So what did you guys think about what jericho had to say? I thought they really pushed the envelop with it, and I really enjoyed it. Especially how punk played it off. It could be a lot better if cena and rock weren't hogging the spotlight, but I'm not complaining. Anyways I think the feud will be pretty solid the next 3 weeks. Thoughts?

I think it finally gave the feud a jumpstart, it's been an afterthought to most of us because of Taker - Triple H - HBK and Rock - Cena

Seems a lot more serious than any of the other feuds going on now.
Jericho is a d*ck! lol.

Not a lot of promo time though with Jericho and Punk, Daniel Bryan and Sheamus still cut some promos... they're just repetitive now, but I will agree that WWE should be doing a better job. Maybe Sheamus will accidentally brogue kick AJ or something..

I think they'll have a good match, but neither of these guys are big stars. A good storyline is critical.

This is what the feud has been missing, it's now personal. HHH vs Taker w/ HBK is very personal, and that is a lot of why it's easy to get into imo, and now Jericho vs Punk is headed down that same road. Jericho vs HBK in 08 is one of the greatest WWE feuds in the last 10 years imo, and it was personal as hell. I would like to see this feud go to that place and keep pushing.
It's a shame they are getting overshadowed by Rock and Cena. I know that is the "marquee" match, but Punk vs Jericho is more than likely going to be the best wrestled match on the card if I were to guess. It's had a fairly steady build, and now it actually has a really strong direction 3 weeks out. I'm really pumped for this match.

Interesting... I guess tomorrow we shall have 'Sheamus's Banquet!' complete with Roasted Pig in the centre of the ring so each story has a personal touch...

It was amazing. Just got a lot more interesting, and wouldn't expect anything less from these two.

They needed to do something to keep their feud unique and different from Triple H/Undertaker and Rock/Cena.
This did it.
I can see the "CM DRUNK" signs already...

Had to be the first time Punk didnt have anything to say. Something finally got to him.
Edit. I have to share this.

Good stuff, and makes sense since Brooks and Irvine are both great mic-men.
