ellenberger/kampman should be awesome. ellenberger just coming off more or less dominating diego... kampman coming off more or less being dominated by alves, til alves got stupid. i do like ellenberger tonight, i think hes a legit contender at 170.
holloway/schilling should be fun too, two real young up and comers. i think holloway is still the youngest guy in the ufc.

Yeah, he's only 20. That's pretty crazy.

nasty knee from proctor. that larsen kept diving in to throw like 3 off, and he wasnt really hitting them early on anyway... proctor stopped that nonsense.
the one thing i dont like about tuf live and the turn around being so quick, is that you used to see a MAJOR leap in talent from some guys, from the show to their 'first' fight. now its only like a week or two difference, so you really dont see any improvements from being in a real camp.

tough round to score, both guys were equally inept. can i give it a 9-9 to signify them both losing? sicilia was unbelievably wild with his punches, but marcello just kept backing up the entire fight, and the one time he actually did get in a position to pull guard... he failed.
and i just found out, that cruz and faber actually are still in the corners of alot of these guys, so none of them even are in real camps. more of a reason to dislike tuf live. 10-9 sicilia probably.

both of these guys are potential punching bags, if they actually get another fight in the ufc after tonight

there was about 6 punches at the end there that were unneccessary, ref needed to be paying attention and i guess he wasnt... sicilia finally caught marcello and ended it. still wasnt impressed.

man, an awesome fight ended badly by kim winslow. perez fighting through the triangle with all those punches, transitions after transitions, finally gets to an arm bar, and then the phantom stoppage. most entertaining fight of the night by far, til that stoppage.

I honestly have no idea how Kim Winslow keeps getting work. If I have the same negative track record she did I would be out of a damn job.

agreed, shes terrible. all refs have bad moments, but she never seems to escape them on a nightly basis.
i also had it 29-27 cruckshank... aside from proctor and jury, i wasnt really all that impressed with any of the ultimate fighter guys yet. but, like i said, they havent had that true improvement period in between time on the show, and their 'first' ufc fight... so next time out for a bunch of these guys, is hopefully where theyll start to show something.

They should try to get Winslow for Brazil. She s up one there, and I don't expect her to make it back.

bright future for holloway. one negative... and it will be fixed as he grows... i dont think he smells blood in the water yet. schilling was ready to go down for just about that entire round. though i guess credit to holloway for not rushing in and getting caught with something. like that spinning back fist.

It's tough not to root for Chiesa after everything he has been through. It would be a fitting end to this season if he was the one to win it all.

wow, what a win for kampmann. its like he lulls them to sleep, beat the crap out of me for 2 rounds, and then i will win. ellenberger looked like an animal for a round and a half... hats off to kampmann. his nose is really ed up too.
