make so many guys, but the bigger, better, badder Mattel is not able to? what was the difference in the who gets a fig decisions between jakks/wwe or mattel/wwe? but like you said, at he end of the day I think we'll get alot more legends. I just hope Mattel can incorperate tag teams into the Elite flashback line. say Elite 30 has 4 current guys and Animal & Hawk or Bret & Jim or new age outlaws. that'd be sweet. I'd prefer a Flashback only line though. 4 figs, every 3 months to start. 4 sets a year. 8 old school legends and 8 attitude era or current guy debut figs per yr doesnt seem like it would be to hard to do. Depending on who they put in there, they could really nail it this time like this!
