Big Show (house show version) I have been going to live events since 1991, and no wrestler give a more half assed performance than the Big Show when the cameras are not there. I swear to god a couple of years back I saw him wrestle CM Punk, and he spent at least 3/4 of the match holding onto the top rope. I have seen him live 7 times now 5o of those were house shows, the others were UK PPV's and it was like a different performer at the PPV's.

Michael Cole's commentary because of the fact that you can tell when the match is going to end and when it isn't.
For example, say someone's fighting Taker at Wrestlemania. If they go for a pin he's always "AND THE STREAK COMES TO AN END 1 2... and he kicks out." It gets so annoying.
Side note, I knew as soon as I saw Callum say Jim Neidhart Anvil Fan would be in here to defend his honor.

The Ultimate Warrior-the original botchfest
Hulk Hogan- completely redundant
Sgt. Slaughter- slower than an elephant wading through tar
John Cena- botchfest version 2.0
Vince Russo- sloppy, transparent, dumb booking
The Great Khali- the worst piece of overall talent I've ever seen in a wrestling ring
And you can add any GM/owner/various authority figure on TV since '99. It's the same basic script as VKM vs SCSA in '98 and yet WWE (and other companies) keep recycling it.

I stopped watching wrestling for a while because of Triple H. I have never been able to stand that guy.

I nearly stopped watching because of Triple H in 2003. Never in my life have a loathed a wrestler like I did at that time. People can take up for him all they want.... but NO ONE he had a feud with during that period came out looking good at all. Jeff Jarrett got to that point as well. I really hit my boiling point when he put himself over Raven when Raven was white hot after just leaving the 'E.

skinny guys doing the spear. Edge should have not been using that move. That is a fantastic shout.

annoucers can really kill it.
"OH its over, hes done, were going to have a new champ as he makes the cover.... *1...2....KICK OUT* omg HE KICKED OUT, WHAT HEART, WHAT DETERMINATION..."
anytime i hear a variation of that i roll my eyes as you now know it is in fact going to be a kick out.
also, duRing the monday night wars, it was really annoying at the end of what felt like every nitro, having it end in a brawl and to hear Shiavone yell "WE ARE OUT OF TIME, WE GOT TO GO!!!!!!!"

So true, I used to hate Vince McMahon's commentary for that very reason. It drove me nuts listening to him when I was younger.

The commentary isn't as bad as it was since they finally calmed Michael Cole down. What does still get on my nerves though is the little things they say that just sounds so forced. It's mainly Lawler saying them and it's happening more and more. The main one I have a gripe with was when he asked Michael Cole if "he though Punk was gonna drop another "pipe bomb" tonight". He said it in such a tone that it made the whole idea of Punk doing it seem so ignorant.
Also, there was another time when Lawler said that he didn't believe Punk was "that good". I honest to goodness believe that, judging by the way he said it, they absolutely forced him to say it and he didn't want to.

Making the Royal Rumble winner get antitle shot at Wrestlemania.
Doesnt need to be this way....didnt used to be this way. Makes the outcome telegraphed.

You dont like the Rumble winner getting a title shot? I love it personally. I thought it was a little more realistic early because now they build the guy up weeks so its obvious.

I think winning the Rumble, much like King of the Ring, can just be another milestone to help elevate someone. We know that only one of around 4-5 participants in the Rumble could realistically get a title shot at Mania...so that leaves 25-ish people who have no chance. The first four Rumbles gave me the impression that many had a legit chance. Duggan and Studd were not main eventers, and with their victories, it employed the element of chance.
With only a couple of legit main eventers, and most already rumoured for feuds or matches at WM, the outcome is never really in doubt.
A mid carder could really get an opportunity, without having to cheapen, or weaken a title.
