Not sure if this has been done before but I figured hey, what the hell.
Birth year:
1984
Notable movies:
Dune, Terminator, Sixteen Candles, Ghostbusters, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, Footloose, Once Upon a Time in America, Beverly Hills Cop, The Karate Kid, The Never Ending Story, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Gremlins, Police Academy, Amadeus, Revenge of the Nerds, Red Dawn, and the Natural
My Pick:
Tough for me. Indy, Peter Venkman, Axel Foley, and of course Long Duk Dong all jump right out as some of my movie favorites but if I'm forced to pick:
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom

1988 for me, and it's also a touch choice.
I haven't seen Rain Man yet, but for now I'd probably go with Big.
Runner-ups would be Die Hard, The Naked Gun, Cinema Paradiso, and Child's Play.

I was born the day Beverly Hills Cop was released. Which is December 5, 1984. That would be my pick.

Born in 1992, and my favourite film of the year, and ever, is Batman Returns.

I was born in 1983, I know there were a lot of good movies that were released that year but I can't think of any at the moment. When I get a chance later I'll look them up later.

1974
Lots of great movies that year, and it is hard to choose.
Chinatown Death Wish Young Frankenstein Sugarland Express The Longest Yard Great Gatsby Godfather Part II Towering Inferno Texas Chainsaw Massacre
However my favorite movie from that year is probably Blazing Saddles. I watch it frequently still.

Scarface, Return of the Jedi, and Risky Business off the top of my head. I think you have some other really good ones in there as well.
