Mostly everything from wwe since it will always be my favorite promotion and i have stuck with them through the good times and the bad,i can't imagine my life without wwe.
other than that i used to watch tna every week and i still watch a lot of it but over the years i've realzied i only follow it because i don't want to give up on old wwe favorites of mine like angle and hardy and other who been in tna. in my perfect world they would all still be in wwe but there not so i watch tna just because i still want to see them and follow their careers.
i also had a period of a few years where i watched EVERYTHING, roh, czw, pwg, japanese stuff..and sometimes i still go check it out on youtube but i just can't get emotionally invested in them they way good old wwe can, even tho the wrestling itself is often a million times better in whatever i'm watching on youtube.
i've been to 3 dragon gate shows in the uk just because i loved their style so much and wanted to witness it live, and it was amazing, i saw better wrestling on 1 show of theirs then i do in 10 years worth of wwe, yet i hardly watch it anymore because i don't speak japanese and i can't get really "into" it they way i want to, even tho i love the action....i feel like this about most indys and foreign wrestling, i don't think i'll ever stop checking it out but there's no denying i'm a wwe man...just the overall package is what is so good about wwe to me, the production values are insane, the nice stage decor, the pyro, the big fight feel they create at ppv's,the magic of wrestlemania season...just watching a ppv hype video like this years rock/cena or taker/H makes my heart beat louder with excitement than anyroh match ever did even tho the in ring action of any given roh ( or just indy for that matter) wrestler blows anything from wrestlemania out of the water.
guess i'm one of those fans that likes to sizzle with the steak...most ondy stuff is just too bare bones to grab me but i love to watch them perform moves i never see in wwe and be amazed at the athletic ability out there

Not much to be honest, i go through spells where i will watch full episodes from time to time of raw and smackdown and then maybe go a few weeks just watching highlights or reading results.

I mostly just watch RAW live then DVR Impact and Smackdown to watch it later. I also watch CMLL on Galavision on Saturdays, but mostly I just DVR it and watch it later or just catch the matches on Youtube.

I don't watch RAW or Smackdown nearly as much as I use in 2007-2009 in which I tuned in to every episode, now I only watch either alteast 2-3 times a month. As far as other wrestling promotions go I tend to watch Chikara, some ROH and Dragon Gate which I watch a lot as of right now. I've lost a lost of interest in the business for WWE in the last couple years.

WWE RAW ever week, and Smackdown can be anywhere from 0 - 2 times a month. I use to watch every show they had when I was younger, but meh I just grew out of it, doesn't have the same appeal anymore.

I only started watching WWE again at the end of January of this year, after about a decade. Lost interest when I was still a kid.
Like back then, I'm just a (very) casual fan so I only watch RAW and SmackDown every week, none of the PPVs or anything I have to pay to see. Occasionally, I'll watch Vintage Collection if it's a match I'm interested in seeing.
The only WWE DVDs I have are Undertaker's "History" and "Tombstone" as well as Kane's "Twisted, Disturbed Life", so I'll watch those when I feel like watching wrestling but it's neither Monday or Friday. I only pick up the occasional DVD I'm interested, but only when there's a good deal.

All Raw.
Most of SmackDown, although I often skip through sections, like long matches between nobodies (if I see Hunico, Mahal, DiBiase, Yoshi etc in the ring, it's skip-time). I'll also often skip long matches between the main eventers if there's no feud or if it's a feud I don't care about, like Orton vs Kane this week.
Very occasionally, I'll look up something from NXT or Superstars on Youtube.
Even more rare than that, something from TNA.

I only watch RAW. I watched Smackdown avidly when it was Jericho, Edge etc around the time of WM 26, now I just find it boring.
I prefered TNA for years up until Hogan destroyed it, I cringe any time I turn TNA on now and I used to be a huge mark for the business.

WWE, TNA, & ROH everyweek. Plus I have tons of dvds I still need to catch up on, plus Im behind on my DVR as sometimes I do other things. Hell I have Impact from 3/8 on right now as I type this.

I watch Raw religiously, will DVR Smackdown and when there's nothing on tv to watch (which is most of the time), I'll throw in DVDs or watch stuff off of Netflix.
