I may have been one of the few fanboys that liked LayCool, but to those that have both layla and Michelle figures, are they acurate as far as scale goes (layla is shorter than Michelle)or are they both the same height? I plan on buying them once I save up more money. Thanks in advance!

Yeah, Layla could have been a bit shorter. Vickie too. They still look ok.

WTF I don't have Layla so I didn't know for sure although reading this thread informed me that Layla and McCool are basically the same height! Umm they are NOT the same height in real life so why would Mattel do that? Do they still do real scale figures or are they like Jakks now..? Picture evidence:

I don't still have her figure, but I thought I remember McCool being too short. She is like 5'10" so it should put here in scale somewhere around or between like Daniel Bryan and Dolph Ziggler in height. That being said, Layla is like 5'2" so that should make her on scale or shorter than Rey Mysterio if they are going by billed height.
I'm buying that Layla regardless because she is my favorite Diva, but I don't think they 100% knocked it out of the park unfortunately.

Michelle should be much taller, she's 5'10 but her figure is like 5'6. She should be the size of Eves figure.

Yeah, Layla could have been a bit shorter. Vickie too. They still look ok. I believe that Vickie is scaled at accurate height if you take out the fact that she has high heels on.

would someone actually be able to show a pic of them together? so we can see the height difference Mattel gave up on Diva scale a few figures ago. Kelly Kelly, Eve and Layla are all horribly wrong. Kelly and Eve can be corrected by part switching parts but Layla can't unless you change her outfit style. Something I'll consider when I get an extra or two. However, the one good thing about the Layla & Vickie's chest mold is that it's a customers dream. Not having molded straps allows for a multitude of looks. One thing I found interesting about Layla's rubber top is that unlike Natalya's, Mattel glued it closed. Although my question to Mattel is, why didn't you just paint Layla's top on? I can see why Natalya's had to be an additional piece, but Layla's didn't and it would have looked better. These rubber tops are too bulky under the arms.

Here's a bigger copy and one I took before I moved the black straps(electrical tape) thanks for this and nice layla custom! do you know if layla's skin tone matches any other of the Divas mattel produced?? Mickie James & Natalya are pretty much the same tone.

Wow cableV your custom LayCool set is awesome. Sadly they are ed up height wise..... Did Mattel just not give a when it came to the divas or is this is a problem for the men as well?

They probably don't think it's worth the expense of new molds. There is probably some cost vs usage vs return on investment formula they use to justify the creation of new mold. It's understandable, but unfortunate. I can't wait for a 5' 10" AJ. Cable V.. I love your customs.. What type of painting do you use? Testors Model Master and Tamiya Color (both acrylic)

Mattel doesn't care about Divas, that's all.
