FIREWORKS. BIG ASS FIREWORKS.Matthew Werner: Live, from Las Vegas, welcome everyone to Survival of the Fittest! The fans are electric for tonight.Matthew Werner: I’m Matthew Werner and I’m here with my partner Matt Steel. Matt Steel: Charmed. Matthew Werner: Welcome everyone to one of the WFWF’s ‘big three’ Pay Per Views of the year. There’s Super Brawl, there’s Scars and Stripes, and last but certainly not least, there is Survival of the Fittest. Matt Steel: Fittest has provided us with some of the greatest moments in the history of the WFWF. Matthew Werner: That it has. For those of you new to the program, here’s how the Fittest tournament works. Tonight, we will have six qualifying matches. The six winners will then, later in the show, face off against one another inside of an Elimination Chamber. The winner of the Chamber will face the winner of the Double Jeopardy WFWF Championship match at the next Pay Per View. Matt Steel: That they will. And if you’re keeping tabs at home, as of late, whoever the champion is is in serious trouble. In recent memory, both Trace Demon and Thunder won their individual Fittest tournaments and went on to defeat the WFWF Champion in the subsequent Pay Per View, Trace Demon defeating DGX and Thunder defeating Phillip Schneider. Matthew Werner: …wait…you just gave a rundown of actual facts? Sh*t…is the world ending? Matt Steel: Perhaps. Matthew Werner: Well tonight, we have what may just be the most star studded card in WFWF history. We have a Double Jeopardy match for the WFWF Championship, a match consisting of Hutton Brown, Raider, Michael Kyzer and of course, the WFWF Champion Phillip Schneider. Matt Steel: We’ve got a WFWF National Championship match between the undefeated Daniel Sabat and WFWF veteran Cameron Stone. That is, of course, presuming he’s not attacked by Braden Munroe before the match. Hey, it’s happened before. Matthew Werner: Then we have Chavente and Nitta in what could be the sleeper match of the night. Matt Steel: Then there’s Brennan and Bennett who are arguably the two best wrestlers in the WFWF today. Matthew Werner: Don’t forget Ripp Jackson and Mak Cross, a match that has Ripp Jackson’s career on the line. Matt Steel: Then there’s the battle royal and of course, we can’t discount the amazing WFWF International Championship match here tonight which, again, could be a show stealer. Matthew Werner: And to open the show tonight, we’re being told that the first match will be WFWF’s resident pot head versus the man with two matches. Matt Steel: LET’S GET IT ON! The lights dim and “Bullet with a Name” explodes over the speakers. A lone spotlight appears on stage and Drake Elias stands under it. People erupt in cheers at the sight as he walks to the ring with the spotlight staying on him. He smiles to the crowd and he slides into the ring. He raises a fist into the air and relaxes in the corner waiting on the match to begin.Matthew Werner: And here we are in the first qualifying match, Slanted and Drake Elias are the first contestants. Matt Steel: This should be interesting. Slanted has yet to win a match, and Elias has at least two matches tonight. It should be interesting. Pearl Jam's "Go" rips into the arena as Slanted and Enchanted walk to the arena. Slanted takes a moment to gaze around the arena, before Enchanted gives him a slap on the butt and with that, Slanted runs into the ring. He enters the ring with a cool slide and climbs to the center ropes. He hangs on for a moment, raising his arm as "Go" comes to a sudden drop. The bell rings and Slanted charges forward with the clothesline, but Drake Elias catches the charging Slanted and sends him sweeping overhead with a fall away slam.Matthew Werner: Ouch. Slanted crashes into the ropes and before Elias can totally capitalize, Slanted rolls out of the ring and takes a moment to gather himself, while Enchanted comes to his aid.Drake Elias rolls out of the ring as Enchanted quickly motions herself away from the two men. Elias tries to roll Slanted back into the ring, but Slanted fights back and pushes Elias into the steel security rail and as Elias crashes into the steel, Slanted explodes with a follow-up flying clothesline, spilling himself and Elias into the first row.Matthew Werner: Slanted is giving Elias a run for his money here. Inside the ring, the referee has already began the ten count.... 1 ... ... 2 ... ... 3 ... Both Slanted and Elias start to come to.... 4 ... Arena security make they’re way ringside to keep the fans away from the combatants.... 5 ... Enchanted lingers around the guard rail, shouting out bits on encouragement to Slanted.... 6 ... Both Slanted and Elias begin pummeling each other around the crowd. Security blocks the audience away from both men.... 7 ... Slanted motions for another clothesline, but Elias catches him once again and sends him back ringside with a belly-to-belly suplex.... 8 ... Elias grabs Slanted by the head and shoves him back into the ring.... 9 ... Elias slides back into the ring, but before he can, Slanted manages to spring over with a suicide dive, thus effectively breaking the ten count, sending himself and Drake Elias back against the security rail.Matthew Werner: Well that didn't last long. Both men stumble on their feet and start exchanging blows before locking into a tie-up, trying to jock for position until they ended up sliding back into the ring, still engaged in the lock up.Slanted sends Drake Elias to the ropes; Elias springs back as Slanted ducks over him. Elias hops over Slanted and bounces back off the ropes as Slanted leapfrogs, but Elias catches Slanted and plants him with a vicious spinebuster.Elias hooks the leg for the cover.... 1 ... ... 2 ... Matthew Werner: He's gonna get him! ... Slanted kicks out. Elias brings Slanted to his feet and sends him towards the corner, but Slanted grabs the second rope and attempts to jump back, but Elias manages to clip Slanted and pushes him down with a tornado bomb, but Slanted manages to hold on to the ropes. Slanted looks back and sends a couple boot shots across Elias’s face and follows-up with a modified frankenstiener.Matthew Werner: Yikes. Slanted is intent on winning this match. Slanted rolls him up for the pin.... 1 ... ... 2 ... Elias kicks out, pushing Slanted off him and follows up with a vicious lariat across the back of the head. Slanted drops on all fours and Elias follows up with pummels across Slanted’s back, setting him up for the Zero Hour. Elias sets Slanted into position, but Slanted rolls out of the way and reverses it with a sunset flip.... 1 ... ... 2 ... Slanted grabs a hand full of tights.... 3 ... Keri Thames: Here is your winner, Slanted! The referee calls for the bell and both Slanted and Drake Elias can’t believe it. Enchanted runs into the ring as Pearl Jam’s “Go” once again hits the arena, wrapping her arms around Slanted’s neck as the referee raises his arm in victory.Matthew Werner: WHAT?! Matt Steel: So Slanted finally gets his first win in the WFWF, and he gets it at the most opportune time possible and such. Not only did he just knock off Drake Elias, he's got himself in the Elimination Chamber...and now he has a shot at the WFWF Championship. Matthew Werner: Big sh*t's popping already. But the question now is, how will Elias recover? Matt Steel: That's a good question. He's got a tough matchup against Drakz and Trace Demon tonight...but a loss to a guy who couldn't seem to ever win...that's an interesting situation he's in. It should be interesting to see what his mindset going into that match will be.

We cut to the back. Mak Cross is in the locker room, gearing up for his match later in the evening against Ripp Jackson. He has his earbuds in his ear, listening to whatever music it is he’s listening to, when he looks up and sees his fellow Chicagoan, Cam Nitta.
Cam Nitta: Yo, Mak, ready for me to kick your ass?
Mak Cross: You? Kick my ass?
Cam Nitta: Yep.
Mak Cross: Says the guy about to lose to a woman.
Cam Nitta: Heh. Say what you want, I'm going to win. And I'm going to be beating Philly for the title in a few weeks.
Mak Cross: Even if you beat little Ms. Protégé, what makes you think you'll beat me?
Cam Nitta: ‘Cause I'm good. And I feel REAL good.
Mak Cross: You know, last I checked, drugs that make you feel that way are harmful to your health.
Cam Nitta: Then they should make Adrenaline illegal and arrest us all.
Mak Cross: Bit too kinky for me personally.
Cam Nitta: Somehow, I knew that you would say that. Either way, you better end Ripp Jackson's career in the WFWF or I'm gonna be pissed, and have you one upped for the time being.
Mak Cross: Partner, Ripp Jackson's career, in professional wrestling, is as good as dead, as much as I wouldn't like it to happen.
Cam Nitta: If you don't want it, talk to Pierce. But, know this, Ripp isn't going to want to lose even more now. Ripp Jackson is going to have that much more to play for. Do you play cards?
Mak Cross: Just ‘Oh Hell’.
Cam Nitta: Okay, well, I hope you get this. You have an ante in this match. Ripp Jackson has all the chips in the pile. Now, the real question is, who holds the Aces and the Eights?
Mak Cross: …I thought they had meds for that kind of thing.
Cam Nitta: Shut up and listen to your Karmin.
Mak Cross: Hey, I'm not listening to Karmin.
Mak presses play and Karmin plays out of his ear buds. He pauses the song, as an awkward pause takes over the room for a few seconds.
Cam Nitta: There's a Brokenhearted joke in here somewhere, but you wouldn't even hear it, so I won't waste my breath. See you in the ring, Mak.
Cam Nitta leaves back out of the locker room. Mak simply continues about his routine.
Cutting to a different part of backstage, Slanted is walking around with a bottle of water in his hands, trying to catch his breath still from the match he just had. He’s drinking from the bottle every so often in between stretches. He’s trying to keep loose. He’s got another match to prepare for.
Slanted walks over to one of the rolling-block TVs in the locker room and looks smiles as one of the cameras is on the fans. He’s got an entire show to wait, but he knows he’ll be good to go. He turns around, but as he does so, he’s clotheslined by a giant, sweaty man.
Matthew Werner: What the hell?!
The man picks up Slanted and throws him into one of the lockers. Once again Slanted is picked up, and Slanted is making an honest attempt to fight back, but the assailant gets the final advantage, tossing Slanted into the TV, the man falling over the cart and the TV, the screen cracking thanks to the force his head exerted into it.
Matthew Werner: What the hell? Who the f*ck just attacked Slanted?
Standing over Slanted is the man who just took him out. A sinister laugh that could only belong to one man is heard. The man gets down on a knee over Slanted and pats his face, making sure he’s out cold. The man looks around and a smile is shown. And then the rest of his face. Cameron Stone.
Matthew Werner: Stone? Why the hell would Stone just attack Slanted out of the blue like that?
Matt Steel: Stone’s a known psychopath. To expect anything rational from him is nothing less than insanity on your behalf.
Matthew Werner: Maybe so, but to take out the first competitor in the Chamber?
Matt Steel: For years, Stone’s had a serious case of the ‘so close, yet so far.’ Maybe now he’s just ensuring that issue is passed onto Slanted?
Matthew Werner: But Stone’s gotta get through Sabat if he’s even going to get near Slanted though…that’s what makes no sense. Why Slanted?
Matt Steel: Maybe Stone’s got confidence in his ability to beat Sabat? Maybe Stone wanted to see how the other side lived, since this has happened to him on more than one occasion?
Matthew Werner: Is Slanted even going to be able to make the chamber?
Matt Steel: I haven’t even the remotest idea. One would hope…but Stone left Slanted in a position that no human can physically contort themselves into without breaking something. I don’t like his chances.
Matthew Werner: Then what are we supposed to do now?
Matt Steel: Just move on. If we hear anything about Slanted, we’ll let you all know.
Matthew Werner: I suppose so. And here we are with the highly anticipated Open Battle Royal.
Matt Steel: Yep. We were told ever so excitingly by Oscar Conrad Davidson about this match last Loaded. We had a couple of confirmed participants in this Battle Royal but that anyone who had never won the WFWF Championship and didn’t already have a qualifying match tonight could participate in this Battle Royal.
Matthew Werner: That they can. It should be a very interesting matchup. Who’s gonna join Slanted in the Elimination Chamber? I guess it’s now time to find out.
”Punk Rock Song” by Bad Religion resonates throughout the arena as Oscar Conrad Davidson comes out from behind the curtain, looking as energetic and excited as ever.
Keri Thames: The following match is a battle royal, where the winner earns a spot in the Elimination Chamber match later tonight. First up, making his way to the ring, from Columbus, Ohio, weighing in at one hundred and eighty two pounds, Oscar Conrad Davidson!
Davidson makes his way down the ramp, slapping hands with the fans sitting in front, the fans elated to have him back. He jumps up all of the steps in two leaps and leaps up and over the top rope. He runs and leaps onto the turnbuckle and claps his hands along to the music while the fans join him. He leaps off and pulls a pair of drumsticks out from his pants and lifts his hands up in the air, with blue fireworks shooting off from all four turnbuckles.
Matthew Werner: Wow, what a way to make a comeback by Oscar Conrad Davidson.
Matt Steel: For sure.
”Hell March” begins to resonate throughout the arena as the crowd cheers and boos the man about to come out from behind the curtain. And in typical fashion, out comes the former WFWF National Champion, Joe Bishop, not giving a hell about what the fans think. He looks out to the fans, but doesn’t smile or even acknowledge them as anything else.
Keri Thames: And one of the opponents…making his way to the ring, from Wimbledon, England, weighing in at one hundred and ninety five pounds, he is Joe Bishop!
Bishop slowly makes his way down the ramp and rolls into the ring underneath the bottom rope.
Matthew Werner: Don’t let that lackluster entrance fool you…for anyone who knows anything about WFWF, they know how dominant Joe Bishop has been in his short time here in the WFWF.
Matt Steel: That’s for sure. The guy whooped Cameron Stone last week. One does not simply whoop Cameron Stone with ease. Seriously.
”Evil Twin” by Arctic Monkeys begins to blare on the PA system as the lights flicker and the music starts to build up. Once the music hits its loudest peak, Fowler appears from backstage, shaking out any nerves that may be sitting inside of him.
Keri Thames: And the opponent, making his way to the ring, from Toxteth, Liverpool, England, weighing in at two hundred and fifteen pounds, he is Steven Fowler!
Fowler rolls into the ring and fakes a few boxing punches to both Davidson and Bishop as he then raises his arms up in the air, the fans cheering for yet another Brit in the match.
Matthew Werner: Steven Fowler…I’m not quite sure what to make of this guy.
Matt Steel: For sure. He had a contract here years ago but then he kind of dropped off of the face of the earth. Then he came back and is coming off of a very close loss to Daniel Sabat last week.
Matthew Werner: One can imagine that he’s looking to win this Battle Royal and prove that last week was a fluke.
Matt Steel: Yep.
”Creeping in my Soul” by Cryoshell resonates throughout the arena as a white light engulfs the arena. Slowly though, the white light is viciously attacked by a plethora of black strobe lights, and then there is darkness in the arena. Suddenly, a green light appears to light up a figure walking out from behind the curtain.
Keri Thames: And the opponent, making his way to the ring, from Death Valley, California, weighing in at two hundred and twenty three pounds, he is Leo Krause!
This man, Leo Krause, begins to make his way down to the ring, the light following him down. He climbs the steps and enters the ring. The light disappears and reveals a man wearing a green and black mask, removing a jacket with tassels protruding from the shoulders.
Matthew Werner: Ladies and gentlemen at home, this man is Leo Krause. For those of you who aren’t aware, he is the newest rookie signing to the WFWF. Very little is known about him aside from his name.
Matt Steel: That should give him quite the advantage in this match tonight, no one knowing what to expect.
Matthew Werner: I would imagine so. Quite the surprise.
”Violet” by Hole begins to resonate throughout the arena as the lights fall yet again. Red and violet strobe lights cover the ring as smoke begins to fill up the entrance way. The moment the singers voice breaks, a woman comes out from behind the curtain with her arms stretched. She pauses for a moment, bathing herself in the haze of red and violet.
Keri Thames: And the opponent, making her way to the ring, from Montreal, Arizona, weighing in at one hundred and twenty pounds, she is Scarlett Quinn!
Scarlett Quinn makes her way down the ramp as the lights sprinkle black and white. Scarlett shows her athleticism by grabbing the bottom rope and slingshotting herself up into the ring between the bottom and middle rope. Scarlett extends her arms out once again as the lights come back.
Matthew Werner: Wow, surprise number two. The daughter of Wayne McGurk and Vanessa McGurk.
Matt Steel: She made her debut last week, having a very interesting conversation with Trace Demon.
Matthew Werner: If she’s half as impressive as her father and mother were, just put her in the Hall of Fame now.
Matt Steel: For sure.
The referee goes to the center of the ring and points to all of the competitors.
Matthew Werner: I guess this is it! Quite the lineup!
The referee goes to call for the bell when a voice protrudes throughout the arena.
Xavier Pierce: WAIT. Don’t start the match quite yet.
Everyone looks up to the titantron to see WFWF CEO Xavier Pierce sitting behind his desk.
Xavier Pierce: When I became the WFWF CEO, I promised change. I promised to bring this company back to success. I promised to return the WFWF to prominence. But sometimes, change doesn’t have to be new. Sometimes bringing back something from the past can make things even better.
Everyone has a collective head cocking moment.
Xavier Pierce: In keeping with that spirit, I have a surprise for all of you. Just in, a new contract has just been inked.
Everyone looks at one another.
Xavier Pierce: You’re welcome. Enjoy, ladies and gentlemen.
Everyone continues to look at one another.
Matthew Werner: What the hell is Xavier going on about?
The arena goes white. “LOVE…YOUR HATE…YOUR…FAITH LOST…YOU…ARE NOW…ONE…OF US.”
Matthew Werner: Oh sh*t.
Matt Steel: NO F*CKING WAY.
”The Days of the Phoenix” by AFI resonates throughout the arena as, from behind the curtain, comes Yukio Blaze, to a thunderous ovation from the fans. Yukio stands up at the top of the ramp, staring out at the masses of fans, a smile on his face.
Keri Thames: And the opponent, making his way to the ring, from Flint, Michigan, weighing in at two hundred and thirty pounds, he is Yukio Blaze!
