It's a few months away but still, new player on the cover so thought I'd make the thread. What are some of the features you'd like to see on the next game?

Is that definitely the cover? Meh if so :/ Any improvements that you guys think should be in the new Fifa? I personally can't think of any real gameplay changes, but here's what I would like: - A scenario mode with several great games from the past where you have to either do the same as what happened or reverse it (e.g. Germany vs. England 66 WC Final) and then unlock the teams that were in the match in a special teams group (which would also have Classic and World XI teams). This could also have DLC. This kinda came in with challenges, but I'd want classic challenges as well as current ones.
- The same as above, but for dream matches (e.g. 2003 Galaticos Real Madrid vs. 1950s Dominant Real Madrid). Again, could have shedloads of DLC.
- The ability to use multiple cameras in the Replay Theatre, like in Instant Replay.
- Indoor football stadium with 5 vs. 5 teams.
- When creating a tournament, the abilty to just stick the best 32/64/whatever best teams in the game in there. I often do a CL style 32 team tourney with the best teams in the game, and its such a pain trawling through all the leauges.
- The ability to have your career mode team in normal mode as an alternate or something.
- The ability to set player roles (like on FM where you set a player as poacher or whatever) and then they'll make runs accordingly.
- Very unlikely I know, but an option with
Richard Keys, Andy Gray That bloke who hosts, Gary Neville and Jamie Redknapp doing pre-match, halftime and post-match analysis of your match. Would be so awesome!
- The ability to link up with FM (Don't ask me how) and play your FM matches on Fifa, like with Fifa 04 and LMA Manager 04.
Thats my wish list for FIFA 12, I've taken out ones that were implemented/I'm no longer bothered about. I really think the classic teams would be a great DLC idea. Also, I'd like career mode transfers to be a touch more realistic without being as predictable as FM.

From talking with EA and stuff, clubs will also have a structure like the current head to head seasons, so that should be good.
Personally Id love to see more stuff in clubs and for your VP

[/li][li]Indoor football stadium with 5 vs. 5 teams.[/quote] I've always been in favour of this ever since FIFA '98 however since the inclusion of Futsal on FIFA Street I don't think it's a necessary inclusion now.

There's only one thing I really hope they fix because it has been driving me mad lately. The ball ALWAYS gravitates towards someone (more often than not your opponent) or goes out for a throw in. You could make a 50/50 tackle and every time it will roll to some player 20 yards away even if logic dictates the ball should not fly in that direction. I want the ball to just roll and stop in empty space and you have to be quick to go get it.

Managers on the touchline. Classic teams - Liverpool 80s, 50's Real Madrid, Pele's Brazil Team, England 1990. I Like the Mike's idea of Scenario mode. Even for example have stuff like re-write the history book - England Vs Germany 1990 World Cup. Team style so Barca - pass and move, Stoke - long ball etc.

during career mode if your losing when you sim you press x and you can go into the game. dont know why yhey took this out
Be a ref x/A=Play On o/B=Red Triangle/Y=Yellow Square/x=Free Kick. Not Online Because Of Spammers Obviously but a nice single mode and at the end of every game you get a ref in the game give you a preformance card on how you done.
Licensed wales-Make It Happen.
Make transfers in every manager mode unique. most of mine have modric at man u, tevez at AC Milan, Dzeko at Chelsea and Chicarito At Stoke/Juve
Blue Square Premier League/Confrence
Mikes Ideas I Like
Very unlikely I know, but an option with Ed Chamberlin- Fixed, Gary Neville and Jamie Redknapp doing pre-match, halftime and post-match analysis of your match. Would be so awesome

The transfers are awful, need to sort it out yet again. The offsides are poor too.

They need to sort out the Youth Player growth in Career Mode. Once you get to 5 or 6 years into your Career, the best rated Player under the age of about 27 is only a 77 or so, which isn't realistic or good enough. Plus despite your Youth Players potential being around the 81-91 mark, they only really improve by about 1-3 OVR a Season no matter how much you play them and how much they score. This isn't realistic, especially as if an 18/19 year old was consistently scoring for a big Club in real life, his OVR would not be a 67.
They also need to include Players 'Total' Stats. It annoys me that you can only see how many Appearences/Goals/Assists a Player has for that Season, and not throughout his time at the Club.
A bonus thing I'd like to see added to Career Mode though would be a Kit Editor. I know they probably wouldn't do this due to Image/Licencing/Sponsership rights, but I think as long as they keep the Sponser, Kit make and Badge as default then you should be able to play around with Kit Colours and the Style of the Kit. For example if a Team had a Kit made by Adidas then it should give you the option of up to 8 different Adidas Shirt/Short/Sock Kit Templates you could use. One of the Main reasons I never end up doing a full 5/10/15 Seasons at one Club is because the Kit is always the same and it gets tiring. This is one of the reasons I used to love Master League on Pro Evo.

Blue Square Premier League/Conference The conference league would be great. I'd love to take Gateshead right up into the Champions League. I never take a low club and do that but I totally would with Gateshead. Very unlikely I know, but an option with Ed Chamberlin- Fixed, Gary Neville and Jamie Redknapp doing pre-match, halftime and post-match analysis of your match. Would be so awesome Not as unlikely as you might think, though it'll be a year or two away yet. Madden 13 is going to have a similar kind of thing with commentators.

My local GAME told me they are going to try and hold a pre-sale tournament for people who pre-order at the store. They haven't confirmed it is happening for sure yet, but they told me this after I pre-ordered Black Ops 2 as they have already planned to do it for that.

I agree about the transfers as sick of seeing the same players move club. Over the span of four seasons saw Aguero go to Malaga, back to City then to Napoli. Also Man Utd ruined themselves as sold Nani, Smalling and Young to Stoke (LOL) followed by selling Rooney, Hernandez and Vidic.

I agree with the transfers, kaka has transferred every window I've had.
I wish the would show you if your players won awards during career, ie if you have the golden boot award winner, it would show it in your career stats

Transfers need to be sorted. The same players move to the same clubs time and time again and it's boring. Some players that have strong connections to their clubs are moved very, very easily and it's unrealistic, e.g. Ronaldo and Vidic moving to Man City.
The ability to create stadiums and edit team kits ever-so-slightly would both be cool concepts. Unlikely, probably due to legal restrictions, but still.
Managers on the touch-line would be excellent, like Euro 2008.
Referee decisions need to be more realistic. They don't get everything right. Neither do the lines-men. They cannot get every offside decision bang-on by the smallest of margins.

Advantage decisions in FIFA 12 were ridiculous. You either touched the ball once to get rid of the advantage then got tackled straight away, or if you were in the middle of pressing pass it would count that as your advantage.
Traded mine in today anyway and got £18 back for it. Won't play it much over the summer and would rather get £18 for it now than £5 or whatever Cex would drop it down to in September.
