Because Doink is a lame gimmicky character and the only Demolition that Matters involves the 2 members we already have. Arn and Tully are infinitely more important to wrestling history than a clown and a jobber.
Jakks Demolition was a shelf warmer, Mattel's wasn't. Just because something is true for Jakks (Arn and Tully) doesn't mean that it will be true for Mattel

Haha! I'm stoked to get Arn and Tully! I voted for them way more than once too. The 4 Horseman deserve figures, Magnum and Windham as well. How and why someone would vote for Elizabeth over wrestlers is beyond me?

How and why someone would vote for Elizabeth over wrestlers is beyond me? perhaps because she's the greatest valet of all time, or the fact she wasn't made in the Jakk's line.

I would like to see some of the others get made, but I am happy with the poll results and plan on getting every one this year.

I will be buying Arn & Tully, but I think they will be Matty shelf warmers. I sure hope not though.

I'm stoked for the choices though Anderson and Blanchard are great wrestlers that deserve to be part of the line.
In my opinion the voting was fixed but here are some solid reasons
Andre and DDP were already slated and most likely in production for Legends 7, there the first 2 out of the gate.
Arn and Tully were most likely going to be the in the next set of 2 packs that was probably the 3rd unannounced set at the time.
King Kong Bundy and Liz arte the 2 that surprised me the most.
Doink and Crush even though many don't want them will sell in stores. I remember when series 4 came out kids were even clamoring for Demolition because there cool looking figures.
I would have bought every single one on that list for my collection.
I have a feeling we'll somehow see the Legends 7 Steve Austin, and Magnum TA

They were selected by Mattel (not the voters) because they were already pretty far along in the process of being made (we had already seen mock up figures of Arn, Tully, & DDP long before this vote began).

I voted for both Arn and Tully. I'm sure a lot of the people who were voting were collectors and really wanted them. When Jakks made them they probably sat on shelves because collectors bought them and no one else did. These Legends exclusives are mainly geared toward collectors so no surprise they were in the top 5.

Only one thing comes to my mind, we all should support the legends lines so that we could get more of the Legends we want to be made... All of us here want legends and these wrestlers that would be getting released are legends so all we need is just support it... BUT ONE MORE THING, MATTEL SHOULD ONLY IMPLEMENT ONE TIME VOTING so that the votes would be accurately based on per person basis and not 1 person = 50 votes per wrestler.. It's just my opinion...

yea i thought it was strange to but Bundy was stranger to me at being picked. I figured Magnum would get it but he didn't.
I actually voted for Savio Vega because we didn't get one since BA Jakks and would like to get him. I'm really hoping we get him and Magnum next year.

I voted for Arn but not Tully because Arn was still around when I watched wrestling. I'll buy them all, though. However, if the 2013 choices are Tito Santana, Savio Vega, and other middle carders then I won't be excited at all. I can do without all the other choices on the poll except maybe an elite M$M and Doink.

I was pretty happy with the results. I voted for Arn &Tully, as well as Bundy,JYD, and Demolition crush. However i do feel like there might have been something up because Andre ddp were already in production, and we saw a rough proto for arn a long time ago.

I love how The Rock legends figures had to go to discount stores to sell, Shawn Michaels only Legend figure (The Rockers) Is still available and The most unique figure, Andre will probably still be available 2 months from now....However, if Arn and Tully dont sell out, then they killed the Legends line! Gotta love WFigs logic. If what you dislike doesnt sell, then its their fault

I'm sure fewer stores ordered series 3 so the rest had to go to Family Dollar. Marty Jannetty is holding back Shawn's sellout.

I wish we would see some type of feedback from mattel as far as how well the rockers sold for them and even an early demand or first day sales of Andre went

I know how could they make these turds. The Four Horseman were a bunch of losers. Absolutely no influence on pro wrestling. The Doink character is a pimple on Arn's ass. The 4 horsemen were losers and had no influence on pro wrestling? which 4 horsemen were you watching?

M$M, Tito, JYD, Doink, Muroco, etc... But I am happy to get them as I want a complete feeling Legends collection. To be honest I want everyone on the list. I didn't vote for them though. Million Dollar Man already has a pretty much perfect Mattel figure in full cloth suit, Million Dollar Championship, and money, with his iconic simple black gear underneath. Only change up would be that ugly 1992 white gear, or a different color cloth suit. get a different suit from Ralphs and save precious legends spots for guys that don't already have figures, much less perfect ones..