Blaze raises his arms up in the air and fireworks fly off from left to right. When they stop, he begins to make his way down to the ring, slapping hands with the fans. When he arrives at the ring, he pulls himself up onto the apron and feels the top rope lightly and smiles as he enters the ring and raises his arms up in the air as the fans cheer him on. The referee points to all six participants and calls for the bell.
DING DING DING!
Matthew Werner: Here we go, this should be a fabulous contest.
Matt Steel: Yep.
The match starts out with the six participants eyeing one another up, all trying to figure out who wants to go after who. Who wants to strike the first blow? Shrugging her shoulders, Scarlett goes after Steven Fowler first, taking him down with a hard clothesline. Krause tackles OCD, a brawl ensuing there. Bishop and Blaze both look at one another and shrugs themselves as they start duking it out in the center of the ring.
Matthew Werner: Well that didn’t take long.
Matt Steel: Nope.
Krause and OCD are the heavy focus at the moment, both men trying overly hard to be technical with the limited amount of room in the ring. Krause gets a good tie up on OCD and takes him down with a headlock, OCD clipping into the legs of Bishop, taking him down, who fell into Yukio, who also went down.
Matthew Werner: It’s a demolition derby in there!
Unaffected from the derby, Fowler is trying to get up from the hit Scarlett laid on him. But before he can get to his feet, Scarlett knocks him back down with an elbow drop to the spine. She locks him in a crossface-type maneuver, trying to weaken him. Back to the derby, the first one up is Krause, and he’s taking advantage. He picks Blaze up and chucks him into the ropes, lowers his shoulders and drives his shoulder into the gut of the returning man. Next up, Bishop makes a somewhat limping attempt to take down Krause, who is by far the hot start of the match. It doesn’t work though, as Krause reverses Bishop’s clothesline attempt and drops him with a DDT.
Matthew Werner: Man, Leo Krause has looked all kinds of impressive here tonight.
Matt Steel: For sure.
Krause picks up Davidson and tries to dump him over the top rope, but Davidson fights out of the attempt. OCD begins to fight back now, delivering swift kicks to the legs and body of Krause. Charging him into the turnbuckle, Davidson backs up and delivers a donkey kick to the chest of Krause, causing the masked man to slump into the corner of the turnbuckle.
Matthew Werner: Finally, someone gets him down.
Davidson turns around quickly to see Scarlett about to throw a clothesline to him. He ducks under it but is then sucker punched by Blaze, who is still trying to recover from the shoulder tackle Krause threw into him. Scarlett is the only person standing. She smirks as she then picks up Bishop and tosses him into the corner with Krause. She dropkicks Bishop into Krause and now both just aren’t moving down in the corner.
Matthew Werner: Scarlett’s the last man standing.
Matt Steel: Woman.
Matthew Werner: You know what I meant.
Matt Steel: Yeah, but I was just trying to help us avoid a lawsuit.
Scarlett now picks up Blaze, who shoves her away. The two have a staredown.
Matthew Werner: This is quite the interesting situation that Blaze is in right now.
Matt Steel: For sure. He watched this girl grow up.
The two begin to exchange words with each other, and a shoving match occurs. Yukio, being stronger, shoves Scarlett to the canvas, and quickly gets up to give Yukio a forearm to the face. Before he can retaliate, both OCD and Krause ambush the two, OCD attacking Scarlett, and Krause on Yukio. Fowler and Bishop begin to brawl with each other, also. Everyone’s brawling again.
Matthew Werner: No one’s letting the other person get any sort of a comfortable position here.
Matt Steel: I’d call this a nice precursor to the Chamber later tonight, this is hectic already, just imagine when you add that demonic structure hanging above these six here.
The six continue their brawling. As Fowler and Bishop do their thing, Krause and OCD try to take out who they feel are the clear threats, as both of them try to individually eliminate Yukio and Scarlett, respectively. Yukio and Scarlett both fight out of it, and begin to even up the score, as they begin their offense on their opponents. Yukio whips Krause into the ropes and when Krause comes back around, Yukio catches him with the Sky High and drops Krause to the mat.
Matthew Werner: When’s the last time you’ve seen that move from Yukio?
Matt Steel: No kidding.
Meanwhile, Scarlett and OCD exchange strikes, with Scarlett getting the advantage. She backs off and proceeds to run towards Davidson, but he sidesteps and sends Scarlett over the ropes, but she’s able to hang on to the top rope, saving herself from elimination.
Matthew Werner: Almost had our first elimination there.
Matt Steel: Rookie mistake almost cost her.
OCD then tries to grab her but Scarlett charges her shoulder into his gut, which makes OCD back off, and Scarlett catches him off-guard with a springboard diving crossbody!
Matthew Werner: Rookie made up for it.
Matt Steel: Considering her bloodline, she better know how to get out of situations like that.
Scarlett takes a moment to gloat, but gets by a hard boot to the face by Fowler, revenge for the clothesline in the beginning of the match. He begins to stomp on her as Bishop decides to join in, making it a two-on-one affair. They pick her up and the two of them look poised to toss Scarlett over the ropes, before Yukio comes in and makes the save, sending Bishop to the ground with a clothesline.
Matthew Werner: Some interesting team ups going on here. First Davidson/Krause, then Bishop/Fowler, now Yukio saved Scarlett.
Matt Steel: Friends can get you a long way in matches like these.
Yukio then alerts his attention to Fowler, who tries a move but gets countered which gives Yukio the chance to send him to the ropes but stops the momentum halfway into it to send him the other direction and throws him over the ropes to the outside! Yukio is nearly eliminated himself, as OCD blindsides him with a clothesline but Yukio has the presence of mind to land on the apron. OCD this time tries to take out Yukio but Yukio pulls the top rope down, sending OCD crashing to the ringside mat himself!
Matthew Werner: Yukio taking out two guys in a matter of seconds!
Matt Steel: Doesn’t look like he missed a step.
Four left as Yukio makes his way back into the ring but as he does, Krause knees him in the face, which drops Yukio back into the ring. Scarlett tries to send Bishop over with brute force but Bishop easily overtakes her. He then tosses her over his shoulder, and begins to taunt Scarlett with throwing her out of the ring.
Matthew Werner: Bishop toying with his prey here, Scarlett’s in trouble.
Matt Steel: Just wait a second.
Matthew Werner: What do you mean wait a second?
Matt Steel: And you’re the lead guy?
Before Bishop can do anything to eliminate her, Scarlett begins to fight by bashing his head with elbows. She turns herself around and locks in a guillotine headlock which Bishop tries to circumvent this by placing her on the turnbuckle, but she merely pushes off it and spikes Bishop with a Tornado DDT.
Matt Steel: See what I meant?
Krause finishes his onslaught on Yukio with a WMD to the face of Yukio, knocking him loopy, as Krause hoists him up and tries to toss him over the ropes, but again, Yukio somehow is able to land on the apron. Krause, not trying to end up like OCD and Fowler, immediately notices this and grabs Yukio’s head and brings him over to slam his face on the turnbuckle but Yukio shakes Krause’s arm off of him, to the shock of the crowd. Shame on you if you don’t get that reference.
Matthew Werner: Yukio just won’t give up.
Matt Steel: He’s arguably the one with the most to prove in the match here.
Matthew Werner: No disagreements there.
Yukio then grabs Krause, and prepares him for a suplex outside the ring. Yukio seems to have the advantage by lifting Krause overhead, but Krause slips out of it and lands on the apron himself. The two exchange shots trying to knock the other one off, and Krause nearly succeeds, his shots getting the best of Yukio.
Matthew Werner: That WMD to Yukio’s face seems to still have some effect on him still.
Matt Steel: He got rocked, I’m wondering just how Yukio was able to recover how he did so quickly. This Krause fellow might be one to look out for now in this match.
Krause gets ready to deliver the final blow but suddenly Scarlett pops in and delivers a dropkick, sending Krause to the apron face-first, dropping him ringside!
Matthew Werner: Scarlett herself showing she indeed can eliminate someone. Returning the favor.
Matt Steel: You say it like because she’s a woman, she can’t.
Matthew Werner: Don’t put words in my mouth, I’m simply saying she’s the smallest in the match.
Matt Steel: Hey, I’m trying to keep us from getting sued here.
Scarlett and Yukio exchange looks one more time, Scarlett implying she could have taken out Yukio if she wanted, when Bishop suddenly throws her over, Scarlett aware enough to catch herself on the apron.
Matthew Werner: Bishop the only one in any safe positioning here.
Matt Steel: If he’s smart, he’ll take them both out in one fell swoop.
Before Bishop can do anything though, both Scarlett and Yukio grab Bishop, and lifts him and over the ropes and lets go once he is sending him crashing to the floor with a double suplex!
Matthew Werner: Well that was fast.
Matt Steel: Let’s be honest, we knew these two would be the final two anyway.
Scarlett and Yukio exchange one final look, before continuing what Krause and Yukio were doing, trying to get the other one to fall off the apron. The crowd seems split, cheering when Yukio seems to get the upper hand, and doing the same when Scarlett tries her luck.
Suddenly, a familiar voice once again is heard through the arena’s speakers.
Xavier Pierce: Wait one moment you two!
The crowd begins to boo Pierce for halting the action.
Xavier Pierce: Now, now, my loyal fans. Before you jeer me, lend me your ears, as I have an announcement to make regarding this match.
Matthew Werner: Couldn’t this have waited?
Matt Steel: SHH! He’s talking.
Xavier Pierce: Scarlett, Yukio, I know the two of you were prefer to continue this and prove who the better competitor is, but I have some news that both of you would like to hear. Due to Cameron Stone’s violent attack on Slanted earlier tonight, I am afraid our medical staff have informed me that Slanted is in no condition to compete. Therefore, Slanted is officially out of the Elimination Chamber match.
Matthew Werner: Damn that Stone, ruining this kid’s opportunity.
Matt Steel: Them’s the breaks, I guess.
Xavier Pierce: Thus, we have an extra opening in the Chamber match, and since the two of you clearly have shown to be superior to your opponents tonight, this match does not have one, but TWO winners! Your winners of the match, and advancing to the Chamber, Scarlett Quinn, and Yukio Blaze!
The crowd cheers as a result of the announcement.
Matthew Werner: Pierce already shaking things up and we’re barely in the show! Not only did Pierce bring back Yukio Blaze, but Scarlett found herself in the match as well!
Matt Steel: The boss is certainly making himself heard tonight.
The crowd is going wild after the battle royal as Yukio is standing in the center of the ring, taking in the audiences approval. Yukio walks over to the ropes and is handed a microphone by Keri Thames. Scarlett looks at him nods her head and rolls out of the ring. Yukio smiles as he puts the microphone to his lips.
Yukio Blaze: Las Vegas. Do I still have it?
The crowd chants back "YOU STILL GOT IT."
Yukio Blaze: It’s been a while but I'm back.
The crowd now starts to chant "WELCOME BACK.
Yukio Blaze: I wanted to say that it feels so damn good to be competing again in a WFWF Ring. There is nothing else in the world that compares to this.
The crowd is now busting out a "YUKIO" chant.
Yukio Blaze: You know. I competed at the very first Survival of the Fittest event way back in 2005 against two men that are no longer in the WFWF, Tha CBT and "Man of the Hour" Josh in a Triple Threat Match for the National Championship. That was the night when I became the Triple Threat Messiah. In 2007 at the second Survival of the Fittest event, Thunder was able to retain the International Championship against me and enter himself into the first actual Survival of the Fittest Match. In 2009, I beat nerO's ass all throughout the arena in a Hardcore Match to gain entry into the Survival of the Fittest Match and now its 2012 and I just eliminated a ring full of up-and coming talent to gain entry into the Survival of the Fittest Elimination Chamber Match.
The crowd cheers.
Yukio Blaze: I came back to the WFWF to tie up loose ends. I came back to do the things I was never able to do before. I came back to entertain you fans once again. I came back to show that no matter what, that there is no way to extinguish The Blaze. I came back to become Mr. Survival of The Fittest. I came back to FINALLY win the WFWF World Heavyweight Championship.
Yukio drops the microphone and exits the ring.

We now move backstage and see one half of the tag team champions walking along one of the many corridors, Raider. The focus in this legend's eyes is clear even from a distance and he walks with a purpose, acknowledging no one.
He turns a corner and continues onward until his path is suddenly cut off by an outward opening door, strange that it would open into the narrow corridor rather than into the room it leads to but that's clearly a, convenient, design fault of the stadium.
He backs up, eyes narrowing and is shocked when the door closes leaving the International Champion standing in front of him, Drakz.
Drakz: We have to stop meeting like this Bradley.
Raider stares him down, his fists clenched, ready to strike if need be.
Drakz: Calm down, calm down. I've got more important matters than you tonight, don't expect me to jump you. That would ruin Michael's fun if he only had to dispose of a broken man to step into the grand finale.
Strangely Raider seems to believe this as his fists loosen, yet his guard is still visibly up.
Drakz: How are you feeling about it all? You must be tired? After all you were destroyed in a cage match only two weeks ago and then had to compete in yet another high risk match the week after. Are you really ready for tonight?
Raider: It would serve you well to remember who won the last match I competed in, who claimed the Tag Team Titles.
Drakz: Ace Bennett?
Raider: I pulled down those belts.
Drakz: You did? I have to admit I wasn't watching, but it does surprise me that it was you who tipped the balance. After all wasn't it last time we spoke that Ace knocked you out? Such a shame, I thought you were planning on wowing us all in your big return match.
Raider continues to stare at Drakz, not wanting to give him an inch.
Drakz: The quiet, handsome type ey? You know you can't always rely on those boyish good looks of yours, one day they will fade and then what have you got?
Raider: A legacy.
Drakz smirks.
Drakz: After tonight………we'll see. Good luck brother, you've got a long night ahead.
We cut back to the arena where the lights in the arena dim, Waka Waka by Shakira plays over the P/A system, triggering a pink hue to overcome the arena. The lights immediately come back up and begin to shine in the entrance way, Alexis Chavente emerges from behind the curtain smiling and jumping up and down pumping her fists. Meg follows behind Alexis shaking her head in disapproval. Fans cheer as Alexis runs down the ramp and slides into the ring. Alexis jumps in the ring shaking her arms to prepare herself for the match.
Matt Steel: High flying action coming to you in this match between Alexis Chavente and Cam Nitta.
Matthew Werner: They are all still short.
Matt Steel: Your inbox just blew up with hate mail.
“Hero” by Skillet plays, and the arena goes black, save for the tron. The lights come up and Cam Nitta walks out, not in his own ring attire, but in a blue coat and a white glove on his right hand.
Matt Steel: Nitta is dressed as Roy Mustang from the anime series Fullmetal Alchemist.
Matthew Werner: Why?
Matt Steel: I don’t even know who the hell that is or what he’s from. I’m just reading this paper that the guys in the back gave me.
Cam walks to the ring, giving high-fives and bro fists to the crowd. He climbs to the second turnbuckle and snaps his fingers, setting off pyro, just as the song reaches the chorus. Then, he jumps into the ring, removes the garb, and prepares for the match.
Matt Steel: As said before, this match will have much high flying action.
Matthew Werner: Why are you repeating this?
Matt Steel: It deserved to be said twice!
Matthew Werner: Once was bad enough.
The match starts. Lockup. Crowd dueling chants of “Let’s Go, Nitta” and “A-lex-is.” Nitta quickly overpowers the smaller Chavente and moves her into the corner. He goes for an elbow, but Chavente rolls out of the way. Cam turns around, but he is met with a dropkick that sends him into the corner. Alexis quickly climbs onto the second rope and hits a hurricanrana, sending Nitta halfway across the ring. Meg, on the outside, tries to get Alexis to go after Nitta, but she’s not listening very well. Nitta gets enough time to get to his feet and regain his senses. Chavente runs in, but Cam ducks underneath her strike. He then attempts a quick roll up.
… 1 …
Quick one count. Now Alexis is the one on the ground, with Nitta charging, and Alexis ducks under a Nitta strike, and Nitta goes off the ropes. Chavente does a somersault and attempts a wheelbarrow bulldog, but Nitta reverses it, sending Alexis back into the ropes. Alexis bounces off and is met with a clothesline from Cam. Cam moves to the 2nd rope and waits for Alexis to get up. When she does, he attempts a Tornado DDT, but Chavente moves away, and Cam rolls through. They stop for a second, and the crowd goes absolutely nuts.
Matt Steel: I don’t know ANYTHING that they did, but it sure did look cool.
Matthew Werner: Maybe a little…
Cam charges at Alexis, but she dodges, and Cam dodges a face full of turnbuckle by using the ropes to go over the top rope and onto the apron. Then Cam uses the top rope as a springboard for a hurricanrana to Chavente’s head. Alexis flies across to the other side of the ring. Cam waits to hit a spinebuster to set up for the Claymore. But, Meg, on Cam’s side of the ring, pulls Cam out of the ring while the ref isn’t looking.
Alexis gets up and notices Meg and Cam on the outside. She runs over to the top rope and attempts a suicide dive. She hits Meg, but Cam had the wherewithal to get out of the way. Nitta slides back into the ring, and he sees Alexis and Meg down on the ground. He screams, “LEEEEEEEEEROYYYYYYY!”, and runs across the rings, dives in between the ropes, and hits a senton on the two of them, landing on his feet.
“JEEEEEEEEEKINS!”
Matt Steel: And people in the back hate Cam just a little bit more.
Cam goes over to Alexis and lifts her up, Meg still on the floor. Cam throws Alexis back into the ring, and heads to the top rope for a Claymore. Getting to the top rope, Cam shouts, jumps, and turns around and hits his finisher. However, the earlier senton took its toll on Nitta, and he can’t immediately cover Alexis. Alexis lies motionless on the mat. Cam does eventually get up and makes the cover.
... 1 ...
... 2 ...
KICK OUT! Alexis kicks out at the last 1/8th of a second, preventing Cam from moving on.
Matt Steel: HOW DID SHE DO THAT?
