Smackdown June 10th
Bucky Lasek: Welcome to RBW Smackdown!
Kevin Jones: And with this being the final show before the 9th Royal Rumble event, this is going to be one big show
Bucky Lasek: That's true, everyone is pumped up about winning the rumble to earn a championship bout at wrestlemania 9
Kevin Jones: Which means with everyone pumped up, it's going to be a high energy, electricity filled show
Bucky Lasek: not to mention tonight's main event; The European Champion, Kenwood, takes on the evil lord of darkness, aka the current RBW champion, the Undertaker!!!
Kevin Jones: I can't wait for that! Two of the biggest stars in RBW will clash in the ring tonight, but right now it's time for the opening contest
Vampiro .vs. Jim Duggan (w/ J.R)
At the last PPV, No Quarter Given, Vampiro went on a rampage after loosing an X-Division Title match, and he assaulted Jim Ross ringside, so now J.R has gotten Jim Duggan to teach Vampiro a lesson!
The match begins with Duggan overpowering Vampiro, resulting to the Vampire warrior to bail ringside. Duggan chases after him, but Vampiro uses J.R as a sheild, then throws J.R into Duggan! This mishap opens up a chance for Vampiro to sucker punch Duggan, leading into a big beatdown back in the ring from Vampiro. After much pain has been caused Vamps goes for his dropstone piledriver, but Duggan flips him over his head, and follows up with a comeback of strikes. Duggan evens the odds with some slams, and sets up for his lethal lariat, but as he charges Vampiro catches Duggan with a high knee strike, then hits a dropstone piledriver on Duggan to get the win.
After the match Vampiro tries to piledriver J.R but Crash Holly runs down to save the day and chases Vampiro away
Bucky Lasek: That weirdo Vampiro is a nutcase!
Kevin Jones: Good job Crash came down to stop that freak, J.R could've had his neck broken!
Bucky Lasek: Well, Speaking of necks, the head is connected to the neck, and connected to the head is hair, and the...
Kevin Jones: ...WHAT???
Bucky Lasek: As I was saying, the person with the best hair in RBW is Carlito, and he's in action next
Kevin Jones: ...
Bucky Lasek: Against a former RBW Champion, John Morrison!
Kevin Jones: Nice segway there, but in all seriousness, we've got two very talented wrestlers going into battle right now, this will be a treat for all wrestling fans!
Bucky Lasek: I hope Morrison wins, I love John Morrison! (no homo)
Carlito .vs. John Morrison
A good technical start, with both wrestlers going hold for hold in grappling. Morrison fires things up with a snappy armdrag, followed by a hiptoss, then a dropkick, which sends Carlito rolling out the ring.
Morrison leaps over the ropes with a flipping sentom plancha! Morrison rolls Carlito back into the ring, and goes for starship pain, but Carlito rolls out the way and Morrison lands awkwardly on his shoulder. Carlito targets and dissects the shoulder with all kinds of holds and attacks, leading into a nasty fuji armbar, but Morrison rolls out and fires back with clotheslines from his good arm, then a standing shooting star press! Morrison's Moonlight drive is countered into a snap DDT, but it only gets a 2 count! Carlito then sets up for a backstabber but Morrison holds onto the ropes and Carlito gets nothing as he bumps onto the canvas. Carlito gets up but Morrison hits him with a flying chuck, and pins Calrito to the count of 2 and a half! Morrison goes for starship pain but as he leaps up to bounce off the ropes, Carlito grabs him from behind pulling Morrison backwards off the top rope and into a backstabber! Carlito pins Morrison but to a 2 count only. An angry Carlito grabs Morrison and goes for the moonlight drive, but as Carlito goes through the motion, Morrison pushes him away, Carlito bounces off the canvas, then turns around into a second flying chuck kick, which gets Morrison the win
After the match, Andre the Giant comes down and tells his tag team partner, Carlito, to get an apple from Kid Kash as it will 'heal you up nicely'. Andre then says that he wants to sue the indie wrestling company known as 'Marvel's Amazing Action' for copyrighting his own in-ring sgement show called 'Andre's Amazing Action'.
