To those who recieved... is it Parcel Force who are delivering? or just Royal Mail? On the box mine came in, it says "MAIL ON THE MOVE INTL PARCELS"...

So I'm still without and Andre and have sent them an email just now.
I included in my email the fact my shipping address is 100% correct and it is capable of receiving international mail so I hopefully don't get fobbed off with excuses.

Haha Still got the wrestling covers forum?! Is it still in existance so I could view all the old graphics?! Keep me updated because I'm still waiting too. To those who recieved... is it Parcel Force who are delivering? or just Royal Mail? The sickening thing is, the next lot of Legends are out at the end of this month... if I'd have waited, I could have saved even more on shipping. Might be worth it if I just buy them all in one go at the end of the year. I still haven't received my Andre. It's really frustrating, as each time you get a canned response from Mattel's "support". The cover forum still exists, but no clue who runs it now. I stopped running it myself a good few years ago now. But I heard it's gone a bit downhill and is full of people I don't know.

is it REALLY that hard to read an order, gather the products and packaging, print the invoice, combine the 3, print a postage label and take it to the post office? Has the postal system really got so bad that 3 people (that I know of) from the same country have LOST their orders placed at the same time, sent at the same time? Surely not... I don't have much to add to this other than it seems to be a pretty bad operation. Haven't ordered Andre myself - actually, I've been stalking your website every day in the hopes to see it eventually - but my SDCC Undertaker arrived within one week using standard delivery from an ebay order. Surely if some random guy on ebay can get a figure to me within a week from another country, a household brand like Mattel should be able to at least match that?

The thing is, if it's one person sending something, they're usually likely to get it right. But if it's a company, there's more chance of someone involved being an idiot or a lazy temp or a new employee who hasn't been trained properly or misses something. And considering these things seem to be doing a round-the-world trip between America and England, they're passing through a lot of companies.

Just checked my inbox and received this reply;
"Thank you for contacting the MattyCollector.com online store. Thank you for writing regarding shipment of your purchase. Your order was shipped on january 31, 2012 via International Postal. Delivery time varies depending on the local courier. Cornerstone Logistics ships to the country and then the package is delivered per local delivery standards. The shipment does not have a tracking number associated with it. "
So I replied telling them it shouldn't take more than 6 weeks for me to receive the item and mentioned that the orders I made with Mattel in the past didn't take 6 weeks for me to receive either.
Does anyone know how I would go about getting a refund if the item doesn't turn up? If I was paying via PayPal I wouldn't have to ask, but I paid on my debit card (Visa) and have never had to try and get a refund when doing an online order with it before.

You'd have to phone your bank.

Mine said "It ususally ships 4-6 weeks." Usu-sally eh?
I just looked back and it's funny how I got a reply on the day of the 6th week since they shipped it. I've emailed them yet again to ask when a replacement has been shipped out, as they said they shipped out on 31st Jan, which is 6 weeks and 3 days ago.
Hopefully I'll get a reply within a week this time. However, I do not hold my breath...

I got a customs charge of £19.24.
I was going "WTF why am I getting a parcel from Sweden" and thought "I'll check the topic about the figure" and it's for that. So I should be getting mine tomorrow.
Looks like my afternoon on Saturday will be re-aranging my collection with the stands.

Man, that's crap but atleast you got them. Check the package and see when it was posted. Mine actually said 31st of January, so I guess it wasn't MattyCollector's fault at all. Well they never lied about when the things were posted. The delays were down to the postal company they use.

I agree. It's one thing to not list a tracking number, but it's another to list one that doesn't go anywhere.
Well, I got mine today. The deluxe stands are definately worth the wait.
I doubt I'll order DDP or any other Legend from Mattel now directly. I'd rather just pay a person on Ebay more than wait 2 months for items.

Well my tracking number never worked at all, so I assumed they just put a bullcrap one in to disguise the fact they hadn't posted it yet, but yeah, you're right. They tell you that the cheap postage doesn't get tracked (it's in the confirmation/dispatch email and I think it's also on the site when you order). The tracking number thing in the dispatch email is just a placeholder that probably auto-generates because their system has to have a value in that section... But the same email also says that the cheap postage doesn't get tracked.