Matthew Werner: Almost solved this Rubix’s Cube…
Alexis and Cam get back to their feet, and Cam chops Alexis, sending her back into the ropes. Alexis comes back with a kick to Cam’s head. Cam falls instantly, and Alexis sees her opportunity.
Matt Steel: This could be it! She’s going for The Floating Card!
Alexis leaps to the top rope, and preforms her signature finisher, The Floating Card. The cover…
... 1 ...
... 2 ...
... 3 ...
IT’S OVER!
Matt Steel: INCREDIBLE! Alexis Chavente has beaten Cam Nitta! She will move on to tonight’s Elimination Chamber.
Matthew Werner: Almost…
Meg slides into the ring and hugs Alexis, raises her arm and prances her around the ring. Alexis begins jumping up and down, celebrating her win, before heading to the back for tonight’s more important match.
Matthew Werner: Coming up next is our National Championship match which is also a qualifying match for the Elimination Chamber later tonight.
Matt Steel: Daniel Sabat defeated Cam Nitta for the title back in May in his debut for the company, winning the National Championship in the process under the rule that the title is defended every show.
Matthew Werner: And Sabat has certainly been a fighting champion, going three for three in defenses. In his 4th defense, he has to deal with arguably his biggest threat yet in Cameron Stone.
Matt Steel: Stone may have had an up-and-down return, but he’s looking to put all of that behind him, as he can win a title and get himself in the Chamber in just one match. We saw him brutally attack Slanted, who had already qualified, as a message to the others that he’s willing to plow through any and everyone to get his shot.
Matthew Werner: If he’s able to crack Slanted’s head open with a TV, and subsequently cracking open the TV itself, which ends Slanted’s dream of a WFWF Championship match, just think of what the guy could do inside of an Elimination Chamber. Keri Thames is in the ring, ready to announce the participants.
Keri Thames: This match is scheduled for one fall, and is for the WFWF National Championship AND a Survival of the Fittest Elimination Chamber qualifying match! Introducing first, the challenger, from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, weighing 245 pounds, "The Psychopath" Cameron Stone!
Sound of Madness hits the PA system, as Cameron Stone steps out from behind the curtain onto the stage. He raises his arms into the air, and a shower of sparks fly around him breifly, before he lowers his arms to his sides and starts strutting down the ramp, almost gloating about how good he is. As he reaches the ring, he steps up onto the apron, and steps in through the ropes. He taunts for a few moments, before backing into a corner, awaiting his opponent.
Matthew Werner: Psychopath is right; it’s disgusting how he doesn’t seem to have one ounce of regret in his body about what he just did to Slanted.
Matt Steel: Can you blame the guy though? He’s had plenty of chances himself at the big one, only for something happen, like getting beat up himself before a match. He’s got a “Better him than me” attitude, and it might just help him not just beat Sabat, but become the next #1 contender for the WFWF Heavyweight Champioship.
Keri Thames: And his opponent, from Las Vegas, Nevada, weighing in at 210 pounds, he is the WFWF National Champion, Daniel Sabat!
With the beginning of the track, Daniel Sabat comes through the curtains and wastes no time getting to the ring. He simply walks down quickly to the ring, with a smirk across his face. He walks up the steel steps and proceeds to climb to the top turnbuckle. He raises his arm and poses. He does it once again with his other arm before jumping into the ring. All while keeping that smirk across his face.
Matthew Werner: I can only wonder what Sabat needs to do to continue his winning ways, after seeing what happened with Slanted.
Matt Steel: He might be outsized in height and weight, but he’s defended this title three times now, so the momentum just might be on his side after all.
The ref shows both men the title, and raises it high to the crowd. After doing so, he gives it to that weird guy ringside who exists solely to hold the titles and asks for the bell to be rung.
DING DING DING
The two men size each other up before going into a tie-up, which immediately ends with Stone pushing Sabat off him forcefully, causing Sabat to roll back.
Matthew Werner: If Sabat wants to win this match, that’s not the way to do it.
Matt Steel: Chop the redwood down; don’t try to be technical with him.
Sabat gets back up and tries to think of his game plan, while Stone simply stares back, almost eager to see what he’ll try next. Sabat raises his hand high, as if he’s inviting Stone for a Test of Strength.
Matthew Werner: He can’t be serious? Stone has at least 30 pounds on Sabat.
Stone laughs at the request, but goes through with it anyway, and as Stone locks hands, Sabat kicks the left leg of Stone, making him buckle slightly.
Matt Steel: Looks like Sabat’s going to try trickery now.
Stone gets angry at this small showing of weakness and goes in for a clothesline which Sabat quickly ducks under and again, goes for another leg kick, this time to his right, which connects and causes Stone to buckle again.
Matthew Werner: Sabat getting in the head of Stone early.
Sabat this time rushes towards Stone, surprising him with multiple kicks to the legs, and finishing off with a dropkick which knocks the big man down. Sabat goes up the turnbuckles and poses for his home crowd, which gets a cheap pop, despite the initial boos when he came out, before nailing Stone with a Front missile dropkick off the ropes. Sabat jumps on top of Stone for the cover.
... 1 ...
Stone easily pushes Sabat off of him and when Sabat tries to run at him, counters with a vicious snap Powerslam, halting all sorts of momentum Sabat had.
Matt Steel: I think I heard Sabat’s lungs deflate when he hit the mat.
Stone decides to go for a cover himself, but gets a two count that wasn’t close either. Seemingly slowed down Sabat, he picks him up and places him in the Abdominal Stretch.
Matthew Werner: Stone looking to slowly torture Sabat here.
Stone adds additional torque as Sabat screams in pain at being pulled back so much. Even more insult is added to injury when Stone begins to club Sabat’s side with his free arm.
Matt Steel: If you can’t breathe, you can’t go to the air as often without risking yourself. Stone’s smart, a brute, but a slightly intelligent one.
Sabat tries with all his might to walk over to the ropes and eventually does, Stone not letting go until a count of four, since he has ‘til five and all. When he lets go of Sabat, he drops down on all fours, only to be met by a kick to the sternum from Stone, making Sabat wince. Stone continues with more of kicks, taking pleasure in seeing Sabat squirm around, trying to catch a breather.
Matthew Werner: Stone at this point, toying with Sabat.
Matt Steel: It’s all a message to the other men (and women) trying to qualify or already have. If I could beat up the National Champion and take his title this easy, what do you think I’m going to do those that make the Chamber, for a shot at a more prestigious title?
Matthew Werner: He hasn’t qualified yet. There’s still time to make a mistake.
Almost like clockwork, the moment Werner says that, Stone goes for one last kick, but out of desperation, Sabat grabs Stone’s foot and forces Stone down as Sabat applies the Ankle lock!
Matthew Werner: See what I mean?
Sabat has a tight grip on Stone’s ankle as Stone is now the one screaming from the pain, Sabat getting his hometown crowd slightly on his side now, as some of them cheer for him to win the match right here and now. However, Sabat can’t take advantage of it as Stone quickly makes his way towards the ropes and grabs the bottom one to call for the break, but not before Sabat himself uses the five count to his advantage before letting go.
Matt Steel: Turnabout’s fair play when it comes to the rope break.
Sabat begins to gloat some more to the crowd, taking it all in, in his hometown, but that simply lets Stone get to his feet in the corner. Sabat realizes this and rushes to the corner to connect with Stone’s face with a corner dropkick, sending Stone out of the corner, Sabat heading towards the top rope once more. This time, Sabat connects with a flying European uppercut, sending Stone down and again goes for the cover.
... 1 ...
... 2 ...
KICK OUT!
Stone again powers out, down but not out.
Matthew Werner: Sabat’s going to need something with more oomph to make sure Stone stays down.
Matt Steel: What is that exactly? Sabat clearly can’t lift the guy up.
Stone gets to his knees, but is met with kicks to the chest by Sabat. He kicks him three times before going for a head kick, but Stone anticipates this and ducks under, he pushes Sabat back with such force that Sabat bounces off the ropes but Stone springs up and blasts Sabat with a Spear as the two meet back in the middle.
Matthew Werner: That’s gotta knock all the wind out of him.
Matt Steel: I’ll be shocked if that doesn’t bruise a rib, much less knock the wind out of him.
Stone, not content with pinning him right then and there, picks up Sabat, whips him to the ropes once more and sends him crashing hard to the ropes with a Spinebuster that shook the entire ring.
Matt Steel: Hark, I hear a fat lady tuning her voice.
Sabat takes even bigger breaths than he was already, his mouth agape trying to get as much air as possible, before Stone yanks him off the mat some more. Sabat tries to fight back with forearms, but Stone stops Sabat’s attempts at a comeback with two hard punches to the gut, dropping Sabat again. Stone picks up Sabat one last time and sets him up for the Set in Stone, looks around at the crowd, booing him relentlessly, before raising Sabat as high as he could before dropping down and connecting with the Set in Stone. Stone goes for an immediate cover.
... 1 ...
... 2 ...
... 3 ...
DING DING DING
Matthew Werner: Almost mercifully, it’s over.
Matt Steel: And there she sings.
Keri Thames: He is your winner, qualifying into the Chamber and your NEW WFWF National Champion, Cameron Stone!
Stone gets up and raises his arm in victory, as the referee hands him his newly won prize. Stone takes a moment to eye belt in satisfaction, all while the crowd detests him for it, their hometown guy, love him or hate him, taken out by Stone.
Matthew Werner: Cameron Stone validates his return to the WFWF with not just a National Championship victory, but with a chance to become the #1 contender to the Heavyweight Championship, as he is the next to qualify for the Chamber tonight.
Matt Steel: I think it’s safe to say now that whoever wants in on that Chamber should take notice. Stone’s a threat, and might be a favorite now after this.
Stone shakes his foot a bit, slightly favoring the ankle that Sabat used in the Ankle lock and just before he leaves the ring, he sees Sabat, trying to pull himself up with the ropes. Stone then gets a sadistic look in his eye, before blindsiding Sabat, knocking him to the ground again.
Matthew Werner: C’mon Cameron, you’ve won your match, what more do you need to prove?
Stone picks up Sabat and pushes him towards the nearest corner and delivers brutal shoulder blocks to Sabat’s ribs, making it even more difficult for the man to breath.
Matt Steel: He’s simply making sure everyone gets the message.
Matthew Werner: Sabat’s not even in the chamber, Stone took his title, why try to take the guy out?
Stone then pulls Sabat away from the corner, and locks him in a bearhug in the middle of the ring, ignoring the ring bell going off and the referee trying to get him off of Sabat. Stone squeezes more and more, as Sabat begins to fade out of consciousness and only lets go when Sabat feels lifeless, Stone letting Sabat plop down before getting out of the ring, placing the National Championship on his shoulder and walking away content with his carnage, as the crowd showers Stone with boos.
Matt Steel: Cameron Stone had made sure he is threat #1 to deal with in the Chamber tonight. He not only took out Slanted, ending his shot, and now took out Sabat and left him in a heap in the ring.
Matthew Werner: We’re all on notice, and I can only wonder what else Stone has up his sleeves next.

Matthew Werner: Coming up, another Survival of the Fittest qualifying match as Ripp Jackson takes on Mak Cross.
Matt Steel: These two men burst on the scene last year, Mak in the first half, Ripp in the second.
Matthew Werner: And in just Ripp’s second match he snapped the seven-match win streak of Mak, a factoid he has yet to live down.
Matt Steel: The two went in different directions since then, Ripp winning the Tag Team Championships with Thunder while Mak recovered after a three-match losing skid.
Matthew Werner: Except now Ripp is the one in a skid, having not won a match since April, when he last beat his now-former partner in Thunder.
Matt Steel: And we say former because after the two lost the Tag Titles to Ace Bennett and Raider during last Loaded, Xavier Pierce kicked Thunder to the curb, giving him his walking papers, while also threatening to give Ripp his own.
Matthew Werner: That’s right, as this is not just a qualifying match, but if Ripp Jackson loses, he will also be gone from the WFWF! Add the fact, that in the two’s previous encounter, Mak along with Cam Nitta defeated the former champions in a non-title match, this feud has come to a head!
Matt Steel: It’s the rubber match! It may very well be Ripp Jackson’s final match! Enough hype, let’s get it started!
Keri Thames: The following match is scheduled for one fall, and is a Survival of the Fittest qualifying match! Per the stipulation made by WFWF CEO Xavier Pierce, if Ripp Jackson loses, his WFWF contract will be terminated, effective immediately. Introducing first, from Dublin, Ireland, weighing 220 pounds, Ripp Jackson!
"Born To The Fight" by Waylander resonates throughout the arena as Ripp Jackson bursts out from behind the curtain when the guitar kicks on. The crowd shows their adoration for Ripp, as a few jeers are sprinkled in by a few fans that are pro-Mak. As he goes down the aisle, slapping hands along the way, he comes across the woman with the three kids he saw earlier today, he pays them extra attention before going into the ring and trying to pump up the crowd.
Matthew Werner: Earlier today, as you may know, Ripp met a few fans outside the arena and came across one little boy, when Ripp decided to give him his own jacket off his back. That’s about as sweet a gesture as you can make.
Matt Steel: If he loses this match though, he might want that jacket back. Wouldn’t want to get cold. And his opponent, from Chicago, Illinois, now weighing at 229 pounds, Mak Cross!
“Alive and Awake” by Skillet begins as Mak Cross comes out with virtually the same reaction as Ripp, the crowd not willing to stick to one certain man in this contest. Mak makes his way to the ring, giving some hand slaps along the way before giving a look at the same group that Ripp was interacting with the most. He gives a thumbs up to the kids, the two Mak fans in the group appreciating his gesture. He climbs into the ring, and does his sidewinder taunt before standing across from Ripp at the opposite corner.
Matt Steel: New theme for Mak. Possibly some mind games Mak’s playing with Ripp by acknowledging the kids Ripp was hanging out with earlier today?
Matthew Werner: Well from what we heard, two of those kids are Mak fans, wearing his shirt, but Ripp gladly signed all three kids’ shirts, not just the homemade Ripp one from the other boy.
The referee checks both men for any foreign objects and then calls for the bell.
DING! DING! DING!
The two men square each other up before Mak extends his hand for a pre-match handshake. Ripp is a little hesitant but accepts which pops the crowd a little.
Matthew Werner: Both guys giving the crowd something to cheer for and a single move hasn’t even been attempted.
The two then attempt a tie-up, but break as neither man could get the advantage. They try again, and the same result happens. They got for it a third time and Ripp charges forward, pushing Mak into the corner. The ref starts the 5-count as Ripp and Mak break once again, both putting their hands up.
Matthew Werner: Stalemate once again.
The ref brings them toward the middle of the ring and they tie up one more time, with Ripp getting the advantage with a headlock. Mak pushes him off which sends Ripp to the ropes, Ripp tries for a shoulder block, but Mak whips past him as the two meet up again as both try the same move, stalemating once again.
Matt Steel: Getting the boring stuff out of the way early, I see.
Mak runs off the ropes, misses a clothesline and as he rebounds back to Ripp eats a dropkick to the face, sending him onto the apron. Ripp pumps up the crowd but this little catch of breath makes him pay as Mak rams Ripp’s neck into the ropes, to the ire of some of the crowd.
Matt Steel: Like these people wouldn’t do the same to get a little bit of a break.
Mak slides back in the ring to break the count and begins a grounded attack on Ripp, with various stomps and elbow drops, trying to put the hurt on early, he then goes for a cover but only gets a one-count.
Matthew Werner: Not going to get him with just that.
Matt Steel: He wants to tire him out early, that way, he’s easy pickings. Smart guy.
Mak picks Ripp back up, Irish Whips him into the ropes while running after him, and gives him a Kitchen Sink the moment Ripp turns back around. After picking him back up again, Mak tries to do the same exact thing, but Ripp reverse the whip, and instead gives Mak a taste of his own medicine.
Matthew Werner: Ripp showing he has all the tools Mak has so far in this contest.
Ripp brings Mak to his feet and proceed to drill the midsection of Mak with an onslaught of knees. After a few seconds, Mak creates an opening with a few blocks leading into elbows. Ripp backs off and tries to charge toward Mak, but Mak again uses the ropes to his advantage, pulling down the top rope, sending Ripp over and crashing down on the mat below.
Mak then surveys his position before bouncing off the opposite side of the ropes and just as Ripp gets up, Mak collides with Ripp with a suicide dive between the ropes!
Matthew Werner: Mak reaching into his bag of tricks risking life and limb!
Matt Steel: At what cost though? With a move like that, what happens if you hurt yourself more than your opponent?
Mak gets up with no apparent ill effects, and climbs onto the apron, waiting for Ripp to rise. Ripp does and Mak jumps toward him and clocks Ripp with a double axe handle but Mak’s left leg buckles in the process!
Matt Steel: See what I mean, right there! Instead of going for the pin and send Ripp packing, he went for something unnecessary and now he’s hurt.
Hurt might be an understatement, as Mak is visibly and audibly in pain, unable to put pressure on the leg, resorting to crawling to just move because the pain is so great. The referee climbs out of the ring to check on Mak, as Ripp is now upright, wondering the future of the match. The referee makes the ‘X’ symbol with his arms, signaling for medical attention.
Matthew Werner: Unfortunately ladies and gentlemen, it looks like this match is just about finished just as it got going, as our medical staff is tending to Mak. According to the talks between Mak and the staff, I’m getting word it may have something to do with his MCL.
Matt Steel: So does this mean Ripp automatically advances? No one’s officially ended the match yet.
The staff helps Mak to his face, visibly frustrated that this is how the match is ending, Ripp himself not looking too pleased. The crowd applauds for Mak as he’s being helped towards the back. But suddenly just as the group comes toward where Ripp was standing, Mak lunges forward and strikes Ripp with a big boot to the face, sending him back down to the mat!
Matthew Werner: What the hell? Mak not just hits Ripp with a big boot, but with the same leg that he was claiming as injured!