Former and current MAA wrestlers; Bret Hart, Mike Awesome, Ginty and Old Greg come down and all enter the ring, except Old Greg who is too nervous. Bret argues that MAA is a good wrestling company and that Andre is a joker! Andre chops Bret down, throws Awesome out the ring, and lifts Ginty into the air with a one-arm chokehold then headbutts him in mid-air! Andre repeats the nasty lifting Choke-Butt move on Bret Hart too, but then Mike Awesome enters the ring and superkicks Andre in the gob! Andre staggers out the ring and Old Greg starts brawling with him.
Mike Awesome then calls out Stevie Richards for cheating him out of the I-C title at No Quarter Given, to which the I-C champion, (and his father; King Richards) come down to accept the scheduled non-title match.
Mike Awesome .vs. I-C Champion; Stevie Richards (w/ King Richards)
King Richards screams abuse at Awesome just as the bell rings, which distracts Mike for enough time for Stevie to start the blind-side assault. But Mike overpowers Stevie, as he batters him around with stiff lariats, different variations of suplexes, and then he sets Stevie up for a powerbomb, but King Richards gets on the apron, so Mike knocks him off. Mike turns around and Stevie unleases a superkick, but Mike ducks and nails 3 german suplexes which gets just a 2 count. Mike then lifts Stevie up by his hair and hits a hard lariat, followed by a frog splash, which gets Mike Awesome the win.
Mike raises the I-C title and proclaims that he can beat Stevie and sooner or later he will do it again when the I-C title is on the line.
But all of a sudden King Richards superkicks Mike from behind, and brings in a folding steel chair and opens it out. He helps up his son, Stevie, who gets Mike for a backdrop suplex and hits Mike with the move onto the opened steel chair!!!
Bucky Lasek: God darn it! Just like at No Quarter Given, Mike Awesome is backsuplexed onto the opened steel chair!
Kevin Jones: A message has been sent loud and clear to Mike! Stevie is trying to cripple Mike, just for the sake of retaining the I-C title
Bucky Lasek: IF Stevie was a true champion, he wouldn't have to resort to this! He's become a changed man, obsessed with keeping the title, especially with Mike Awesome on his trail
Kevin Jones: And Mike's got his number, he just beat him cleanly in the ring, Stevie knows it and he's doing whatever he can do to keep Awesome away from him
Bucky Lasek: dirty bastard, I hope Mike isn't injured, and gets payback on Stevie
Alan comes rushing down just as the Richards are leaving the ring. Alan gives a nasty glare to them ringside, but the damage has already been done. He check on Mike Awesome, and helps him out the ring as RBW staff carry Awesome off to the medical room.
#1 Contender for the European Title
Amazing Alan .vs. Randy Wartooth
Before the match starts Randy says he's pissed that Kenwood beat him for the European title at No Quarter Given, and he declares he wants to win the Euro title back, and Alan is the stepping stone to get there, so he punches Alan in the face. Alan gets angry and overpowers Wartooth at the start of the bout with furious fast paced brawling, and some powerful slams. Wartooth crawls to a corner asking Alan to give him 'time out' but Alan says 'no chance', so Wartooth kicks Alan in the kneecap, then cuts him down with some very vicious strikes to the face. Wartooth dominates the match for some time. He then has Alan on the top rope for a superplex, but Alan escapes by jumping off the turnbuckle, and pulling Wartooths head onto the top of the turnbuckle! Wartooth still sat on the top rope gets a big bicycle kick to the head and falls into the ring. He stumbles up but soon gets turned inside out by a huge lariat by Alan, followed up by a powerslam that gets the 3 count! Alan is the winner via Powerslam
Alan then proclaims he will go onto face kenwood for the European title, at the 9th Royal Rumble Event.
Bucky Lasek: Nice big win for Alan, he deserves it!
Kevin Jones: And now Amazing Alan will face Kenwood at the Royal Rumble 9, for a European Championship encounter!
Bucky Lasek: Sweeeeet! Both these guys are amazing wrestlers, I personally think that match will steal the show
Kevin Jones: Well considering that show will feature a 30-man Royal Rumble match, that's a pretty brave and bold statement
Bucky Lasek: I MEAN IT! I'm a huuuge fan of these guys, they're so talented, they give it 100% everytime they step into the ring! Their match will be a true classic
Kevin Jones: That's true, they are two of the hardest workers in RBW, and that European title match is sure to be great, but coming up next is a former European champion in action
Bucky Lasek: Jon? HBK? Zeke? DDP? Bu....
