Randy Savage's Arrival To WCW:
Big Boss Man Puts WCW On Times!: Boss man arrived early in the year as apart of Ted Dibiase's Corporation. Boss Man was able to capture several key victorys and wins in main event matches which lead to him separating from Ted Dibiase (or so everyone thought) to compete for the WCW championship. Big Boss Man would go on to defeat "The Immortal" Hulk Hogan in a controversial decision to become the new WCW World Champion. Ted Dibiase and The Giant were involved in the decision and it was announced later in the same evening Ted Dibiase had returned to the Boss Man's side. Now Ted Dibiase has control over the WCW what will he do with it?
Three Or Four Horsemen?: Ric Flair asked Sting to join the Horsemen after Arn Anderson was put out of action for a couple of months. Sting accepted the invitation and the team of Flair, Mongo, Sting, and JJ Dillon began battling for control of WCW by trying to remove Ted Dibiases Corporation from WCW. After a brutal tag cage match at Clash X. The Horsemen turned on him after the bout and ruptured his left patella tendon.
The Next Generation Of WCW: Dusty Rhodes brought in his youngest son Cody Rhodes after Dustin Rhodes (Goldust) announcement he was quitting the business. Dusty has worked in several tag matches with Cody but since the Clash X it appears Dusty isn't the only one working with Cody. Ric Flair has been spotted backstage giving Cody advice. This has not set well with Cody's farther and a backstage rumor has gone around that states Cody Rhodes may be Sting's replacement in the Four Horsemen however this is just a rumor for now. Ted Dibiase senior has been hyping the debut of his oldest son Ted Dibiase Jr but the WCW audience has yet to see him make an appearance. Ted Dibiase stated in a recent interview he was waiting for the right place and right time to introduce him to the WCW audience.
7'2, 500 pounds, and Bald?!: During the last WCW Mainevent television taping, Hulk Hogan faced the Giant in the ring after the main event. After a exchange of hands from both men. Hulk Hogan reached up grabbing The Giant by the head in a unexpected turn of events. The Giants Hair fell off revealing him to be completely bald! The WCW audience was shocked as was the Giant. The Giant has yet to make an announcement regarding these shocking turn of events.
Other WCW Information: The Road Warriors were defeated for the WCW Tag Team championships! The team that defeated them were a last minute pairing of Lex Luger and Rick Rude! Paul E. Dangerously helped by hitting Hawk in the head with the phone. (Lex Luger was unaware of this during the decision) after the Clash Hawk announced he will be taking some time off. Animal has not made any comment on his partners decision or about his own future with WCW.
Ric Flair announced he would reveal a new member to replace Sting and that person and Mongo would challenge for the WCW tag team championships. Paul E Dangerously accepted the challenge (before Lex Luger could respond.)
Randy Savage announced to Mean Gene during a Mainevent episode he would reunite with a former "rivals" (not friends) to take on this team! Many of the WCW fans speculated one of these men to be former partner Scott Hall! Mr. Perfects vignettes played through out the episode. Mr. Perfect has yet to debut on WCW television.
Kevin Nash finally returned and then challenged Boss Man but Ted Dibiase was there to announce he didn't qualify to face Boss man and Boss man would not be defending the championship until someone did qualify!
Scott Hall showed up during Lex Lugers interview time, Scott Hall told the WCW audience and Mean Gene. He wasn't Randy Savages partner. He also stated he hated WCW and everything about it! He told Mean Gene he had thought about just quitting but he didn't have anything better to do! Scott Hall was suspended the day after the taping for his comments. WCW Hotline covered the story and Scott Hall called in to the hotline and said he was on the tiolet and wanted to get some **** out. the next day he was fined 1,000 dollars for the comments he made on the WCW phone line.