Matt Steel: Damn, what a sell, he even had me fooled.
Matthew Werner: You’re condoning this?
Matt Steel: Where in the rulebook is it illegal to feign a leg injury? Exactly.
The officials and staff look around confused as Mak goes to pick Ripp up and throw him back into the ring, as the reaction to the ruse is mixed, only those truly in favor of Mak to win giving him any sort of praise as Mak gives a playful shrug before he goes back into the ring. Mak goes back on the offensive, as Ripp tries to regain his bearings, while trying to block the various strikes Mak is dishing out. As Ripp attempts a counter move, Mak counters by flipping Ripp with a Northern Lights Suplex, keeping the bridge for the pin.
... 1 ...
... 2 ...
Kick-out!
Matthew Werner: So far, Mak clearly controlling the pace of the match, Ripp’s chances looking a little more bleaker now.
Mak gets up quickly and hits an elbow drop on Ripp as soon as Ripp kicks out before trying a cover again, this time, only getting a one-count. Mak gets up, gives Ripp a few stomps and runs off the ropes and tries for a running senton but Ripp rolls out of the way and has Mak crash down onto the canvas, Ripp finally getting an opening these last few moments.
Matt Steel: If Ripp’s smart, he’ll be just as smothering as Mak was.
Not long after Ripp gets his opening does he take advantage, getting the full mount on Mak and throws down multiple punches, Mak having to simply put his hands up to keep from getting completely pummeled. The referee eventually starts his count, and gets to four before Ripp gets off Mak, but not before Ripp begins to kick at him to flip him over on his belly. Ripp then hooks Mak’s knees to his, slaps his sides to force his arms back, grabs them and falls back to lock Mak in a Mexican surfboard!
Matthew Werner: No trickery here, those are real screams of pain from Mak Cross.
Matt Steel: I’m impressed how well done that surfboard is from Ripp. His shoulders are off the mat so he doesn’t have to let go of the hold until he wants to. Mak certainly isn’t going anywhere.
Eventually, Ripp lets go as his shoulders end up touching while the referee attempts a three-count, barely getting off a one-count. Ripp again asks for the crowd’s attention and they oblige. As Mak is on all fours, Ripp runs towards him and hits him with a low dropkick, and tries for the pinfall.
... 1 ...
... 2 ...
Kick-out!
Matthew Werner: Ripp finally getting his first pinfall attempt of the night.
Ripp picks up Mak and stays on the offensive, as he clocks him with a few European uppercuts, which knocks Mak into the turnbuckles, leading Ripp to add in a few shoulder tackles, stopping to break the count from the referee. Ripp immediately afterwards adds some knife-edge chops, Mak wincing after each chop. Ripp then goes to whip Mak into the opposite turnbuckle corner, but gets reversed by Mak, giving Mak the advantage again.
Matt Steel: Mak looks to be eager to return the favor.
Mak grabs his chest, still sore from the chops while backing up, before charging at Ripp with a running forearm, which connects. Mak gives a few chops of his own before he backs up again, going for the same forearm before Ripp cuts him off with an elbow. Mak shakes it off and tries again but this time runs into the turnbuckles as Ripp hastily moves out of the way. Ripp quickly gets in position and tries to hit Mak with his Jumping Cutter but Mak pushes him off, aware what was happening. The two run towards each other and Mak gets the better of the exchange as he nails Ripp with a Lariat!
Matthew Werner: And just like that this match had picked up some steam before Mak laid out Ripp.
Matt Steel: It’s always fun to see the smaller guy lay out the bigger guy with a move like that. Mak may give up a couple inches, but even with a few pounds shredded, has a weight advantage over Ripp. Moves like that come in handy that way.
Mak gets up and heads towards the turnbuckle again, and crouches down, preparing to strike Ripp again when he gets up. Right on cue, when Ripp gets up, Mak charges, trying to hit a spear, when Ripp counters with a beautiful dropkick! He wastes no time in going for the cover.
... 1 ...
... 2 ...
Kick-out!
Matthew Werner: That definitely was the closest kick-out of the night; Ripp’s job was nearly saved there.
Ripp shows a little frustration that that didn’t put Mak away, as he gets up and grabs Mak’s legs, going for a submission. Mak has the wherewithal to push Ripp off of him though, giving him a chance to get up and this time charges and connects with the spear! For some reason though, Mak doesn’t go for the cover, but instead bounces off the ropes and this time connects with the senton before going for the cover.
... 1 ...
... 2 ...
Kick-out!
Matt Steel: Dare to say that was even closer?
Matthew Werner: It was definitely close enough. These guys clearly still have some left in the tank, it’ll take just a little bit more to finish the other off.
Mak signals for the end, which gives the crowd some more life as he picks up Ripp and lifts him up for the Cross-Out, but Ripp fights out of it and instead forces his to counter into a DDT, spiking Mak on his head! The crowd goes into a roar after the short exchange, the chants showing support for Ripp with “Come on, Ripp!” while Mak’s supporters respond “Let’s go Mak!” both guys putting much into this match.
Matt Steel: As entertained as I am by these two guys in the ring, I can’t help but wonder just how much they should exert themselves, knowing the winner faces five others in the Elimination Chamber tonight. I know a man’s job is on the line as well, but it means nothing if he gets taken out early later on.
Matthew Werner: You said it yourself, a man’s job IS on the line tonight, I’m sure Ripp will be just as satisfied he’s still in the WFWF, even if he doesn’t win the Elimination Chamber. He has to put away Mak sooner than later though.
The referee had started the count, as both men laid there, Ripp trying to catch his breath while Mak just simply tries to recover following the DDT. Both men make it to their feet after a seven-count and Ripp once again tries for the Jumping Cutter, but Mak pushes him away once more.
Mak tries for another lariat, but Ripp ducks and takes advantage when Mak turns around by finally connecting with the Jumping Cutter, which ignites the crowd even more! Ripp covers Mak!
Matthew Werner: Ripp hits the Cutter! This very same more ended Mak Cross’ win streak, can Ripp qualify and save his contract in the process?
... 1 ...
... 2 ...
Matthew Werner: How is this match not over?
Mak JUST manages to get his shoulder up for a two-count as Ripp curses under his breath that Mak actually kicked out. Ripp picks Mak up and tries to hit a 2nd Cutter, but Mak somehow pushes Ripp off and suddenly connects with a superkick, straight to Ripp’s jaw!
Matt Steel: Looks like Mak has a few extra tricks up his sleeve!
Ripp stands there, woozy from the kick, as Mak quickly picks him up and drops him with the Cross-Out!
Matthew Werner: Mak with a finisher of his own! The Cross-Out!
Matt Steel: Buh-bye Ripp Jackson!
Mak goes for the cover!
... 1 ...
... 2 ...
Matthew Werner: And now Ripp kick outs of the Cross-Out! Both men just kicked out of the other’s finisher!
The crowd reacts just as they did when Mak kicked out, pure shock, as Ripp kicks out by the skin of his teeth. Mak, looking distraught over what just happened, picks up Ripp, throws him toward the corner and rains down hard forearms to the head of Ripp, before Mak raises Ripp to a seated position the top rope, as Mak climbs it himself, looking to add the exclamation point to this match. Mak stops at the second rope and places Ripp over his shoulders, the crowd again going crazy, realizing what Mak’s trying to do.
Matthew Werner: Don’t tell me Mak’s going to try for a Cross-Out on the ropes?
Matt Steel: He’s trying for a career killer, not just a job killer!
Ripp Jackson starts to fight out of the Cross-Out while the two men are still on the turnbuckles. He gets off of Mak’s shoulders and both men are now perched on the top rope, trying to gain the advantage while trying to keep their respective balance as well. After trading a few punches, Ripp gets the upper hand, and pushes Mak the rope, where he lands feet first on the canvas. Before Ripp can do anything though, Mak suddenly jolts the ropes, crotching Ripp on the turnbuckle, slings him over his shoulders, setting Ripp up again for the Cross-Out, this time running from the corner and crashing Ripp to the mat with a running Cross-Out!
Matthew Werner: Running Cross-Out from Mak! Can this put Ripp Jackson away?
Mak goes for the cover!
... 1 ...
... 2 ...
THAT SHOULDER WAS UP!!! TWO-COUNT!!!
Mak looks at the referee with pure bewilderment, yelling “Come on, man!” wondering just how did Ripp find a way to kick out of the Cross-Out for the second time. Mak gets up and just stares at Ripp, shaking his head, trying to come up with a way to end Ripp once and for all.
Matthew Werner: Mak kicked out of Ripp’s Jumping Cutter, Ripp just kicked out of now TWO Cross-Outs, what’s it going to take to end this match?
Matt Steel: Weapons. Maybe a chair, I don’t know!
Matthew Werner: Except this match isn’t under ‘No DQ’ rules, so unless one of these men wants to get disqualified-
Matt Steel: Well wise guy, what plan do you have? Keep doing what they’re doing? Because that’s going real swell. Wait a minute, why the hell is Mak coming over to the timekeeper’s area?
Matthew Werner: Oh Jesus, he’s got a chair!
Mak stared over towards the timekeeper’s area before deciding to get out of the ring and grab a chair, to another mixed reaction, and despite this being a regular singles match with all the rules intact. Mak slides into the ring with the chair.
Matt Steel: Look, I know I was saying use a weapon just earlier, but surely the guy realizes he’ll LOSE if he hits Ripp?
Matthew Werner: Right now, I’m not too sure he even cares. This sounds like something you would say to be honest.
Matt Steel: I know.
Mak stands there with the chair in his hands, as Ripp, having now gotten up from kicking out, looks on with concern. Mak simply contemplates what to do with the chair, the crowd yelling at him to both use it and discard it. Mak then begins to charge at Ripp and takes a swing, but Ripp just barely ducks in time.
Matthew Werner: Mak could have taken Ripp’s head off with that swing!
Matt Steel: Mak should be lucky the ref didn’t DQ him for just swinging it, never mind had it connected.
Mak then suddenly throws it towards Ripp’s direction, and with his reflexes, Ripp grabs the chair. Mak then kicks Ripp in the midsection, causing Ripp to drop the chair, and Mak lifts Ripp for another Cross-Out, but Ripp falls out of it and into a sunset flip which Mak rolls out off and quickly grabs Ripp’s legs and flips him over into the Texas Cloverleaf!
Matthew Werner: Texas Cloverleaf! Mak doesn’t only have it cinched but he’s REALLY pulling back on it!
Matt Steel: Ripp has to be in a LOT of pain, if this was any other match, I’d think he’d be tapping right now, but if Ripp loses, he’s fired. Is it worth being injured AND fired? Even if he somehow gets out and wins, he certainly won’t be 100 percent after this.
The crowd becomes more split than ever, some wanting Mak to keep the hold tight, others hoping Ripp can get to the ropes, as Ripp slowly tries to crawl for the rope break. As such, Mak is slowly losing his grip on the hold as Ripp inches closer to the ropes. The referee constantly asking if Ripp wants to tap, Ripp refusing as Mak screams out for Ripp to just tap out.
Ripp gets within a few inches, even touching the bottom rope slightly, but before Ripp can make one last effort to stretch for the ropes, Mak pulls Ripp in, tightens his hold and proceeds to sit on Ripp’s lower back.
Matthew Werner: And now Mak just possibly put the final nail in the coffin for Ripp.
Ripp screams out in pain as the seconds go by, trying his hardest to stay in the match, but ultimately the pain becomes too unbearable, and Ripp begrudgingly taps out to the hold, ending the match.
Keri Thames: Here is your winner by submission, and now qualified into the Survival of the Fittest Elimination Chamber match, Mak Cross!
Matthew Werner: Mak Cross threw everything he could at Ripp Jackson, but he wouldn’t stay down, even after two Cross-Outs, even going as far as to feign injury as well as risk getting himself intentionally disqualified. But Mak finally avenges his singles loss to Ripp Jackson.
Matt Steel: As for Ripp Jackson, well personally I don’t think either of us have a clue really, because he’s now out of a job. Ripp lost the match, he’s no longer employed.
From backstage comes Xavier Pierce, microphone in hand.
Matthew Werner: And it looks like the WFWF CEO is coming out to make it official.
Matt Steel: Poor kid.
Xavier Pierce climbs up the steps and steps into the ring. Crawled in the corner is Ripp Jackson, running his hands through his hair. Xavier walks over to him.
Xavier Pierce: Ripp Jackson. At one point you were arguably the best competitor the WFWF had to offer. You were a shooting star, and you had the talent to prove it. In mere weeks, you not only took the WFWF by storm but also took the WFWF Tag Team Championships for yourself. You defeated a WFWF Grand Slam champion. You did things people in this company could only wish to do. But in recent months, you've done things that no one should do. You've lost. Again and again. Over and over. You've not been able to win even a single match.
He pauses.
Xavier Pierce: Last week when you lost your championships, I gave you an ultimatum. Win this week against Mak Cross or you're fired. You may have been good, but 'may have' does nothing for me. This is a business of 'what have you done for me lately' and frankly, all you've done for me lately is cost me money. I don't shell out checks for losers. Randel Benjamin found that out. Dave Demento found that out. Thunder found that out. And now...it's your turn.
The fans boo as Ripp looks up at Xavier, a pleading look in his eyes.
Xavier Pierce: Ripp Jackson, you're f...
Mak Cross: Wait a f*cking minute there brother.
The fans rise to their feet as Mak Cross moves towards Xavier, a microphone in hand.
Xavier Pierce: If you have a comment, Mak, I highly recommend that you take it up with me backstage. In my office. Behind closed doors, where you can't publicly humiliate yourself further than you did here tonight.
Mak Cross: Humiliate myself further? How is winning humiliating?
Xavier Pierce: You nearly lost to a for real dead man walking. A man on his last legs. You almost fell to that. Had you, I may have just been tempted to fire your ass.
The crowd doesn't really like that.
Mak Cross: And in which case I may have been tempted to whoop yours.
Mak Cross gets in Xavier Pierce's face, the crowd loves it.
Mak Cross: What's happened to you man? I get the whole 'no nonesense' sh*t, don't get me wrong. I get that you have to be a bit of a hardass, I really do. When you've gotta deal with the likes of The New Epoch and Phillip Schneider, damn, I would just probably fire them if I were you just to save myself a late-in-life addiction to headache relieving medication. But you've been on a mighty tear as of late, and it's costing the WFWF more money than you'd imagine. You're all about the Benjamin's...you have to see it.
Xavier Pierce: Alrighty there, Pythagoros. Let's hear your theorm.
MATH JOKE. I MADE A F*CKING MATH JOKE. YEAH!
Mak Cross: It breaks down like this. You're a cheap skatin' bastard. Everyone knows that.
Xavier gets a weird look on his face. YOU'VE BEEN OUTED, B*TCH.
Mak Cross: Not that you're a bad guy or anything, you're just stingier than a Jew on his last penny. You like making money. Not spending it. But in order to make money, sometimes you have to shell some out.
Xavier rolls his eyes.
Xavier Pierce: Are you done yet?
Mak Cross: Not quite. Thunder was one of the most recognizable celebrities in the entire world. Even if people don't like wrestling, or the WFWF, they know Thunder. Thunder is a bonified superstar. He could lose a thousand matches...which all things considered, he was onto that path, but he was still the WFWF's biggest cash cow. And what did you do? You fired him because he couldn't win. Brother, sometimes winning isn't everything.
Xavier cocks an eyebrow.
Mak Cross: But unfortunately that bridge has been demolished. There's no hope for you reviving the relationship with Thunder, and now because of your petty antics, you're eventually going to cost the WFWF money. But you still have the chance to maintain some kind of stability when it comes to a cash cow.
Cross points to Jackson.
Mak Cross: Sure, he's no Thunder. He's no Kyzer. Neither of us are. Yet.
The crowd cheers.
Mak Cross: Who's to say that in a couple of years, he and I can't be? Who could say we can't be as profitable in the title picture as Reverend Shadow and Phillip Schneider were? As Al and EBR were? As Wayne McGurk and CBT were? As Kyzer and Drakz are?
Xavier Pierce: What are you getting at?
Mak Cross: You have no idea the talent you're losing by firing Ripp Jackson. I've been here for months now, and never have I been taken to the limit more than I have in the ring with this man. People, even yourself, have claimed that I am the future of this company. How on earth and I going to get there without the man who has been and would continue to be my biggest rival to date? How am I going to get to the next echelon without the man that can test me like no other? A WFWF without Ripp Jackson, for me, is a WFWF not worth really staying in. If he's fired, I quit.
Matthew Werner: WHAT?!
Matt Steel: YOU IDIOT!
The fans go nuts.
Xavier Pierce: You what? You'll...quit? For your opponent? Is this some kind of guilty conscience thing or whatever? Because if it is, then you don't need to worry. All you were doing was your job. No harm, no foul.
Mak Cross: It's the character of it all. How can I strive to be one of the greatest ever if I stand by and allow you to fire the man who will help me achieve that level of greatness?
The fans cheer.
Mak Cross: Poll time for the fans out there in the audience tonight. Those in favor of the firing of Ripp Jackson?
There is barely a squeak heard within the arena.
Mak Cross: Those opposed?
The arena erupts.
Mak Cross: The Aye's have it, Xavier. If you fire Ripp Jackson, the babyface of this company, you're running the risk of losing all of these fans in here tonight. You're running the risk of losing all of the fans in Seattle. You're running the risk of losing all of the fans in Seattle. In Pittsburgh. In Los Angels. In Calgary. In New York. In every city in the world. And you'll definitely lose me. And the loss of the two of us, including the recent loss of Thunder and anyone else you may fire in the coming future...you're running the risk of just hemorrhaging money. It's appropriate that we're in Las Vegas tonight, Xavier. Because this is the perfect time for you to test your luck. Fire Jackson. Lose me. Hope you stay on track. Keep Jackson. Keep me. Know you'll stay on track.