Kevin Jones: Woah, slow down there buddy, it's CM Punk! And he'll be facing off against the mighty Snukka
Bucky Lasek: Woaaah, this is going to be one tough battle, let the action begin!
CM Punk .vs. Snukka (w/ Rikishi)
Rikishi ringside telling Snukka to go all out, and that 'it's your world Snukka!' to pump him up. The bell rings and Snukka goes bezerk as he unloads an array of lethal kicks to CM Punk's head right away, showing no mercy whatsoever. With Punk out cold, Snukka lifts him up and nails a death valley driver which gets a 2 count, so Snukka hits a frog splash that gets the 3 count!
Bucky Lasek: SNUKKA. IS. A. MONSTER!!!
Kevin Jones: I can't believe how brutal Snukka is! He just mauled Punk and made it look easy
Bucky Lasek: Both guys are known for being hard hitters, but Snukka just took it to the limit
Kevin Jones: Cm Punk has been left out cold, he's got a bloody nose, and he didn't even see it coming
Bucky Lasek: I'm telling you, Snukka is intense! If this wild animal delivers like this in the Rumble then he'll be winning it
Kevin Jones: Not to mention that Rikishi is a Royal Rumble winner too, and since he's guiding Snukka, we could be looking at the Rumble winner in Snukka
Bucky Lasek: Well, speaking of brutality, at No Quarter Given, we witnessed the most barbaric match in RBW history; it was the barbwire roped Military match!
Kevin Jones: Chip Hazard successfully defended the World Heavyweight title against Stone Cold Steve Austin in a brutal match, which has left Austin out cold, if you pardon the pun, and put him on the injured list
Bucky Lasek: And since Hazard destroyed Stone Cold in the barb-wired military match, the Krystal Maze (Stone Cold, Haas and Big Show) have been after Hazard!
Kevin Jones: and at the Royal Rumble 9, a furious Big Show will challenge for Hazard's World Heavyweight title, as Show looks for retribution for his fallen partner.
Bucky Lasek: But right now, former World Heavyweight champion, Charlie Haas, will be challenging Chip Hazard in a non-title match, and you best believe Haas will be go full force for what Chip has done to his team-mate, Steve Austin
World Heavyweight Champion; Chip Hazard .vs. Charlie Haas
Haas charges at Chip ready to fight, but Hazard smacks Haas in the face and knocks him out the ring. Then Big Show comes down and has a showdown with Hazard. Haas gets a cheap shot from this, and beats him down back in the ring. After some punishment, Hazard makes a comeback with an exploder suplex which spiked Haas on his head! Hazard then hits the dominator which gets the win for Hazard. Big Show then gets on the apron and swings for Chip Hazard, but he ducks and gets Show in a full nelson. Big show jumps off the apron pulling Chip into a jawbreaker on the ropes. Big Show climbs back onto the apron, but Chip grabs his title belt in a combat formation, glaring at the Big Show. Show backs down off the apron saying "just you wait until the Rumble, punk" as Big Show carries a lifeless Haas away, ever so angry at Hazard.
Kevin Jones: You can feel the hatred between these two giants!
Bucky Lasek: Chip and Big Show have done some pretty mean things in their careers, so I don't really know who I'm routing for, but all I know is that come the Royal Rumble, we're going to have two massive beasts ready to knock the crap out of each other for the heavyweight title!
Kevin Jones: Well, I'm not taking sides, but you've got to remember that deep down the Krystal Maze are a bunch of bandits who have no morals, just look how they ended Kane's career last year with that viscous assault then locking him in a casket
Bucky Lasek: Yeah, but Kane was scary...
Kevin Jones: But he didn't desvere to have his life threatened! All I'm saying is that Chip Hazard is the lesser of two evils, but I'm not taking sides. At the Royal Rumble 9, a furious Big Show will challenge a badass Chip Hazard for the World Heavyweight title, and with the bad blood between them, it's going to be clash of the titans like we've never see!
