I only display them.
I occasionally make action shots when I take pictures.. but I don't have matches or anything like that.

I have my 4 legends and 1 DM MOC as a backdrop for my loose elite display and I have a few basics and 1 elite I don't care for on a shelf. No play, I used to have a lot of imagination when I wad younger and played with toys, but that was when Riddler & Two Face from Batman Forever were my tag champs and BCA Undertaker and Austin were feuding for my title lol.

I'm a 25-year-old college student and I still enjoy buying all kinds of toys and action figures. Occasionally I find myself playing with them, especially my wrestling figures. Just the other day I was straightening my room and such and ended up sitting in my bedroom floor having a big brawl with Kane, Undertaker, Triple H, Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, John Morrison, and CM Punk. It's very nostalgic for me.
As a kid I would sit for hours and have shows with my wrestling figures... I would have continuous storylines, champions, feuds... it was my favorite thing to do next to watching wrestling, lol. I'm actually working toward having a fed in the coming months... it's going to be a hybrid pic fed/YouTube fed. It should be a lot of fun. I recently found burned CDs of one I had in 2007 and I remember how much I enjoyed it.
I think it's great that so many in their 20s still enjoy buying action figures and even play with them sometimes. As long as you're taking care of your adult responsibilities you should be able to do spend your free time how you want. I have an apartment and a girlfriend, I pay my bills, and when I have the extra money I buy video games and toys. I'm happy with it and that's the only thing that matters.

I play with my figures. Currently have JoMo v. Rhodes for the IC Title.

I display and play. There is no way I would have even started buying them if I didn't have play in mind; I remembered how much fun it was when I was a kid, so I figured I'd pick up a few over the summer on clearance, and quickly realized that it is still incredibly fun today. Plus, I can come up with better, more logical stories now. I collect all sorts of action figures though, and have for basically my entire life with no long breaks, so maybe that's why I'm more comfortable with playing with them.

Display only. Aside from being 27 and not really having the drive to play with them, I'm honestly too OCD about my collection to play with them in the fear they might get chipped or whatever. Plus, I have Xbox so I get all the fix I need with WWE12.

Play and display proudly. I probably won't ever stop either at this point. I have an extensive ongoing fed which storylines and Title histories have been kept for 8 years at this point. I don't do regular shows because I do have several other responsibilities, but I try to set aside an hour here and there. It's a great break from everything.

I wish I had the time and room to play with my figures. I don't even care that I'm 27. I don't see what the problem is. Video games are accepted as a form of entertainment. So are board games.
To me, WWE figures is just another form of entertainment or a video game/board game that I have control of.
But sadly my room is a little cluttered and I have no room to really play with them. I have my figures displayed in single file rows on my shelf, and my ESR is filled with spare accessories.
I used to have so much fun playing. I would have speakers set up for entrance themes, I would build stages, and I would write my own storylines and even go on the CPU and print up my event cards like a real WWE program.
I miss those days.
