All You Can Eat is a buzz phrase like Unlimited Data. It is not literal, there are limits and they have the full right to cut you off. No verbal contract about it. Yes but the so called "unlimited data" is explained in the agreement/contract of how it's limited. The 'All you can eat' is not. It simply says "all you can eat' and no fine print of any restrictions. Also whether this guy paid or not is irrelevant. Once they decided to serve him they agreed on the said terms. He may seem like an idiot but truly that restaurant's management is not very bright. Why let this guy in when a) he is a problematic customer and b) he owes them money and is allowed a tab. Why not simply refuse service and ban this guy from their establishment? Unreal.JS This is my thoughts from the getco. But I find it ridiculous how idiotic there management really is.