Bucky Lasek: I want to be far, far away from ringside when that happens, I don't get paid enough to this petrified!
Kevin Jones: Don't worry, we've got barricades around the desk
Bucky Lasek: PHEW!
Kevin Jones: But there are no barricades, barriers or limits when it comes to the daredevil style of the X-Division!!
Bucky Lasek: Stop shouting, I'm feeling super nervous
Kevin Jones: because coming up next is a match from the X-Division
Perry Saturn .vs. Paul London
The X-Divison Champion; Alex Shelley is watching ringside, eating peanutt butter with a spork.
The match started off fast and furious, with Paul London getting the advantage with his speed and agility. Paul showcased all kinds of flashy, lucha orientated moves, keeping Perry Saturn at bay, but when a diving hurrucanrana from London was countered into a powerbomb, the tables turned in favour of Perry Saturn. Perry now controlled the match with matt based techniques, often styling some MMA holds and groundwork. London would fight out of the holds now and then but Perry would always keep on the attack, and keep him grounded, and eventually went for rings of Saturn, but Paul made it to a ropebreak. Saturn then got went for death valley driver, but Paul fliped over and landed on his feet! Paul made a fast paced strike filled comeback, nailing an enziguri to knock Saturn down, and a pin got London a 2 count. Paul went uptop and hit a 450 splash, but Perry stuck his knees up and london landed gut first onto them! Perry Saturn then hit a Death valley Driver, and got the 3 count, although it looked like London kicked out just a split second after the 3 count was made.
Alex Shelley enters the ring and gobs off at Saturn, telling him he'll never be good enough to get a shot at the X-title, before slapping him in the face. Perry gets mad, as Alex Shelley escapes the ring, but Perry chases after him. All of a sudden Alex Shelley's nemesis, Sting, comes down to help Paul London out the ring, but Sting has a look in his eyes that mean business.
Kevin Jones: oh boy, it looks to me like Sting has unfinished business with that egomaniac, Alex Shelley!
Bucky Lasek: What do you expect, Alex Shelley is a dick! He's the most disrespectful guy on the roster, and you know Sting is the most respectful veteran in RBW.
Kevin Jones: Not to mention Sting and Shelley have had a very heated rival over the last year, where Sting has been disrespected time and time again by the cocky X-Division Champion, Alex Shelley, and Sting has never had the final chance to defeat Alex Shelley and teach him a lesson... yet!
Bucky Lasek: Alex Shelley is on borrowed time, there's only so long you get get away with being a douche-bag and not getting your comeuppance. I just hope we get to see Sting get one more match with him and take him to school
All of a sudden the general manager Lance Storm and the Chairman's son, Shane O'mac, come down to ringside to tell the ring announcer, Paul Heyman a message. With his trusted microphone, Heyman announces that 'at the Royal Rumble, the RBW Chairman, Vince McMahon, will be back to explain his condition and what he has planned for the Undertaker!'
Kevin Jones: Finally, Vince McMahon will be back! I'm glad to hear he'll be returning and he's got something planned for the RBW Champion, Undertaker!
Bucky Lasek: I'm grateful he's out of the hospital now, and if I know Vince, I'm sure he'll have something planned that will put the Undertaker in hospital!
Kevin Jones: Ever since Undertaker broke the Chairman's neck, the lack of authority has allowed Undertaker to rule RBW with an iron fist, even capturing the RBW gold for all his minions... but with the boss coming back, I think his reign of terror will be stopped!
Bucky Lasek: it's about time too, if the Undertaker is in power for much longer it would be too late to save RBW from his evil wrath!
Kevin Jones: Not to mention, the Undertaker stole the RBW title from a hell in a cell match between Batista and John Morrison, then managed to slyly win it in a triple threat match, so not only will Vince be sure to have a major punishment for Undertaker, but he may even grant Batista and John Morrison a chance to get vengeance towards the Deadman!
Bucky Lasek: Whatever Vince has in store, the Undertaker won't like it, that's for certain!
Kevin Jones: And Undertaker will be in tonight's main event match against European champion; Kenwood. But before then it's time for a hardcore title match!
