The Main Event
WFWF World Heavyweight Championship
Double Jeopardy
Phillip Schneider (c) vs. Hutton Brown; Michael Kyzer vs. Raider
Four men. One championship. That is what we are faced with going into Survival of the Fittest. In his first defense of the WFWF World Heavyweight Championship, Phillip Schneider will have to go through what are sure to be two grueling match ups. The first of those will be against Hutton Brown. Brown returned at IT'S SUPER EFFECTIVE!, ruining Phillip Schneider's WFWF World Heavyweight Championship victory over Michael Kyzer by attacking him after the match. Since then, the two men have been at each other's throats with tensions on a high. Brown has even gone head to head with Schneider's protege, Alexis Chavente. These two are sure to have a great match. But that's not all in this main event! If Schneider is somehow able to successfully defend against Brown, he will then have to face the winner of another match, another match that will be going on simultaneously as his match with Brown. Michael Kyzer and Raider have been in an epic rivalry since Raider's return. Raider has vowed to rid the WFWF of The New Epoch, and leader Michael Kyzer. He and Kyzer have met in and out of the ring, one upping each other on every given week. Now the two face off with the WFWF World Heavyweight Championship on the line. The winners of these two matches will then right after go head to head in the center of the ring, the winner of that match walking away as WFWF World Heavyweight Champion. Phillip Schneider definitely has a challenge ahead of him if he wants to retain his championship.
Survival of the Fittest Match
?? vs. ?? vs. ?? vs. ?? vs. ?? vs. ??
For not the first time in WFWF history, the brutal Elimination Chamber makes an appearance. And the stakes will be ever high as the six men who enter the chamber fight for a WFWF World Heavyweight Championship opportunity at the next pay per view. All of the up and coming stars of the WFWF who have never won the World Heavyweight Championship fight for this amazing opportunity. Six qualifying matches that will take place on this night will decide who competes for the opportunity. Careers will be made on this night, and this match could launch one of it's competitors into the main event for the rest of their career.
Survival of the Fittest Qualifying Match
David Brennan vs. Ace Bennett
Newly crowned WFWF Tag Team Champion Ace Bennett has been on the same mission as partner Raider since forming the team, to rid the WFWF of The New Epoch. In one of the six Survival of the Fittest qualifying matches, he will get to do just so against David Brennan. It has proven to be a difficult task fighting The New Epoch for Bennett, who is winless in his matches against them, including against Brennan. These two men are looking to enter a match that will give them a World Heavyweight Championship opportunity, which could provide us with some interesting situations. Imagine if Brennan were to win SOTF and Kyzer the World Championship. Or what if Bennett were to survive the chamber with tag team partner and co-champion Raider winning the belt? This is one of the things that makes this night so interesting, and we could have an awkward situation following this night if the right cards fall.
WFWF International Championship
Drakz (c) vs. Trace Demon vs. Drake Elias
At IT'S SUPER EFFECTIVE, Drakz retained the championship against Trace Demon, using underhanded tactics to do so. At the same event, newcomer Drake Elias cemented himself as a threat when he earned himself a National Championship match, which was soon turned into a International Championship match when WFWF CEO Xavier Pierce decided that Elias was impressive enough to go for the more prestigious title. Slighted from the results of IT'S SUPER EFFECTIVE, Trace Demon demanded a rematch from Drakz, who refused, citing that another challenger has been put in front of him. Through the weeks, Trace has been trying to prove he was worthy of earning another shot, putting up an impressive string of wins, culminating in a win over WFWF World Heavyweight Champion Phillip Schneider. All three of these men have something to prove going into this match. Trace is looking to prove that he is one of the greatest the company has ever seen, by becoming a Grand Slam Champion. Elias wants to prove that he is not just a flash in a pan and truly has staying power. Drakz wants to prove that he is the only viable International Champion and that The New Epoch reigns supreme. Only one of these men will prove what they want, and they will also walk away with the WFWF International Championship.
Survival of the Fittest Qualifying Match
Ripp Jackson vs. Mak Cross
Several Loadeds ago, Mak Cross and Ripp Jackson put on one of the most competitive matches of the year. After Jackson came out on top, these two men went in opposite directions. Cross has been relatively successful, impressive in all of his matches. Jackson on the other hand, has had trouble winning. Other than his unsuccessful tag team championship run with Thunder, Jackson has failed to win a match in quite a long time. WFWF CEO Xavier Pierce has noticed this, and on the previous edition of Loaded following Jackson and Thunder's loss of the tag team championships, has given Jackson his notice. Either win, or you're fired. It's a match with incredible stakes, and it is sure to be just as competitive as their previous encounter.
Survival of the Fittest Qualifying Match
WFWF National Championship
Daniel Sabat (c) vs. Cameron Stone
Since winning the WFWF National Championship against Cam Nitta in his debut match, Daniel Sabat has tore up the WFWF, vanquishing all comers. And as is the new trend with the National Championship, Sabat must defend his belt in this qualifying match for the Survival of the Fittest Elimination Chamber. His challenger? None other than Cameron Stone, who has done nothing but impress since returning. This is sure to be a good challenge for the champion, who cannot let his guard down.
Survival of the Fittest Qualifying Match
Alexis Chavente vs. Cam Nitta
Phillip Schneider's protege has quietly gone undefeated since debuting in the WFWF, even earning a victory over Schneider's opponent tonight Hutton Brown. Cam Nitta has also quietly been very impressive, despite losing his National Championship. The winner of the entire thing could surprisingly come from this match, and these two should definitely be considered dark horses. I for sure wouldn't like to bet against either of these two when they are at the top of their game.
Survival of the Fittest Qualifying Match
Open Challenge Battle Royal
Confirmed Competitors: Oscar Conrad Davidson, Joe Bishop, Stephen Fowler, Leo Krause, Yukio Blaze
Oscar Conrad Davidson made his return to the WFWF on the last edition of Loaded. And he came back with a huge announcement. This qualifier will be an open challenge battle royal, where anyone who hasn't won the WFWF World Heavyweight Championship is free to show up and take a shot at Survival of the Fittest. Along with Davidson, recently returned Joe Bishop and Stephen Fowler will also be a part of this match. What surprises will this match have in store for us? We already have another newcomer entering the fray, with Leo Krause making his debut.
Survival of the Fittest Qualifying Match
Slanted vs. Drake Elias
Contender for the International Championship, Drake Elias will be pulling double, and potentially triple duty on this night. His qualifying match is against the winless Slanted, whose string of bad luck is incredible if I'm being quite honest. Slanted will look to get his first win and knock Elias down a peg. Will Elias regret taking on two matches, allowing Slanted to pull off an upset and get into the biggest match of his short career? Or will he walk away with not only the International Championship, but also a shot at the WFWF World Heavyweight Championship.