Mak pats Xavier on the back.
Mak Cross: So how about it, Xavier? Feeling lucky?
Mak rolls out of the ring and pulls Ripp out of the ring and starts to walk to the back with him as Mak points to Xavier and mouths 'one show.'
Matthew Werner: Wow. Mak Cross putting Xavier Pierce on notice.
Matt Steel: For sure. But I hope that Mak knows what he’s getting himself into. Xavier hasn’t exactly been known to be the fairest of them all, despite being regarded as a relative good guy. He may just keep the two of them around just to punish them for the transgression Mak just did.
Matthew Werner: Don’t cross the boss.

We fade in slowly to a man in a black hoodie, the camera fixated behind him as he briefly loosens up his joints with a few quick stretches. The camera quickly cuts, this same man lightly jogging along the sands of the beach. Again the camera cuts, this time to him performing warm-up sets with dumbbells and subsequently the bench press, along with a few simple bodyweight exercises. Throughout this his face remains obscured, either through the hoodie or convenient camera angles. As “Ecstasy of Gold” begins to pick up, the intensity of this man’s workout increases. We see his jogs turn into sprints and the weight of the dumbbells substantially increased.
With his hands locked around two dumbbells he performs a push up. Immediately thereafter he lifts his right arm, back-rowing the dumbbell. He places it down and slightly in front of him and the other dumbbell, only to execute another push up, this time back-rowing the left arm dumbbell. He repeats this process until he makes his way across the room.
The camera cuts to a steep hill, this man sprinting up it. Returning to the gym we see him effortlessly connecting with rights and lefts to a speed bag. Back to the hill the man sports a weighted vest, again sprinting up the hill. Returning to the gym and with a heavily weighted barbell resting on his shoulders he commences with several squats. Yet again we see him at the hill, this time not only rushing up it but rolling a large boulder in front of him along the way.
“Ecstasy of Gold” begins to reach his climax, the various clips beginning to flash faster but still prevalent. Once it reaches its end it we cut simply to a locker room, the man sitting on a bench and staring at the floor while dripping with sweat. He slowly looks up at the camera. It’s just some guy we’ve never seen before.
Casually the camera pans back, revealing EBR relaxing comfortably on the same bench several feet apart while drinking a Gatorade and much less exhausted.
EBR: Hey that was real inspirational, man. He turns his attention towards the camera and subsequently us, the viewers. EBR: ... ‘Sup? Sopranos’ style the music immediately cuts off and the screen goes black. After several seconds the words finally flash up on the screen. LIVE at Revolution from the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia![/move] Matthew Werner: EBR’s back? Oh sh*t. Matt Steel: And what the hell is Revolution? Stay tuned and you’ll find out.Keri Thames: The following triple threat match is scheduled for one fall and is for the WFWF International Championship! Introducing first… The lights dim and “Bullet with a Name” explodes over the speakers. A lone spotlight appears on stage and Drake Elias stands under it. People erupt in cheers at the sight as he walks to the ring with the spotlight staying on him. He smiles to the crowd and he slides into the ring. He raises a fist into the air and relaxes in the corner waiting on the match to begin.Matthew Werner: There’s been a lot of talk recently about whether Drake Elias is really experienced enough to be a serious threat in this match. Matt Steel: You’ve got to understand it Matthew, I mean this is a kid who was only meant to be challenging for the National Championship, and now he’s been shot into the big time with two of the greats. Matthew Werner: Not only that but Elias is already coming off of one loss here tonight as he was unable to advance in the Survival of the Fittest tournament. Matt Steel: He lost to Slanted, who subsequently lost to a TV. If that isn’t a kick in the teeth I don’t know what is. As the opening chords of “Welcome Home (Sanitarium)” hit the speakers the lights across the arena shut off one by one. Six crimson spotlights replace them, each one turning on a different part of the arena in sequence. One by one each of the spotlights moves to the top of the stage, combining and showing the first signs of Trace Demon as he walks out into the spotlight, a hood obscuring his face. Trace walks to the tip of the ramp, the spotlight following his every step, and then holds out his arm, his fingers pointed like a gun towards the ring. His other hand rises to the hood and in a simultaneous motion he pulls down the hood and throws his other hand up, mouthing “Boom” as pyrotechnics go off behind him, the lights promptly turning back on.Matthew Werner: After losing to Drakz in the WFWF International Championship tournament Trace has done everything in his power to get another shot at the title, including beating Drake Elias and the World Champion Phillip Schneider along the way. Matt Steel: Plus he got that brand new premiere talent contract, which a few of the roster have questioned. Trace stands on the ramp and takes a look around at the crowd, unfazed at all of the abuse that they are throwing his way. He slowly begins to make his way to the ring, completely ignoring the fans on either side of him as they attempt to touch the King of Demons, instead focused solely on the ring. As he reaches the foot of the ring he stops, removes his robe and then looks up at the ring. In a single flawless motion he leaps up onto the apron and then enters the ring between the top and middle rope. He ascends the nearest turnbuckle, pointing to the fans and smirking as they return the abuse, and then leaps back down, settling in the centre of the ring.Matthew Werner: Along with all of that Trace has also turned his back on the fans, demanding the respect that he believes they haven’t been giving him. Matt Steel: Well he had a pretty rock solid argument. Then again, he’s always been good with words… The eerie yet beautiful atmospherics of Heart Space echo around the arena and the lights fade to darkness. As the vocals ease in the lights flicker with each word until the industrial drums hit the PA and the focus is brought to the top of the ramp. Drakz steps out on to the stage wearing the same sinister smile he has worn for the last 7 years of his WFWF career. His hood covers his head and remains that way as he begins to swagger down the ramp toward the ring, nodding his head to the beat.Matt Steel: Here he is Werner; the International Champion is in the house! Matthew Werner: That’s right, Drakz, who won the International Championship last month by defeating Trace Demon in the finals of that tournament. He hops up onto the ring apron and takes a look around the arena at his fans. While in the past people have been undecided about this superstar now they can't get enough of him and he knows it. He steps under the top rope and pulls his hood down as he enters the ring spinning around with his arms out, hands open and head bowed a little to acknowledge the crowd and thank them. He then unzips his hooded top and throws it to the corner before psyching himself up for the match ahead.Matthew Werner: Drakz looking to become the first of The New Epoch to gain victory here tonight with Kyzer challenging for the World Championship and David Brennan fighting in the Survival of the Fittest tournament. Matt Steel: It could be a very big night for The New Epoch, that’s for sure. DING! DING! DING!As the official calls for the bell the three men look at each other, each with the same look in their eyes. That look that tells us that this moment, these opening seconds, are possibly more important than any other because it is these seconds that a gameplan is born. And then their off, both Trace Demon and Drake Elias going after Drakz. Trace tackles Drakz to the ground and begins launching rights and lefts at his face while Elias begins putting the boots in, the two challengers making sure that the champion knows that they’re here for his belt. Drakz doesn’t know what to do, he brings his hands up to block the worst of Trace’s blows but can do little about Elias’ boots as they drive into his sternum.Matthew Werner: Trace Demon and Drake Elias bringing the pain to Drakz right here. Matt Steel: Common tactic of getting rid of the strongest man in the match first. As Trace rises from Drakz Elias grabs the International Champion by the head, hauling him up onto his feet. Drakz is too shocked by the sudden opening assault to fight back as Drake drills a knee up into the midsection, glances over at Trace who gives him a nod. Elias passes Drakz over to Elias, the King of Demons driving a boot into Drakz’s gut before whipping him back towards Elias before running towards the far rope. Elias ducks down, hooking his arms around the near leg and lifting Drakz up, dropping him down neck first on the top rope. Drakz bounces off, coughing from the sudden tightness in his throat, and turns straight into a Busaiku Knee Lift from Trace Demon that nearly flips the International Champion over, Drakz hitting the mat where his momentum sends him under the bottom rope to the outside.Matthew Werner: Some excellent teamwork from Trace Demon and Drake Elias here as they take Drakz out of the match for the time being. Matt Steel: Which means that the time for teamwork is over. Elias is on Trace before he can get onto his feet following the knee lift, driving his boot down into the back and midsection of the King of Demons. Hooking his hands around the neck Elias pulls Trace up onto his feet, driving his forearm into the jaw before pulling him into the centre of the ring. He hooks his arms around the waist of Trace Demon and then with an impressive display of strength lifts him up and over, driving him into the mat with a belly to belly suplex, Elias quickly rolling over on top of Trace and hooking the leg for the pinfall.Matthew Werner: Drake Elias looking to get the victory very early in this contest. ... 1 ... Matt Steel: It’s a smart move, you need to try and win when the third wheel is out of action, but it’ll take a lot more than that to put down a guy like Trace. KICK OUT!The referee’s hand is only just rising for the second count when Trace throws a shoulder up, something that surprises just about no one. Even Drake Elias seems to have been aware that a win this early would have been a miracle. Still, he looks to remain on the attack as he drives his elbow down onto the shoulder of Trace Demon before pulling him up onto his feet and going for the Irish whip into the turnbuckle. Trace counters, spinning the men around and sending Elias into the corner back first, charging after him and leaping up, looking for a high knee in the corner of the ring. Elias ducks under it, the impact from the turnbuckle not enough to keep him in the corner, Trace hitting the corner knee first. As he backs out of the corner Elias wraps an arm around his waist from behind, hooks the left and lifts, dropping Trace head first with a high angle back drop, Elias again going for the pinfall straight after.... 1 ... Matthew Werner: Drake Elias again going for the pinfall and Trace just has no response to this opening offence. ... 2 ... Matt Steel: The biggest problem with this isn’t even the possibility of losing; we’ve seen Trace kick out of far worse. It’s that if you get too worn down early on in a match involving two other guys then you’ll have a real problem with keeping up. KICK OUT!Trace’s shoulder is up almost immediately after the officials hand hits for the two. It’s a count later than previously, and you know that that is going to play on Trace’s mind if he even gets the chance to think again. Drake Elias certainly doesn’t intend to allow him that time as he drags Trace onto his feet and pushes him back into the corner. Smothering a cornered Trace Elias lashes out with a right hand that connects flush before grabbing the top ropes and using them for balance as he drives his boot into the mid-section of the King of Demons. Elias doesn’t stop at one as he sends boot after boot into the midsection, only stopping when the official tells him to back off. Elias does so, but then grabs Trace again, this time whipping him towards the ring ropes. Elias expects a return but it never comes because Trace flies over the top rope that has just been pulled down by Drakz!Matthew Werner: Drake Elias firmly on the offensive here and… oh, Drakz pulls down the ropes and Trace is out of there. Matt Steel: Never forget that Drakz is in this match. As Trace tumbles to the padded floor outside of the ring Drakz slides in under the bottom rope. Elias, not wanting to have to go toe to toe with Drakz is he can help in, charges forwards looking to get the jump on the International Champion only for Drakz to leap up, tackling Elias to the ground and unleashing with rights and lefts of his own, possibly getting some payback for the early assault that started off this match. Drake managed to get his hands up to block some of the worst blows and that is when Drakz alters his attack, rising off of Drake, grabbing him around the head and pulling him up onto his feet. Drakz pushes Drake’s head down almost in an MMA style clinch in order to drill a high knee up into the skull that sends the Avatar staggering backwards. Drakz charges forwards after him, wrapping his arms around the waist without stopping his run then spinning Drake around, lifting him off of the mat and dropping him onto his back with a spinning belly to belly suplex.Matthew Werner: Drakz showing that the opening assault by both of his opponents hasn’t knocked him off his game at all. Matt Steel: There’s a reason he’s the International Champion Werner and he’s showing it right here. With Elias down on the mat Drakz hops over his body, wrapping his arms around the head and putting his weight down on top of the Avatar, locking him firmly in a side headlock. Elias struggles as he feels his airway tighten and he attempts to prise the arm of Drakz off of his throat but to little avail. On the decision that a different approach is needed Elias arches his back and then in a single move almost flips his legs up, trying to wrap them around the throat of the International Champion. Drakz is a strategist however, and has an immediate counter. As soon as the legs rise Drakz releases the headlock and grabs hold of the right leg of Elias, quickly rising to his feet and pulling Drake onto his stomach before wrapping his arm around the right leg, stepping over and leaning back.Matthew Werner: Drakz going straight from that grounded headlock into a single leg crab, a fantastic sequence from the veteran. Matt Steel: And this is what Drake Elias has to watch out for. He’s in this match with two of the more experienced guys in the company; between them they literally know every trick in the book. As Drakz leans back he cranks up the pressure on the leg, torqueing the submission hold and causing some shouts of pain from Elias. There’s no signs of Trace Demon to break this up meaning it’s all down to Elias to save himself. The Avatar begins clawing at the ropes, using his considerable weight and strength advantage to drag himself towards the nearby ropes. It’s a hard thing to do, he’s got a sociopath leaning down on top of him after all, but slowly and surely he nears the ropes, dragging Drakz along with him as the International Champion refuses to relinquish the hold, if anything leaning back further to do as much damage to the leg as possible. Then Elias reaches the ropes, forcing the official to step in. But there’s a problem here.Matthew Werner: Drake Elias manages to reach the ropes… but Drakz is refusing to release the hold! Matt Steel: It’s a triple threat match, and to my knowledge you can’t be disqualified in a triple threat match, right Matthew? Matthew Werner: That’s right Steel, which means those ropes aren’t going to do anything for Drake Elias here. Drake Elias of course doesn’t think of this, the pain from his leg being bent out of shape far more than his body can take. He tries pulling himself out of the ring, to use the ropes to escape this torture knowing that Drakz can’t exactly keep this Boston crab locked in while tumbling to the outside. In the end he doesn’t get the opportunity as Drakz releases the hold but keeps his hands on the leg, using it to pull Elias right back into the centre of the ring. He drives his boot down into the back of the leg before again clutching it under his arm, clearly intending to go right back to the one legged Boston crab. Only this time as he goes for the step over Elias pushes on the mat, forcing the twist to go a lot quicker than Drakz had anticipated and sending the International Champion spinning out, hitting the mat back first.Matthew Werner: Well Drakz was going right back to that Boston crab but Drake with a fine counter. Matt Steel: I’m honestly surprised that he can do anything after already losing one match tonight. His confidence has to be shot. Elias really doesn’t have time to worry about his confidence because Drakz is on his feet immediately, going straight back for him. Elias, the muscles in his leg not having any time to un-strain following the submission hold, tries backing up with his hands but he knows he isn’t quick enough. Instead he lashes out, sending his boot clean into the leg of Drakz and dropping the International champion down to the mat. Elias quickly rolls over and mounts Drakz, showing off his MMA past by unleashing with rights and lefts in an attempt to do some serious damage to the International Champion.Matthew Werner: Drake Elias now taking the fight to Drakz, do you think he has a chance Steel? Matt Steel: He’s got heart and tenacity, but he’s coming into this with a loss already and that leg’s definitely become a target. I think it’ll be a very impressive feat if he manages it. Like he was forced to do at the opening of this match Drakz quickly brings his hands up to block the worst of the blows, but unlike earlier this time there’s only one man to deal with. Drakz forces his knee up into the mid-section, pushing Elias up enough for the International Champion to roll out from beneath him. Drakz pushes himself up onto his feet while Elias rises onto his knees, slower because of his leg. The International Champion delivers a quick boot straight to the gut of the kneeling Elias, pulls him into a front facelock and drops backwards, driving Elias face first into the mat with a big DDT. Drakz pushes Elias over and hooks the leg for the cover…... 1 ... Matthew Werner: Drakz going for the cover after that big DDT, but is that really enough to put down the Avatar? ... 2 ... Matt Steel: Usually I’d say no, but he’s not fully recovered from his earlier match so there’s definitely a chance… KICK OUT!As the hand hits the mat for the count of two Elias forces his shoulder up, breaking the pinfall and keeping this match going. Drakz kneels, not looking too frustrated by the kick out, knowing full well how much tenacity that this young star has, the fight that he can put up and the suffering that he can put up with. Before he can stand Drakz is hit by a forearm to the back of the head. It’s Trace, the King of Demons having just entered the ring. He grabs Drakz by the back of the head, pulling him to his feet and then throwing him over the top rope. Drakz flies, unable to stop his momentum as he slams into the padded floor that surrounds the ring. As Drakz writhes in pain, clutching his neck after an awkward landing, Trace turns back to Drake Elias, grabbing the Avatar around the neck and pulling him up onto his feet.Matthew Werner: Well Trace Demon is right back in the running here as he unceremoniously dumps the champion out of the ring. Matt Steel: You’ve got to have eyes in the back of your head in a match like this, which isn’t exactly something people are gifted with. Matthew Werner: Unless you believe conspiracy theorists. Matt Steel: Which we don’t, because we’re not crazy. Trace Demon drives his forearm into the jaw of the Avatar. Not content with just the one he delivers another, and another, pushing Drake up against the ring ropes where he promptly whips him across the ring. Drake rebounds, his momentum carrying him forwards straight into the path of Trace, who charges forwards drops low and connects with a dropkick straight to the leg that Drakz had been working over. Elias hits the mat immediately, his hands going to his right leg as pain shoots through the limb. Trace doesn’t stop, his fast paced style the very thing that stops so many from being able to form any kind of gameplan against him. He grabs the leg away from Elias’ hands, wrapping an arm around it and dropping backwards. As soon as he hits the mat Elias lets out a shout of pain as Trace adds a leg scissors to the already painful leg lock.Matthew Werner: And Drake Elias again finds that leg the focus of an assault and I get this feeling that they may be focusing their game plans on him. Matt Steel: It’s the smart thing to do Werner, I mean not only is he the least experienced person in this match but he’s also already hurting. Focusing on Elias is probably the quickest way to victory. As Trace adds some torque to the leglock Elias again has to find a way of escaping before too much damage can be done. Again he focuses his attention on the ropes, attempting to claw his way backwards in an attempt to reach them. It’s even harder than last time as he has little in the way of a leverage over Trace. Whereas he was pulling Drakz he is dragging the full weight of Trace along with him as he inches closer to the ring ropes, each little movement just causing Trace to add even more torque onto the hold in an attempt to get a submission victory before Drakz, who is slowly rising on the outside, can intervene. It takes at least thirty very painful seconds before Elias can get a grip on the bottom rope, using it to pull himself under the ropes. Trace doesn’t relinquish the hold despite the officials demands that he do so, and Elias looks set to break as his head now rests on the ring apron. Which is when suddenly Drakz comes out of nowhere with a clubbing kick to the skull of the Avatar that sends him limp. Trace, feeling the sudden lack of tension in his opponents leg, releases the hold and backs up.Matthew Werner: Drakz breaking up that leg lock right there in a bit of an unorthodox manner. Matt Steel: He can’t win if Trace makes Elias tap out, now can he? That right there is the Drakz way of doing things. As Trace gets to his feet Drakz grabs Elias by the shoulders and just yanks him out of the ring, the Avatar hitting the floor hard. Drakz pulls him right up onto his feet, looking to do more damage, when suddenly there’s a big roar from the crowd. Drakz looks towards the ring and sees Trace charging right for the ring ropes, the King of Demons leaping up and over the top rope and crashing down on top of Drakz and Drake Elias, all three men crashing to the floor in a crumpled heap.Matthew Werner: Well I guess Trace didn’t like Drakz breaking up his submission. Matt Steel: Probably also got something to do with him taking away his chance of winning. The official looks outside of the ring, in any other situation he’d be starting his count right now, but there’s no count outs here. Drakz, Trace and Elias are all down although Trace is the first to show any signs of life, the King of Demons having softened his fall with the bodies of his opponents. He slowly rises to his knees and grabs the ring apron, using it to pull himself up to his feet. He gathers his bearings and then gets right back to business, pulling Drake Elias up onto his feet and rolling him into the ring, sliding in after and quickly hooking the leg.... 1 ... Matthew Werner: Trace Demon taking advantage of the situation and going for a cover right here. ... 