((Hardcore Title match))
Hardcore Champion; Rhyno .vs. Bubba Ray .vs. Santino
Santino starts off by yelling at Bubba, then yelling at Rhyno who slaps Santino out of the ring. Rhyno and Bubba then begin to brawl furiously and both go hurling over the top rope as they brawl. Santino then climbs on the apron and hits a diving cross body on them, but they catch him in mid air. With Rhyno still holding Santino, Bubba lets go and boots Rhyno in the face. Bubba gets out some weapons out from under the ring and smacks Rhyno with a bin. Santino then puts a sleeper on Bubba, but Bubba backpedals and rams Santino into the ring apron. Bubba then rolls Santino into the ring, grabs a table and takes it into the ring. Bubba sets the table up, and chokeslams Santino through it, pinning him 1...2.... the pin is broken up when a table lands on the back of Bubba's head, as Rhyno has just thrown it from the ring apron. As Rhyno enters the ring, Bubba swings but Rhyno ducks and hits a backdrop suplex, with Bubba landing on the upright table leg of the first table!! Rhyno pins Bubba but Santino barely manages to break up the pin, despite being in so much agony. Rhyno grabs Santino and rams his head into a turnbuckle. Rhyno then sets up his table, and takes Santino to the top rope and hits a Rhyno driver off the top rope through the table!!! Rhyno pins Santino and wins via Rhyno driver, retaining the hardcore title
Bucky Lasek: Son of a Beast! Rhyno has killed Santino!!!
Kevin Jones: After so much pain and high risks, Rhyno has retained his hardcore title!
Bucky Lasek: Poor Santino crashing headfirst through the table, and poor Bubba landing on that upright table leg, that may have broken his spine?
Kevin Jones: I really hope not, that would be a horrible shame, even for that obnoxious bully
Bucky Lasek: Rhyno's rampage continues on, and he seems to be getting more brutal each time he defends that title
Kevin Jones: NEWS JUST IN! At the Royal Rumble, the War Machine Rhyno will defend his Hardcore title against the olympic gold medalist, Kurt Angle!
Bucky Lasek: WOAH! What a clash of styles! The hardcore beast of destruction against the pure, technical, grappler Kurt Angle!?
Kevin Jones: Kurt Angle in the Hardcore Divison does seem a bit strange, but he's been wanting a challenge, so going into strange territory will be very interesting indeed
Bucky Lasek: Speaking of strange, here comes the Undertaker's morticians, Maven and Ariel!
Kevin Jones: Dark Days are upon us when Undertaker and his Morticians are around, but this may be the last time they hold their dark power over RBW, because the Chairman will be back at the Rumble to sort them out!
Bucky Lasek: Shhh, they might hear you!
Maven (w/ Ariel ) .vs. Jon
Jon outwrestles Maven early on, embarrassing the Mortician several times. Maven gets fed up and goes ringside, where Ariel tries to calm him down, but Jon comes charging for a suicide dive, and knocks Maven down. Ariel then starts shrieking at Jon, but he gives her the dirty bird gesture! Jon turns around and Maven decks him in the jaw, as the ref tells them to 'get back in the ring'. Maven continues a beatdown on Jon inside the ring, brawling the former european champion to the joy of Ariel. Maven goes to finish Jon off with a Maven-bottom, but Jon elbows out and hits a Jon Cutter! He pins Maven, but Ariel puts Maven's foot on the rope before the count of 3! Jon then drags Maven into the middle of the ring, goes up to the top rope for an elbow drop, but Ariel climbs on the ring apron and grabs Jon's leg! 'Get off me you dirty bint' Jon yells, as Maven runs over and and armdrags Jon off the top rope into the ring! Maven covers Jon, 1...2...but Jon kicks out! Maven then hits a Maven-bottom but that only gets a two and a half count!
Maven gets frustrated so Ariel grabs a steel chair ringside for Maven, but Jillian Hall runs down and takes out Ariel. Jillian then hits Ariel with Ariel's Womens champinship title, which Ariel managed to defend by cheating against Jillian at the last PPV. Meanwhile, Maven goes for a second rock bottom, but Jon counters it with a DDT! After that gets a 2-count, Jon puts Maven on the top rope and gets him in a cutter hold for the Dragon's eye! But Maven pushes Jon away, and hits a missle dropkick onto Jon. Maven then hits the Maven drop, followed by a moonsault to get the win for Maven.
