Is there a NJPW World app on the Roku or is the only way to watch it though their site on a computer? I believe so, it might be in Japanese though.

Is there a NJPW World app on the Roku or is the only way to watch it though their site on a computer? Amazon Fire Stick is the way to go for New Japan World. It's the only reason I even own the Fire Stick because we use Apple TV 4K for everything else. If it's not an emergency for you then just wait until Black Friday. They'll be like $25. I'm pumped for Okada/Tana and Omega/Ishii. I hope it stays Tana/Omega though for WK.

Thought about getting the fire stick before I bought the roku but didnt seen any big advantages over roku. Might have to grab both now.

You know what match I just recently watched on NJPW world that I thought was overlooked? ing 8-man tag. Cody, Omega & the Bucks vs Okada, Osprey & the Briscoes. I usually hate multi man tags but this one was awesome

I see that NJPW World has a load of Road to Destruction matches put up from September 7th and 8th. But it's all marked as Japanese commentary. Do NJPW do English commentary versions later on, or are those likely to remain Japanese commentary only?

suzuki/naito from 2 nights later was, unsurprisingly, pretty damn awesome too. there were a bunch of solid to good matches over the first two nights... bc ogs/taguchi, juice and finlay never openweight trios, chaos/taguchi japan 8 man and taichi/goto were all ranging from fun, to outright good. i loved the story taichi/goto told, where goto was the better man at every spot, but taichi used anything and anyone to get the never belt.

I thought the triple threat was a hell of an announcement. We just don't get that kind of thing normally. What I do find weird is how they kind of are doing this out of nowhere. Yes, Ibushi beat Kenny in the G1 and deserves a shot, but Kenny got his win back from Cody at the G1 Special. I guess this sets up Kota vs Cody at WK for the US Title. It probably protects Kenny vs Ibushi to some degree, too.
I want more of Goto vs Cobb. I still think we're getting Okada/White and Tana/Omega at WK. So I don't see anything changing over the case. Evil vs ZSJ has been a nice story to this point and I'm looking forward to that one.
The Bucks contracts are up in December and it feels like they're out of sh*t to do in New Japan. I think the only real mountain they have left to climb is WWE and they are never going to be a hotter free agent commodity than they are at this very moment. So we'll see but I don't think it's a coincidence they dropped the titles to GoD. I think they'll wrap up that feud and that will close their New Japan chapter.

I think they'll wrap up that feud and that will close their New Japan chapter. the bucks have really grown on me over the last year. they still flip for no reason, but theyve very much learned how to build drama and sympathy in their matches. i think theyre just burnt out, and need a break. or perhaps, thats just my hope. i wouldnt say id love to see them in wwe, but it would definitely intrigue me. as for the triple threat, i get the vibe we're gonna get a screwy finish. or maybe theyll let kenny pin cody clean, but either way i definitely see bc og's jumping them post/during match. maybe even setting up omega, cody and ibushi winning the never 6 man straps. omega/tana, okada/white seem inevitable, cody/ibushi rematch for the us title makes a ton of sense... leaving naito/jericho for the ic title again. im all types of in on all 4 of those matches. goto/cobb, ishii/cobb, suzuki/cobb... oh yes.

Just finished King of Pro Wrestling, first show i watch live since the G1 Climax finals. Great show overall. I like the newest member of Los Ingobernables de Japon, Shingo Takagi. I've seen maybe one match of his, know him more for being involved with an animal cruelty incident in Dragon Gate. He seems cool to me. He's in the Junior Heavyweight division, which he looks too big to be in, but then again, if Zack Sabre Jr can wrestle in the Heavyweight division, then Shingo can go in the Junior Heavyweight division. Plus they could use all the guys they need there. Jericho appeared and attacked EVIL before his match with ZSJ, canceling the match. I liked the Tanahashi vs Jay White match. Good story told. Jay White attacked Tanahashi post match, with Okada running in to save him. Okada and White brawl a bit before Gedo gets involved. Okada punched Gedo and was going to hit Gedo with a chair, but then Jado came out to stop Okada and try to reason with him. The Bullet Club OGs came out and they held Gedo and Jado for Okada to attack. Just as Okada goes to attack Gedo, Tama Tonga hits the cutter on Okada. Jay White, Gedo and Jado are the newest members of Bullet Club OGs. Didn't see that coming. The main event was great. Tanahashi comes out to do the usual Wrestle Kingdom main event staredown.