2 ... Matt Steel: After all that Elias has gone through so far there’s a chance that this could be it. ... There’s a good chance that Elias wasn’t going to be able to kick out of this, that this match could have all been over, but as the referee’s hand comes down for the three Trace is pulled out of the ring by Drakz, having made that classic triple threat mistake of going for a cover with his feet too close to the ropes. As Trace’s feet hits the floor Drakz grabs him by the hair and charges full force at the steel steps, sending the King of Demons flying into them shoulder first. Trace hits the floor, gripping his shoulder, and Drakz takes a moment to appreciate his handiwork before sliding into the ring and going for a cover of his own on Drake Elias.... 1 ... Matthew Werner: And just like that Drakz turns everything around! ... 2 ... Matt Steel: There’s a reason that he’s the International Champion after all. ... KICK OUT!As the referee’s hand comes down for the three Drake shows that he isn’t done quite yet, throwing his shoulder up to break the pinfall and keep himself in this match. Drakz takes exception to this, he knows that Trace nearly got the pinfall on Elias and even though he went for it seconds later he still feels a little bit insulted by it all. Rising to his feet Drakz grabs the Avatar around the neck, pulling him up onto his feet. He hooks Elias’ arm over his shoulder and then the other arm wraps around the inside leg. Then, in an impressive display of straight, Drakz lifts the two hundred and sixty five pound Elias up before dropping him straight back down onto his head with the Northern Lights Driver, Drakz rolling over on top of Elias for the pinfall attempt…... 1 ... Matthew Werner: A huge Northern Lights Driver by Drakz and Drake Elias is really taking a beating in this match. ... 2 ... Matt Steel: He came out strong to start with but he’s just been on the receiving end of a beatdown from these two guys. ... As the referee’s hand comes down for a three count he is yanked off of Elias, narrowly losing out on the chance of victory. Drakz quickly scrambles to his feet, finding himself face to face with a man who he needs no introduction to – Trace Demon. The pair look at each other, stare each other down, for this moment it’s like they are the only two men in this entire arena.Matthew Werner: For this first time in this match we have Trace Demon and Drakz standing toe to toe, one on one. Matt Steel: Hell this is the first time since their match in the International Championship tournament finals. This is going to be good. They explode, both men going for the other at the exact same moment. They exchange right hands, both men connecting with blow after blow. As soon as one hits the other hits back harder. It continues until Drakz seems to come out on top, hitting harder and hitting faster than Trace can manage. Trace is backed up into the ropes where Drakz goes for the whip across the ring only for Trace to counter, flipping their positions and sending Drakz flying across the ring. Drakz rebounds and Trace charges forward, ducking down and going for the spear. Drakz leaps over him, rolling through and hitting the ropes again. Trace spins around as Drakz returns, the International Champion leaping up and spinning for a flying back elbow. Trace sidesteps the move, grabbing Drakz’s arm as it passes him and quickly using it, along with Drakz’s momentum, to drag him to the ground. The King of Demons attempts to lock in an armbar but Drakz pulls his arm away before the submission can be locked in. Matthew Werner: What a sequence we’re seeing here, highly reminiscent of that classic encounter back at It’s Super Effective! Matt Steel: And it isn’t over yet. As Drakz quickly scrambles to his feet he’s surprised to see that Trace hasn’t done the same. He’s even more surprised when a crouching Trace sweeps his feet, dropping him to his back, and then leaps across his body, wrapping his arm around the neck with a grounded side headlock. Drakz moves quickly, ensuring a sideways position as the hold is clinched in that allows him to wrap an arm around the waist of Trace Demon, using it to lift the King of Demons up onto his knees as Drakz slowly rises to his own. Trace cranks up the pressure on the headlock but it isn’t enough to stop Drakz from pushing, from raising them both up onto their feet. Now on his feet but still trapped in the headlock Drakz charges forwards towards the corner, looking to send Trace chest first into the turnbuckle. Trace gets a foot up on the middle turnbuckle though and uses it to run up the turnbuckle and do an impressive backflip over Drakz.Matthew Werner: Drakz succeeding in escaping from that headlock but what a flip from Trace Demon there. Matt Steel: This is one of the problems with facing Trace Demon, he just pulls these crazy moves out of nowhere, how do you plan for that? Matthew Werner: Honestly? You don’t. Trace lands on his feet behind Drakz and charges forwards, only for Drakz to drive an elbow back into the jaw of the King of Demons, sending him staggering back. Drakz then grabs hold of the top ropes, leaps up onto the middle turnbuckle and propels himself back, nailing Trace with a flying back elbow that drops the King of Demons. Drakz quickly gets to his feet, pulling Trace up with him and turning him so that he has his back turned. Drakz hooks one of Trace’s arms behind his own back and the other up by his head and then hauls him up and backwards with a vicious Regalplex that Drakz manages to bridge for a pinfall attempt.... 1 ... Matthew Werner: Drakz with the regalplex and the cover, is he about to retain the title? ... 2 ... Matt Steel: Well if there’s ever been a time this could be it! ... KICK OUT!The officials hand rises up for the three count only for Trace to lift a shoulder off of the mat, breaking the bridge in the process. Trace drops onto his side, holding his head after the impact, while Drakz sits up, looking slightly annoyed that he hasn’t won this match yet. He immediately slides over to the sideways Trace, kneeling with one leg arched over the head of Trace and grabbing Trace’s arm, pulling it out straight and wrapping his own arm around it. Drakz clinches in the armbar, pulling back on the arm and torqueing the shoulder, leaving Trace with no option but to roar out in pain.Matthew Werner: A perfectly applied armbar by the International Champion and will Trace Demon, the self-professed master of submission wresting, be forced to tap out. Matt Steel: Knowing Trace I’d say he’d rather pass out from the pain first. Matthew Werner: Either way that would result in Drakz retaining the International Championship, and you know that that would infuriate Trace. Drakz continues to lean back, pulling the arm in an attempt to just rip it out of the socket. It doesn’t go that far, but it certainly does the job as Trace Demon struggles with hold on as the pain in his arm and shoulder is immense. He claws at the mat, in a vague hope that maybe he can make it to the ropes, but this isn’t like a leg based submission. There is no dragging a man who has complete control over the centre of gravity in the situation, who has complete traction while you have none. Trace knows this, he’s trained himself in submission holds, which means he knows how to fight against this one. First off he retracts his body, ducking his head down and pulling it away from the knee. The action adds pressure onto his shoulder but the reward might be worth the risk as he spins his body around onto its front. Now kneeling Trace pushes himself up onto his feet, a move that forces Drakz to follow him up unless he wants to release that armbar. Now standing Trace doubles over and in a sudden movement flips himself up, actually using Drakz’s grip against him as a sort of pivot, and clocks Drakz in the head with an overhead kick.Matthew Werner: Yet more unorthodox from Trace Demon as he manages to escape that armbar. Matt Steel: But there’s no way that that armbar didn’t do any damage, he’s going to be hurting right now. Indeed Trace has to shake the arm out before he can go back on the attack, delivering a boot to the gut of Drakz and then drilling him with a forearm that comes noticeably from his weaker left hand. Then he turns, charging towards the ropes. He rebounds off of them but before he can do anything he’s nailed by a Spear that takes him off of his feet. The crowd cheer as they realize that Drake Elias is right back in this and that he just connected with the Impact Spear on Trace Demon. Elias turns around, blasting a still groggy Drakz with a right hand before spinning him around. Elias hooks an arm around the back of the neck and then hooks the back of Drakz’s leg.Matthew Werner: Well Drake Elias is back in this fight, and I think he’s looking to finish it right here. Matt Steel: If he hits this then it might just be. He lets out a shout, “Public Execution”, and then goes for the lift. As he goes flying up Drakz somehow snakes out of Elias’ grip and flips out behind him, landing on his feet, spinning Elias around and delivering a kick to the gut. Drakz proceeds to pump handle lift Elias up onto his shoulders, mocking Elias by shouting out “Needle Damage” but before he can actually deliver the move Elias drives an elbow into the side of Drakz’s skull. A second elbow causes Drakz to lose his grip, Elias rolling off of the back, sprinting towards the ropes and as Drakz turns around connecting with a second Impact Spear this time to the International Champion! Elias quickly hooks the leg for the cover.... 1 ... Matthew Werner: Drake Elias escapes the Needle Damage and… Impact Spear! Elias going for the cover! ... 2 ... Matt Steel: We might just have a new International Champion right here. ... KICK OUT!Drakz lifts a shoulder just a second before the referee hits the mat for the three, causing Elias to need clarification from the official that it was only a two count. Elias looks frustrated, holding his head in his hands in the knowledge that that was the closest that he has come to becoming the International Champion. He slowly gets to his feet and it is here that we can see that amidst all the fast paced bluster of his offence Elias’ leg is still hurting from the earlier focus on it. He tries not to focus on it, instead pulling a near dead weight Drakz off of the ring mat so that he’s facing away from him. Against he hooks the arm and the leg, looking for the Public Execution for a second time, but before he can even go for the lift Trace comes from behind, driving his boot into the injured leg.Matthew Werner: And once again we see the difficulties of having to focus on two different men at one time. Matt Steel: Just when you think you’ve got the job done the other guy comes out and messes it all up. Drake releases Drakz and the International Champion falls back to the mat while Trace swings Elias around and drives a knee up into the mid-section, doubling over the Avatar. Trace then double underhooks the arms and looks out at the crowd, a malicious look on his face as he lifts Elias up, flipping the Avatar and dropping him straight down onto his knees with the one and only Demonstration of Hell! Trace quickly goes for the cover.... 1 ... Matthew Werner: The Demonstration of Hell! Drake Elias is out and this could be it! ... 2 ... Matt Steel: Can you imagine Drakz’s reaction if he loses the title without being pinned? ... A split second before the official’s hand hits the mat Drakz leaps across the ring with a last ditch attempt to break up the pinfall. It’s successful as the referee signals that it was only a count of two. Both Trace and Drakz roll away from each other and a prone Drake Elias as they attempt to find the drive to keep fighting. Of course with that International Championship on the line, as well as the hatred that these two men share for each other, means that if there’s one time that they’ll keep fighting it’s now. They both push themselves to get to their feet, turning to each other and, like earlier in the match, start going at it with right hands.Matthew Werner: And yet again we get Trace Demon and Drakz one on one, but who is going to come out on top? Matt Steel: Well with Drake Elias being completely out of it whoever wins this could very well be our International Champion. Both men are sluggish in their strikes, and that’s what’s the difference maker, because instead of it being decided by who hits harder it’s who thinks quicker that changes the game, Trace ducking under a right hand and booting Drakz in the gut as he turns around. Trace forces Drakz down and double underhooks the arms and it’s very much apparent what he has planned. He’s about to go for the lift when Drakz suddenly counters, escaping the double underhooks and lifting Trace up onto his shoulder and, in the blink of an eye, spins him around and drives him to the mat with the Needle Damage! Drakz doesn’t have it in him to get the bridge for the pin as Trace just seems to slump onto his back. Drakz breathes heavily, then hauls himself on top of Trace Demon.... 1 ... Matthew Werner: Needle Damage! Drakz countered the Demonstration of Hell and connected with the Needle Damage! This one has to be over. ... 2 ... Matt Steel: You don’t kick out from that one. ... 3 ... Drakz’s arm immediately flies up as the hand hits for three, but the bell doesn’t ring and his music doesn’t hit. He looks to the referee who is shaking his head, pointing at something that Drakz hasn’t seen. The International Champion turns and sees it – Trace’s foot on the bottom rope.Matthew Werner: Has he… no! Trace Demon’s foot was on the rope! Matt Steel: That might have been out of instinct alone, but it was enough to save this match. Drakz can’t believe it, how the hell did Trace manage that? He looks distraught, frustrated beyond belief, but he can’t let this consume him, he still has to win this match. He just needs to figure out how. He grabs the rope, using it as an assist to pull himself up onto his feet before looking at Trace. He shakes his head and unceremoniously pushes Trace out of the ring with his boot, not wanting to have to deal with the man who has become a constant thorn in his side in recent months. He turns his attention to Elias, who still hasn’t moved since being hit by the Demonstration of Hell. Grabbing Elias around the neck Drakz raises him up onto his feet and then drags him over towards the turnbuckle. Hooking his arm around the waist and the leg of Elias Drakz lifts him up onto the top turnbuckle.Matthew Werner: Drakz looking for a way to win this match but this doesn’t seem like the safest way to go about it. Matt Steel: Well Drakz has never really been the type to worry about safety. Drakz turns sideways, lifting one foot onto the middle turnbuckle and the other perched on the middle rope. It becomes apparent what he is planning, although it gathers a lot of disbelief from the audience. Drakz hooks one arm around the head of Elias, and then lifting him up just enough to hook the other around the leg. Then Drakz steps up, lifting Elias onto his shoulders as he sits on the top turnbuckle. He isn’t done there however, carefully lifting his one foot up onto the top turnbuckle, and then slowly bringing the other one up with it.Matthew Werner: He can’t be planning on… he is, isn’t he? Matt Steel: This is insane, even for Drakz, he’s going to kill this kid. Drakz looks down at the ring beneath him as he stands perched on the top turnbuckle with Drake Elias held up on his shoulders. The crowd is going crazy, the official is begging him not to do this, he doesn’t need a death during a match after all, but Drakz isn’t listening to them. He’s just listening to his own heart as it beats faster in his chest. Then he just does it, he leaps high above the ring, spinning Elias around in mid-air and bringing him down shoulders first to the mat with a Needle Damage from the top rope!Matthew Werner: My god, Drakz may have just ended Drake Elias’ career. Matt Steel: Losing to Slanted and then having your career ended in one night. Now that is what I call depressing. Drakz, who has hit the mat himself in a sitting position, falls backwards against the turnbuckle while Elias remains half sloped over his own body, completely out of it. The official gets in the middle of them, pushing Elias down onto his back and checking that he’s still alive. He is, barely. Drakz seems to be on dream street as well, hitting the mat from that height having done nothing for him either. Drakz sits there, propped against the turnbuckle, breathing heavily. Then his hand rises, grabbing the top rope. His other hand does the same and slowly he pulls himself up onto his feet. He staggers towards Elias and just as he’s about to go for the cover…
BANG!
Drakz drops to the mat back first like a rock. Standing above him is none other than Trace Demon, the International Championship in his hands.Matthew Werner: Drakz was about to win this match and Trace Demon chose to use that title belt as a weapon, god damn it! Matt Steel: No disqualifications in a triple threat match Werner. Trace stands there, looking down at the title belt in his hands. He looks worn out but having that title seems to drive him on. He drops the title in the corner, bending down and grabbing the unconscious Drakz and pulling him up onto his feet. Trace slowly pulls Drakz across to the middle of the ring, just holding him there for a few moments as he looks out at the crowd. Then he turns Drakz around, bends down and hooks one arm around the neck and the other around the thigh. He lifts Drakz up into a torture rack position and just holds him there, his shoulders shaking from the amount of strength it’s taking to keep Drakz up there. Then he lifts Drakz vertically and plants him down onto the mat full force head first.Matthew Werner: Hellfire Overdose! Trace Demon has used that move only three times before tonight, it is his most dangerous move, a move that can cause brain damage, and he just planted Drakz with it. Matt Steel: Boom, done. Trace kneels in the ring before he slowly rolls Drakz over onto his back and weakly hooks the leg.... 1 ... Matthew Werner: I don’t know if there is any way Drakz can kick out after that. ... 2 ... Matt Steel: Drakz is done Werner, and so is Elias. ... 3 ... The officials hand hits the mat for the three and the crowd explode, unable to help themselves after seeing such a hotly contested match. The referee signals for the bell as Trace rolls off of Drakz, barely unable to believe what he has just done as “Welcome Home (Sanitarium”) hits the speakers.DING! DING! DING!Keri Thames: Your winner, and the NEW WFWF International Champion, the King of Demons… Trace… Demon! Trace sits up, breathing heavily. He slowly pushes himself up onto his knees and from there rises to his feet unsteadily. The official picks up the WFWF International Championship belt from the corner of the ring where Trace dropped it and brings it over to Trace, holding it out to him. Trace looks down at it, and the grin appears on his face. He grabs the title with both hands and raises it high above his head as the crowd react with a mix of cheers and boos.Matthew Werner: With this win Trace Demon becomes only the fifth Grand Slam Champion in the WFWF and one of only two men currently on the active roster who hold that accomplishment. Matt Steel: It’s hard to say he isn’t one of the best now with a win like this. Trace holds the title high in the air, just standing there enjoying his moment. He lowers it, walking over towards the corner of the ring and ascending the turnbuckle before raising the title once again, screaming a very audible “I am your king” as he stands there, grinning from ear to ear. Here tonight at Survival of the Fittest Trace Demon has done it, he has defeated Drakz, proven everybody wrong and from the sounds of these fans he has earned the respect he wanted.
