Just watched the weigh-ins and videos about their match. Pretty much interesting - I can't wait to see who's gonna win as well. In the other hand, I'm with Henderson. Rampage/Badder is promising too. Must be a great episode.

Man he is still messed up by that punch, Tamura had an interview and left the cage and his opponent still hadn't full come round, that a was nasty right hand.

Is that true? I thought Jiu Jitsu originated in Brazil.

the japanese created it as a way of competing in close range combat against somebody with a smallish weapon, i believe. something to that effect.
the brazilians just perfected it for mma purposes.

closer round... 10-9 cariaso. he controlled the first 3 minutes of the round, mizugaki had the takedown and a couple shots from the top, but cariaso had a nice sweep to get out, and then that short elbow at the end was beautiful.
could go either way

29-28 mizugaki... the 3 takedowns may make this a 30-27 fight. cariaso was better standing, but mizugaki would just keep getting that takedown at around the 2 minute mark, and he grinded it out.

wow, intriguing decision there. i guess they liked the standing more than the takedowns... ballsy call judges.

Huh, don't agree with the decision, but oh well. Yeah, I didn't agree with that one either. Never leave it in the judges hands....

cantwell is the clear better striker, and he stuffed two takedowns easy. that said, 10-9 fukuda... takedown and some gnp to kick off the round. i think cantwell will take firm control the rest of the way though.

I see Fukuda winning by decision or TKO at this point.