Maven's tag team championship partner, George Steele, comes down to celebrate the win, and they set Jon up for a powerbomb/neckbreaker combo, but Jon's tag team partner, Eric Fishlipps, runs down to save Jon and chases away the Morticians; Maven and Steele!
Kevin Jones: Undertaker's Mortician's; Maven and George Steele, are out of control! What did they think they were doing to poor old Jon?
Bucky Lasek: Trying to hurt him, it would seem, but luckily Eric saved his buddy from potential injury
Kevin Jones: I tell you right now, these Mortician's need to be stopped! Every single one! Maven, Steele, Ariel and especially the Undertaker!
Bucky Lasek: and what makes it worse is that they hold gold! The Tag Team titles, the Women's title and the RBW title! Championship gold equals power in RBW, and these Morticians all have it!
Kevin Jones: Well, hopefully Jon and Eric can take the Tag Titles out of their evil clutches at a later date, I'm thinking at the Royal Rumble 9
Bucky Lasek: I'd welcome that, but as far as the RBW Champion goes, the Undertaker is the main problem! He's pulling all the strings here
Kevin Jones: yeah, well that can only carry on for so long, because Vince Mcmahon will be back at the Rumble and he'll sort this mess out, mark my words!
Bucky Lasek: I truly hope so...
*DONG*
Bucky Lasek:... ARGH!! He's here, he heard us bad-mouth him! OH GOD!!
Kevin Jones: Bucky! Get out from underneath the desk, and pull yourself together
Bucky Lasek: He won't get me if I'm under here though!
Kevin Jones: Don't worry, he's fighting Kenwood in our main event, right now! He'll be too busy to worry about what you have to say!
Bucky Lasek: O-o-Okay... KICK HIS BUTT KENWOOD!!!
European Champion .vs. RBW Champion
Kenwood .vs. The Undertaker!
During Kenwood's entrance, Undertaker hits a suicide plancha from the ring taking down Kenwood. He then starts to batter Kenwood all over the ringside area and smashes him with a chair. The referee calls it a no-contest, but Undertaker rolls Kenwood into the ring and sets him up for a tombstone. Suddenly, Amazing Alan runs down and starts brawling with 'Taker, but after a nasty big boot from the deadman, Alan eventually gets tombstoned. But then Batista runs down to stop the evil RBW Champion, and after a slugfest Batista Spine busters Undertaker! Batista then sets Undertaker up for a powerbomb, but one of Undetaker's henchman; George Steele runs down and pulls undertaker out of the ring and they flee, as Batista screams revenge on the Undertaker, before he chases after them.
Kevin Jones: Good greif what a crazy ordeal that was!
Bucky Lasek: This is just madness! I told you the Undertaker was mental, look what he did to Kenwood and Alan! If only Batista had hit that powerbomb!
Kevin Jones: And Batista almost did, but as always, the Undertaker's Morticians are never too far behind their dark leader.
Bucky Lasek: Now I really can't wait for Vince to punish the Undertaker! C'mon Royal Rumble 9, hurry up already!
Kevin Jones: Well we can't time travel just yet, but I can forecast the future, because I have just received news in my headset from the back, that at the Royal Rumble 9, there will be a huge 6-man tag team match! The Undertaker and his Morticians team up with Stevie Richards, to battle Batista, John Morrison and Mike Awesome!
Bucky Lasek: Crikey! That's two big fueds mixed into one hell of a match! Looks like there's chance for Awesome to get payback on Stevie, and Morrison and Batista to get one up on the Undertaker and his Morticians!
Kevin Jones: And that's just the icing on the cake! Vince McMahon still has much more in store for the Undertaker! Not to mention a World Heavyweight title match, a Hardcore title match, a European title match, as the big daddy of them all; the 30-man over the top rope Royal Rumble match!
Bucky Lasek: WOW! This event is going to be huge, ladies and gentlemen we hope to see you there, for what will surely be one of the biggest events in RBW history!
Kevin Jones: He's been Bucky Lasek, and I'm Kevin Jones, and we here at RBW thankyou for watching, and we'll see you next tme at RBW's 9th Royal Rumble