But most importantly, he is the champion.

The arena lights go dark as the crowd erupts in a chorus of cheers. The opening riff of Over & Under by Egypt Central crunches out thunderously over the arena as flashes of orange light begin to illuminate the entrance ramp. A deafening scream pierces through the PA as the song kicks into high gear, signaling the arrival of Ace Bennett, who basks in the glow of the orange hue before cupping both hands around his mouth, shouting out, almost distinguishably louder than his own entrance theme to the rabid crowd. Ace Bennett: COME ON! Keri Thames: The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and is a Survival of The Fittest Qualifying Match. Making his way to the ring, weighing 190 lbs, from Syracuse, New York - Ace Bennett! As if on cue, Ace's shout blinds the crowd as the house lights come back up, lighting his way down the ramp as he storms toward the ring, full of intent, but not without taking the opportunity to acknowledge and revel in the cheers of a crowd full of support. The chorus swells as he slides beneath the ropes, into the ring, and beelines for the nearest turnbuckle, climbing to the type as he hypes himself, and the crowd up, carrying the energy over as the music dies down. Matthew Werner: Ace Bennett has clearly come prepared for the fight of his life tonight. Matt Steel: He's going to need to be if he plans on making into that chamber by way of David Brennan. "It's been a long time, it's been a long time, it's been a long time since I've been home!"Keri Thames: And his opponent, representing the New Epoch. From Allentown, Pennsylvania - David Brennan! A shower of amber precedes David Brennan onto the stage as he steps out from behind the curtain, thrusting into the air his right fist, clenched firmly around an open tall neck of Miller High Life. The thunderous reception that Bennett has just finished basking in turns into an assault of displeasure as the crowd gives a cold reception to this third of The New Epoch. Matt Steel: Would you listen to this crowd? Matthew Werner: No love lost for The New Epoch here in Vegas tonight! Matt Steel: The New Epoch is zero for one tonight so far, and if the fans had their way, but the end of this match, they’d be zero for two. Brennan pauses before making his way down the ramp, soaking in the jeers and gestures hurled at him from every direction, before responding in kind, soaking the crowd to either side of the ramp in the contents of the clear glass bottle, disregarding any reaction as he blindly drinks from the bottle in his left hand, a familiar brown liquor pouring down his throat. With the longneck empty, he grips it around the body, pointing the bottle neck intently in the direction of Ace Bennett as he ascends the stairs, climbing into the ring. He thrusts the bottle into the air once more, displaying it for all to see, pointing at Bennett with his free hand, before discarding his effects in his corner as his own music fades. Matthew Werner: David Brennan clearly sending a message to Benn....and here we go! Ace Bennett is quick to drop Brennan as his back is turned with a well placed dropkick, prompting the ref to call for the bell to signal a quick start to the match. With Brennan down, Ace goes to work almost immediately on his knees, shedding style for substance, stomping his the back of his left again and again and again. Matt Steel: Bennett's gotta be thinking about the feel of that glass across the back of his skull right now. He's going to make sure Brennan doesn't get the opening he needs! Continuing his focus on Brennan's knee, Bennett locks on a single legged crab, putting additional strain on before Brennan is able to find to rope, breaking the hold and forcing the referee to call Bennett off, allowing Brennan the window needed to climb to his feet. Favoring his left, Brennan is able to catch Bennett off guard, and uses Bennett's turned back as he showboats to the crowd to grab him by the back of the head, driving his face into the top turnbuckle. With Bennett dazed in the corner, Brennan turns the pace to his favor, delivering a series of right crosses to Bennett's jaw. As Bennett slumps under the weight of the bludgeoning fists, Brennan delivers a taste of what he just felt, continuing his assault on Bennett's skull with a series of calculated stomps the face, once again drawing the referee to step between the two men, backing Brennan into the opposite corner. Matthew Werner: Two of the most evenly matched men in the WFWF today. Folks, if you think either of these competitors is going to let the other into that chamber without the fight of their lives, you are sorely, sorely mistaken. Matt Steel: The winner of this match will be lucky to have any life left in them to carry inside the elimination chamber by the time this one's decided. With both men having been given the opportunity to recoup, the referee steps aside, and both men approach each other from opposite corners, and begin exchanging blows. Brennan's fists gain the upper hand, and after cutting out an edge over Bennett, he doubles his opponent over with a kick to the midsection, laying him out with an Evenflow DDT. Matthew Werner: Bennett's down again! Brennan may have ultimately gained the advantage from that quick start. Using the opening, David ignores the disapproval of the crowd, driving an elbow into the chest of Ace Bennett. His opponent still dazed, Brennan drags Bennett to his feet, once again doubling him over with an elbow to the midsection. Brennan bounces off the ropes, returning to Bennett mid-air, one leg higher than the other as he leaps off the mat. Matt Steel: That's it?! Matthew Werner: Brennan looking to finish this one nice and early with the Fresh Cu....no! Just as Brennan's leg catches the back of Bennett's neck, Ace pulls himself up, catching Brennan mid air, and drives him into the mat with a surprise powerbomb Matthew Werner: Brennan thought he had that one all locked up, but Ace Bennett will not go down without a fight! What a comeback! Fighting through the haze, Ace Bennett wastes no time seizing his opportunity. Pulling Brennan to his feet, Bennett now takes to the ropes himself, leveling Brennan with a flying crossbody. Seeing no reason to let Brennan rest, Ace pulls him to his feet again, takes to the ropes once more, returning this time with that same dropkick that gave him the early advantage. Forcing Brennan to his feet once more, he launches his opponent toward the ropes, taking the opposite end himself, but is this time met with an outstretched forearm from David Brennan. The impact brings both men to the mat, prompting a count from the referee. Matt Steel: Both men down! Has anyone considered the possibility of neither man making it into the chamber here tonight? Matthew Werner: This could very well be the end of the road for Ace Bennet AND David Brennan! With the ref continuing the fall count, both men begin to stir, showing signs of life. They each make their way toward opposite corners, using the ropes to gain leverage and slowly regain their footing. Bennett is the first to his feet, and seizing opportunity once more, charges at Brennan, sending him flying over the top rope to the floor mat outside the ring. The hit surges through Brennan, giving him a momentary burst of energy. Brennan rises to his feet, ready to charge back into the ring, but he's met halfway by an airborne Ace Bennett, who crashes into him him midair with a well executed hurricanrana that brings both men to the ground once more. The ref begins counting both men out, even as both regain their bearings, exchanging blows, turning to an all out brawl outside the ring. Brennan gains the upper hand, driving his boot into Bennett's midsection, hoisting him up high and dropping him inches from the steel ramp with a devastating powerbomb. Intent on keeping his opponent down, Brennan follows up with a heavy leg drop, grabbing a beer from ringside as he ascends the steps once more, returning to the ring. Matt Steel: Brennan's going to win this one the old fashioned way - kick back with a beer and watch your opponent squirm! Matthew Werner: I'd hardly call that old fashioned... Matt Steel: Maybe not, but it works! Brennan rests his haunches on the top rope, watching Bennett roll as he aimlessly sips his beer. Growing bored, Brennan interrupts the ref's count, tossing him to the mat with little effort, before grabbing his empty and exiting the ring. He struggles, using one hand to drag Bennett up to his knees. He hoists the clear, glass bottle high, above both their heads, before driving it downward with all the force his arms will allow. Matthew Werner: Somebody wake the ref! This shouldn't be how this ends! With the bottle inches from Bennett's skull, the collision is interrupted at the last minute as Brennan is thrown off track by a low blow from Ace Bennett. Brennan drops the bottle to the ground, and without hesitation, Bennett retrieves it before it can roll away, hauls back, and unloads, shattering Brennan's own empty over his opponent's skull. Matthew Werner: This isn't supposed to be a hardcore match! Someone wake the damn ref! Matt Steel: Shut your hole, Werner! This is just starting to get good! Bennett rolls Brennan back into the ring, pulling himself up the ropes, climbing to the top, and launching off with a high flying legdrop across the chest of David Brennan. Brennan recoils, trying to see through the blood streaming into his eyes to get to his feet. He barely makes it to his knees when he's dropped again by a dropkick from Ace Bennett, falling back to the mat once more. Giving little room for rest or recovery, Ace drags Brennan to his feet, and sends him flying chest first into the corner. With Brennan hunched over the turnbuckles, Ace signals to the crowd, drawing a huge burst of excitement, before turning back to Brennan, hoisting him up into a sitting position atop the highest rung in the corner. Ace climbs the ropes behind him, signals to the crowd once more, leaps atop Brennan's shoulders, and both men fall, one atop the other, backward to the mat. Matt Steel: Did Bennett just botch a Syracuse Drop?! Matthew Werner: Not on your life! What a counter by David Brennan! Brennan drags himself over the fallen Bennett, barely able to move himself, dropping one arm across his chest. ... 1 ... ... 2 ... Bennett thrusts one hand skyward, not quite ready to throw in the towel yet. Brennan takes his advantageous position of being facedown on the mat, pushing himself up to his knees, the blood caked across much of his face. He takes a cue from Bennett's book, dragging his opponent to his feet. He locks Bennett's head beneath his arm, hoisting him skyward, and dropping him backward, flat to the mat with a devastating suplex. The crowd letting him have it for his drop on Bennett, Brennan offers them a double fisted, two finger salute before grabbing each of Bennett's ankles. Crossing Bennett's own legs, Brennan flips him over and applies leverage, locking Ace in a rare Hooligan Leg Lock. Matthew Werner: A rarely seen submission attempt on the part of David Brennan! Matt Steel: He's going to make Bennett beg for mercy! Bennett writhes in pain, shouting in agony every time Brennan applies the lock a bit harder. A string of expletives emerges from Bennett's mouth as the ref checks for submission. Brennan holds the lock, the two men centered in the ring, with nowhere for Bennett to grab ahold and break the lock. Matthew Werner: What's it going to take?! How much agony is that spot in the chamber worth?! Matt Steel: Even if Ace gets there, will he be able to stand after this? Putting all his weight into it, Brennan tightens the lock, prompting another shout from Bennett, who shakes his head no a million times, before finally tapping the mat, prompting Brennan to break the hold, leaving Bennett to collapse in a heap on the mat. Matthew Werner: Brennan's done it! He's put Ace Bennett through hell and back, and now he's headed for the Elimination Chamber! Keri Thames: Ladies and gentlemen, your winner, David Brennan! Brennan retreats to the corner of the ring, retrieving his now ceremonial post match beer. He cracks it open, takes his first swig, and raises the bottle high, making to turn it sideways and empty the contents over the back of his defeated opponent. He stops, however, just before the liquid within would have poured out over the edge of the spout. He takes in the crowd's deafening heat, looking back and forth between them and his opponent, before breaking into a smile. He takes another sip from the drink, then leaves the rest, bottle and all, on the mat beside Ace Bennett's head as he stumbles out of the ring, toward the backstage area. Matthew Werner: What an odd display from David Brennan, sparing Ace Bennett from a repeat of the beer bath he incurred two weeks ago at Loaded. Matt Steel: Maybe even he can recognize when a man's finally had enough. Matthew Werner: Perhaps. But there we have it, the sixth and final participant. Matt Steel: Scarlett Quinn versus Yukio Blaze versus Cameron Stone versus Alexis Chavente versus Mak Cross versus David Brennan. This should be a fabulous chamber match. If not a destructive one. A little bit of time passes and the ring clears. From backstage comes Xavier Pierce, microphone in hand.Matthew Werner: Well isn’t this quite the little surprise. Matt Steel: It’s always good to see Xavier Pierce. Except when it’s not. Xavier Pierce puts the microphone up to his lips.Xavier Pierce: Once again ladies and gentlemen, good evening. I have two announcements to make. Matthew Werner: Awesome. Xavier Pierce: First of all, I would like to congratulate all six contestants in the Elimination Chamber match tonight. All six of you worked very hard to get into this match and I can’t wait to see the outcome. But in regards to that, I have a quick announcement to make before I move on. While I have yet to make a decision on the likes of Ripp Jackson and Mak Cross, I have come to a decision on the likes of Drake Elias. Matthew Werner: Uh oh. What’d Drake do? Matt Steel: Xavier’s in one mighty firing mood it would seem. Xavier Pierce: I have spoken with the board of directors, and we have decided that it is in the best interest of one Drake Elias for that said Drake Elias’s contract to be terminated. Effective immeadiately. And should the injuried he suffered in his matches tonight heal, we will open new contract negotions with him in the future. But should they not, it is in his best interest to not wrestle in a WFWF ring again. If you can’t keep up with the competition, no need to get yourself more hurt in the process. Matthew Werner: Harsh, but we wish Elias the best. Hopefully he has a speedy recovery and can return to the WFWF some day soon. Xavier Pierce: Anyways, back to the other announcement I had. As I stated earlier in the show, things are changing here in the WFWF for the better. As I mentioned, sometimes the old…it can be new. It can breathe fresh life into things, and this company is no exception. But sometimes, you really do need something new in order to get the ball rolling in the correct direction again. He pauses.Xavier Pierce: For a long time now, Loaded has been a mainstay here in the WFWF. Sure, we had those terribly named shows back when King Kraig was running things while on an acid drip, but for the most part, Loaded has been at the forefront of the WFWF for the last half a decade. Well…that’s about to change. The fans grow anxious.Xavier Pierce: Starting next show, we will be continuing to usher in a new era. We will be ushering in a NEW REVOLUTION! Xavier points to above him where a poster rolls down after a loud explosion. The crowd goes nuts.Matthew Werner: That’s a badass poster. Matt Steel: Yep. Xavier Pierce puts the microphone up to his lips again.Xavier Pierce: And in the Revolutionary spirit, we will continue on this purging of the old and in with the new. Xavier Pierce stares down to the ring and those behind the ring.Matthew Werner: …he’s looking at us, Matt. Matt Steel: I can see that. Matthew Werner: I don’t think that’s a good thing. Why is he looking at us? Xavier Pierce smiles wryly.Xavier Pierce: Effective immediately following the closing moments of tonight’s show…Matthew Werner, Matt Steel, Keri Thames and Stacy Grey… Matthew Werner: Uh-oh. Matt Steel: Uh-oh. Xavier Pierce: YOU’RE FIRED. The crowd goes absolutely ecstatic. Keri Thames is crying in the seat next to the commentators, Matthew Werner is holding his head in his hands as Matt Steel is hanging his head (meanwhile Stacy Grey’s probably hanging her head…and the rest of herself somewhere else. But then again, aside from Drakz and O’Deeves whenever he randomly returns…no one even knew she existed anyways. No loss.)Xavier Pierce: Let me introduce you to the new leaders of THE REVOLUTION! Some badass music hits as a cutsie, shorter blond woman walks out from behind the curtain.Xavier Pierce: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the newest ring announcer, Christa Andina! She waves to the fans. Next, a very dapper looking man wearing a tuxedo comes out from behind the curtain.Xavier Pierce: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the new host of ‘Knight Time with Daniel Knight’ which will be featured periodically here on Revolution, he is the newest interviewer Daniel Knight! Knight gives a wink to the crowd, fixing his tie. Next, a woman wearing a beautifully elegant gown comes out from behind the curtain. There are a ton of cat calls from the fans.Xavier Pierce: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome a graduate of the Point Park University’s School of Communication, the newest play by play commentator, Alecia Matthews! She rolls her eyes, giving a bit of a cocky smile out to the fans.Matt Steel: Well at least she’s hot. The lights go out. The crowd stirs again.Xavier Pierce: And please welcome your newest color commentator… ”Falling Inside the Black” by Skillet resonates throughout the arena as the fans leap to their feet.Xavier Pierce: SAMAEL AHRIMAN! Matt Steel: NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Matthew Werner: Not sure if Star Wars joke or legit pissed that I got replaced by a hottie and you got replaced by a Satanist. Samael throws his arms up in the air, pandering to the fans.Xavier Pierce: Yeah. A WFWF guy on the commentary table. F*ck XWA, WFWF representin’ yo. Xavier Pierce tries to go a “gansta” hand sign as the group walks to the back.

