easily the best and most invested ive ever been in jay white, or in a jay white match. awesome match. awesome effort from juice/switchblade. i havent watched omega/cody yet, im sure its superb, but i had to spread the love for that match before omega made me forget. there were a couple pinfalls that i actually marked out for, which rarely happens to me anymore. Yeah, go figure, the match he loses the belt. I agree tho, I wasn't really into what he was doing in the matches I had seen prior to this one.

NJPW announced another show in the US, they'll be back at the Walter Pryanmind in Long Beach on September 30th, it's called Fighting Spirit Unleashed. I really don't like this move since it's a few weeks after All In and the audience is mostly a traveling one. Not to mention they’re in California again. They should do someplace like Vegas. Shake it up. They have fallen in love with California. They should run the east coast, i think they'll draw.

G1 special was a good show, i instantly sat up after Hiromu got suplexed on his head, holy $%@! that was scary hopefully he didn't break his neck. The match was awesome though and another chapter in the 2nd best series of matches this decade is in the books. Juice vs. Jay White was great and both guys looked like stars especially Jay White who needed a performance like this. I'm not looking forward to Gorillas vs. The Bullet Club and a Tama Tonga singles push isn't the most exciting thing since in last years G1 he didn't blow everyone out of the water.

Thank you for the clarification. I got my facts twisted somewhere... It sucks Hiromu is hurt, but thankfully it seems not paralyzed. That was a brilliant match. I tell you though, I am always shocked at those running dropkick spots he does on/to the outside....I know he has to feel the bump hard too. Man is a maniac in the best possible way.

I'm 100% into them running MSG on Wrestlemania weekend. If that did well enough (I don't see why not) I think a few more East Coast dates would be likely, but it wouldn't be a tour.

Honestly surprised at how many people are talking about Jay/Juice. I thought the match was great but honestly I felt the way you all seem to feel now after the match with Hangman.
I think a lot of people still have the Wrestle Kingdom match in the back of their minds when it comes to “Switchblade”.
I give it a few months before he’s one of the top heels in the business.

Jay White is one of those guys that does nothing for me. I could see him as a main event level guy in a few years, but I think he has a long way to go. Everything (including Wrestle Kingdom) has felt too forced.

I think he ends up being Okada’s WK opponent. It feels like they’ll head down that road over Chaos. Be another really big spot for him.

SO... apparently ROH/NJPW are going for a G1 Supercard at MSG the night before WrestleMania. Yes yes yes!

I hate that NJPW and ROH are doing the MSG show on the night NXT Takeover airs. Should be a great show nonetheless. Now had this been on the night the HOF airs, then id be more excited

That's huge news, if they want to draw close to a sell out they have to have a Wrestle Kingdom. It's going to be a tough decsion for people traveling into the city between that and Takeover.

I don’t think I can pass on the chance to see these guys for the first time. And I’ve never been to MSG.

This is HUGE! I'd make the trip if they treated this show like a US version of Wrestle Kingdom.