The elimination chamber is set up and ready as the crowd eagerly awaits the conclusion of the Survival of the Fittest Tournament. The arena lights fall as the opening chords to Hole's "Violet" surround the arena. Strobe lights of red and violet cover the ring as smoke begins to surround the entrance way. The moment Courtney Love's voice breaks, Scarlett comes walking through the entrance curtain with her arms stretched. She pauses for a moment, bathing herself in haze of red and violet. Blinks of white light sprinkle around the arena as Scarlett makes the walk down to the ring. She pauses at the bottom of the steps taking in the enormity of the structure in front of her. She walks up the steps and into the steel jungle. Officials lead her to a pod.Matt Steel: Well this wasn’t the entrant we thought we would have here at the beginning of the night but by the hand of Cameron Stone, the injury of Slanted and the intervention of Xavier Pierce, the daughter of Wayne McGurk looks to establish herself tonight. Sound of Madness hits the PA system, as Cameron Stone steps out from behind the curtain onto the stage. He raises his arms into the air, and a shower of sparks fly around him briefly, before he lowers his arms to his sides and starts strutting down the ramp, almost gloating about how good he is. As he reaches the steps he sprints up them and into the chamber. He grins in anticipation as he is led to a pod.Matthew Werner: Is it me or is Stone someone who just looks like he would enjoy this match? Matt Steel: Maybe if he is into BDSM. Matthew Werner: Well considering what he did to Slanted earlier in the show, and Daniel Sabat post match, I wouldn't be surprised if the new WFWF National Champion somehow manages to get a sick kick out of this match. White flashes goes along to "LOVE....YOUR HATE....YOUR.... FAITH LOST....YOU....ARE NOW....ONE....OF US" from Miseria Cantare for about 30 seconds in the darkened arena. Fireworks blast across the stage left and ring as the lights come back on as The Days of the Phoenix starts playing and Yukio comes out to a roaring crowd. He looks to the crowd and nods his head he then walks down the ramp slapping hands in the process. Blaze slows as he makes his way to the chamber. He stops looks around, the crowd is chanting “Blaze” as he walks up the steps and to his pod.Matt Steel: Yawn. Matthew Werner: Seriously? This is Yukio Blaze! He used to be the heart and soul of this promotion. Matt Steel: That doesn’t make him interesting. “Awake and Alive” by Skillet begins to play. The crowd cheers as Mak's music first blares. The lighting changes from the normal arena light to blue in rapid succession as Mak emerges from the curtain the moment the lyrics kick in. He gives a small grin as he makes his way down the aisle, and does his Superman Punch taunt while screaming "BOOM!" while laughing, he waste no time walking into the chamber and to the last available pod.Matt Steel: Here is my pick for the chamber. Matthew Werner: Mak came so close to beating Schneider last month that you know he would love a rematch, especially if the WFWF World Title is on the line. Matt Steel: Exactly why he is my pick. He has that chip on his shoulder. The lights in the arena dim, Waka Waka by Shakira plays over the P/A system, triggering a pink hue to overcome the arena. The lights immediately come back up and begin to shine in the entrance way, Alexis Chavente emerges from behind the curtain smiling and jumping up and down pumping her fists. Meg follows behind Alexis shaking her head in disapproval. Fans cheer as they slowly walk down the ring. Meg is talking to Alexis the entire time. Alexis stops at the steps and exchanges a final inaudible word with Meg before stepping into the cage.Matthew Werner: So we know who our first two are going to be. Matt Steel: I am not sure if this is what Alexis would want if she had a choice. "It's been a long time, It's been a long time, It's been a long time since I've been home!"As "Whiskey Will" by Darkbuster kicks into high gear, David Brennan steps out onto the stage; the crowds’ cries of disgust for Brennan nearly drown out his music. In his hand, he holds a nearly empty bottle of Jack Daniels. He walks towards the chamber slowly, taking his time as he raises the bottle to his lips. A moment later the rest of the bottle disappears and he chucks it at the chambers. It hits the steel shattering and raining pieces over the ring. Brennan takes the climb into the chamber and the door locks behind him. He climbs through the ropes and stands across from Alexis as one of the first two participants in the match.Matt Steel: Representing The New Epoch, a group who wants to take our jobs. Matthew Werner: When did they say they wanted our jobs? Matt Steel: Well destroying the company would kind of imply that we would be without work. And for that sole reason, I will be rooting against David Brennan. I can’t support anyone who wants me to have less money. Matthew Werner: Fair enough. But considering we're being fired after this show anyways, it doesn't really matter. Matt Steel: The music cuts off and the bell is rung. Brennan just stands there and stares at Alexis, making no movement. His face is expressionless as he suddenly launches at her. Brennan leads with a boot aimed for the face of Alexis. She ducks and rolls under, he turns and she connects with a kick to his chin. He stumbles back and she hits a dropkick. It just manages to push him back. She nails a second one this time to the knee. He drops to one knee, and she goes for another kick to the chin. David still doesn’t fall. She runs the ropes and comes back at him only to get met with Brennan exploding from his knees with a clothesline. Brennan’s lip is split open already. He wipes the blood from his lip and grabs her by her hair. She surprises him with a frontal lung blower. Brennan bounces off her knees and to his back. Alexis only briefly pauses as she hits a springboard moonsault on him. She goes for a cover. ... 1 ... Brennan easily pushes her off. She gets to her feet before he does. She hits him with a tiger feint kick before he can get his senses about him.Matt Steel: She is being smart, staying moving and using her speed to her advantage. She climbs the top turnbuckle, and waits for him to get to his feet again. He finally does and she flies off the corner with a flying cross chop. He staggers backwards into the ropes but manages to stay on his feet. Alexis bounces off the opposite rope and runs at Brennan. She goes for a leg lariat but he catches and launches her over his head onto the steel behind him. She hits it with a loud crash. David wastes no time as he follows her to the steel. He stands over her just watching her roll in pain. He grabs her head, lifts her and slams her back down into the steel. He does it again.Matthew Werner: I know that she has been trained by Schneider but that is just brutal on that small frame. Matt Steel: Well Brennan does outweigh her by over a hundred pounds so he can easily overpower her like this. Matthew Werner: The crowd is showing their displeasure with this ruthless aggression. The third time he pulls her to feet. Still holding her by her head he launches her into the pod belonging to Yukio Blaze. Brennan locks eyes with Blaze for a moment before he looks at Alexis slumped on the ground. He grabs her arm and drags her over the steel towards the ring. He steps in and just pulls her through the middle rope. He shouts a profanity at Blaze as he sets her up in pile driver position. He flips her up for a powerbomb but Alexis suddenly comes alive and drives an elbow David’s head. She follows it up with another, and another. Brennan fights through it and slams her down with a powerbomb. He checks his nose for blood and finding none, pins Alexis. ... 1 ... ... 2 ... She manages to a shoulder up just as the timer for the next entrant is ending.... 3 ... ... 2 ... ... 1 ... The glass door in front of Mak Cross opens and he immediately comes out with a fire. He targets Brennan the moment he gets into the ring and nails him with a running forearm. Mak continues with the momentum and takes Brennan back down with a lariat. Mak pulls up Brennan and delivers a knee to the gut and then takes him back down with a Russian leg sweep. Mak gets back to his feet. He stands over Brennan as the crowd is going crazy with Cross’s flurry of offense. Having not forgotten about Alexis, Cross turns on her as she pulls herself up by the ropes. He grabs her from behind and launches her across the ring with a German suplex.Matt Steel: There’s my boy, I got money on him. Matthew Werner: Can we bet on these matches? Matt Steel: Sure why not? What are they going to do, ban me from their hall of fame like I am Pete Rose? Cross goes for the cover on Alexis.... 1 ... ... 2 ... Alexis again survives as she gets her shoulder up. Mak gets to her feet and looks over at Brennan who has crawled into the corner. Mak runs and hits a lariat on David in the corner. Cross grabs him and follows it up with a bridging northern lights suplex. ... 1 ... ... 2 ... Brennan breaks out of the pin attempt before Mak can eliminate him. Mak gets to his feet and focuses on David. He kicks him in the head one good time before dropping a knee on him. Mak drops another knee on him and a third. Alexis is to her feet on the side of the unnoticed by Cross. Cross pulls Brennan up to a sitting position. Mak just starts launching forearm after forearm shot into the prone David. Mak lets David fall back to the mat as he gets up to his feet. He looks around and finally notices Alexis when she gives him a low kick followed by a sit out face buster. She quickly follows it up with an attempt at a muta lock.Matthew Werner: She got it on him! Matt Steel: She is too short to really lock it on though. Alexis has it barely locked in but it is enough to cause Mak pain. He reaches for the ropes that aren’t near him. He attempts to power his way out of the hold and ends up rolling them over where Alexis releases the hold. She is quick to her feet and waits for Mak to stagger to his feet. She kicks him across the chest. She jumps him with a front face lock and spikes him with a DDT. Chavente gets back up and looks around. She pulls Cross near the corner. She faces the corner and springs to the top only to bounce off into a moonsault. She goes for The Floating Card but Mak rolls out of the way and Alexis lands on her feet. Suddenly David comes from behind and launches her into the corner ring post and out on the steel.Matt Steel: She looks like she could be hurt bad there. Matthew Werner: Brennan is ruthless to man or woman. Brennan turns and delivers a running knee to the side of Mak’s head. He launches into Cross with a tirade of punches, and forearm shots of his own as the timer is once again ending.... 3 ... ... 2 ... ... 1 ... Scarlett’s pod door opens and the daughter of Wayne McGurk has joined the fray. David drops his assault on Cross to face Quinn as she comes springing off the top rope with a spinning wheel kick. It takes Brennan down. Quinn kips up and greets a kneeling Brennan with a kick to the side of the face. She doesn’t pause as she delivers another, another, and a fourth one. Brennan is still on his knees in a daze as Scarlett backs up and launches towards him. She plants the Drive By Kiss on him and he falls over to the side. She wastes no time going for the pin.... 1 ... ... 2 ... Brennan pushes her off of him at the last second. She hops to her feet and hits a quick leg drop on David. She stands again but is surprised by Mak with a tiger suplex. He doesn’t bother with the pin as he doesn’t lose momentum. He lifts her and locks in an adnominal stretch.Matt Steel: She came out fast and furious but made a rookie move by not keeping up with everyone else in the match with her. Alexis is finally getting to her feet on the opposite side of things, as she clutches her shoulder. Mak continues to lock in the hold as Scarlett refuses to submit. Brennan is not moving over on the side nearest Mak. Cross shifts and turns the stretch into a pump handle slam. Cross gets up and immediately heads for the turnbuckle. He climbs to the top and looks out at the Quinn on the ground before him. Alexis hits the ropes and Cross crotches himself. Chavente hurries over to Cross, she pulls his legs to the inside of the ring, and then goes to the outside beside him. Alexis climbs up the corner and executes Plain to Beautiful on Cross, but fails to hook it into a pin.Matthew Werner: Alexis is really showing how much of a fighter she is here. Alexis grabs Scarlett as she is getting to her feet and whips her across the ring. Quinn comes back at her and Alexis hits a tilt awhirl into a forward Russian leg sweep on Quinn. She doesn’t waste any time and grabs her going for a German suplex. Scarlett flips over Chavente and counters with an inverted headlock backbreaker. Now everyone is down at the same time. Scarlett starts to stand as Alexis rolls to her knees. Scarlett looks at the other woman and launches a vicious kick into Alexis’ hurt shoulder. Her scream echoes through the arena as she clutches the hurt shoulder. Quinn catches her breath and notices Cross just getting to his feet. She runs, hops onto the ropes, springing off into moonsault that Cross catches her in the middle of. Cross turns it into the Cross- Out. He hooks the leg for a pin.... 1 ... ... 2 ... ... 3 ... Matt Steel: And my bet rides on, Cross with the first elimination here as McGurk’s daughter gets led out of the ring. Cross gets to his feet after eliminating the first competitor in this match. Chavente is lying near a corner still clutching the shoulder. Cross finds Brennan who rolled outside the ring to recover. He quickly makes his way onto the steel with David. He greets with several rights as Brennan gets to his feet. Brennan hits a quick kick down low on Cross ceasing his momentum. Brennan grabs Mak and launches him into the chamber wall. Mak hits face first. David grabs him and whips him into the nearest pod belonging to Blaze. Mak is crumbled against the pod door. David grabs Mak and pushes his face into the glass. He proceeds to rail elbow, forearm and fist into the opposite side of his head. He backs off as Yukio says something from inside the pod. Brennan looks up at Blaze and spits. He turns his attention to the ring. He enters and stalks towards Chavente who is sitting on the ground in the corner holding her shoulder. He slowly stalks his prey as the crowd loudly voices their displeasure at this. ... 3 ... ... 2 ... ... 1 ... Matt Steel: Stone is smiling ear to ear at this opportunity now. Matthew Werner: I am telling you, he gets off on hurting people. Just look at Slanted. The door opens and Stone steps out of the pod. He doesn’t rush into the ring as he joins Brennan with his focus on Chavente. Stone gets a big grin on his face as he shares a look with Brennan. Brennan steps out of the way for Cameron. Stone takes his big boot and puts it on Alexis’ shoulder. He applies pressure and she screams out in pain. Stone lets out a laugh at her agony. He suddenly stomps down hard on it and turns from her.Matthew Werner: Her cries echoed through the arena. Cameron takes a look at Brennan who is just watching before turning back to Alexis. Cameron grabs arm on the same side and pulls her up. He whips her to the far corner. She hits it and crumbles down into a pile. He sizes her up and takes off running. Suddenly he changes direction and takes Brennan out with a spear. Stone looks up while on his knees. He spots Cross the last person he has yet to hurt. Stone stands and makes his way to the outside. Cross isn’t paying attention as he struggles to get to his feet. Stone is sizing him and runs going for a big boot. Blaze warns Cross who drops. Stone’s boot knocks in the glass in Yukio’s pod. The entire door shatters. Stone sees what he has done and immediately goes after the newly released Yukio Blaze.Matt Steel: Sh~t! Stone just shattered the glass of Yukio’s pod. Matthew Werner: Get him Random Hero! Matt Steel: You are a tool. Blaze grabs the top of the cage and kicks out catching Stone in the chin. Blaze comes firing out of the pod with another kick, followed by a forearm. Mak grabs Stone from behind and hits a German suplex on the steel. Blaze turns around and spots Brennan leaning in the corner. Blaze enters the ring and stares down Brennan. The crowd is eating this up; suddenly Brennan comes out with a running lariat. Blaze counters with a Pelé kick. Brennan doesn’t go down all the way. He falls to one knee. Blaze gets up and pulls Brennan into a double underhook position. He executes a double underhook backbreaker on David. Meanwhile on the outside, Mak is pulling Stone up. Mak goes for a suplex on the steel but Stone uses his size and strength to block it and lift Mak up instead. Stone throws Cross down face first on the steel.Matt Steel: That right there makes me happy I am retired. Matthew Werner: Action on the inside and out of the ring. Matt Steel: Why do you always state the obvious? Blaze with a pendulum elbow on Brennan. Before he can follow it up through, Cameron Stone grabs Blaze and launches him with t-bone suplex. Stone gets to his feet quickly and continues the assault. He grabs Yukio and hits a backbreaker but doesn’t let go. He lifts him again and brings him down across his knee. Stone holds him there and brings a sick forearm across Yukio’s chest. He lets him go and Yukio rolls off his knee selling the move. Stone looks around and is met by a running lariat from Cross. Stone hits the mat and immediately rolls to his stomach to get back up. Cross helps pull him and delivers a loud chop across the chest of Stone. Stone retorts with his own chop. Cross comes back with his own and follows it up with a kick to the inside of the knee. Cameron staggers back and Cross bounces off the ropes and comes back at him with momentum. Out of nowhere though, Stone boots Cross in the face. Stone falls on him for the cover.... 1 ... ... 2 ... Cross gets his shoulder up. Stone screams something at the ref as he rises up. Brennan is there to greet him with a double axe handle that knocks Stone back into the ropes. Brennan whips him across and comes at Stone with a high knee. The move takes Stone down. Stone doesn’t stay down long as he goes to get right back up. David with a diamond cutter but Cameron pushes him off. Brennan turns and eats a big boot also. Blaze comes at Stone with a roaring elbow. Stone falls down to one knee. Blaze with Greetings from Michigan. Stone is down. Blaze gets to his feet as the crowd explodes. He signals to the corner and makes his way over to it. He climbs the corner and stands looking at Stone. He breathes and leaps off. Stone rolls out of the way and avoids the 360 shooting star press. Blaze hits the mat hard. Stone gets to his knees and comes up with a grin on his face.Matt Steel: I think the tide is changing on your boy there. Cameron gets to his feet and waits on Blaze. Yukio gets to feet only to be taken down with a sick boot to the side of the head. Stone roars out to the crowd after nearly decapitating Random Hero. Stone looks for his next prey but is met with a spear by Cross.Matthew Werner: Stone nearly takes of Yukio’s head and then is get taken down by Cross. This is ridiculous. Matt Steel: Look! At the top of the pod… Alexis has managed to climb on top of one of the pods while everyone fights it out in the ring. She stands at the edge, and turns her back to the two men down in the ring nearest her. Chavente leaps off and nails The Floating Card on Stone. The crowd explodes at the 135lb girl drill Stone with the double stomp. Before she can make the pin, Brennan grabs her and throws her to the mat, locking in a crossface on her hurt arm. Mak wastes little time and grabs Stone, He pulls him up and lifts him onto his shoulders, and Mak lays him out with a Cross Out. Mak pins Stone.... 1 ... ... 2 ... ... 3 ... Matt Steel: Mak takes out Stone while Brennan has Chavente locked into a crossface. Matthew Werner: That shoulder is ripping apart on that woman. Alexis is screaming in the crossface that David has locked in. A moment later she is tapping out.Matt Steel: Alexis just couldn’t take any more. Matthew Werner: She did better than I am sure most would have thought she would do. Brennan gets to his feet as he stares at the two men left in the ring with him. Mak is standing hands on hips; Yukio is still dazed by the ropes. Suddenly Mak charges and grabs Brennan only to slide behind him and execute a beautiful German suplex. Blaze shakes his head and joins the fray. He hits a running senton on Brennan. Blaze goes for a pin.... 1 ... ... 2 ... Brennan kicks out of the pin. Cross grabs Blaze and launches him over the top rope onto the steel outside of the ring. Cross grabs Brennan and calls for the Cross Out. Mak lifts up but Brennan manages to fight him and land on his feet behind Cross. Cross turns and diamond cutter by Brennan. Both men are down. Brennan grabs the nearby rope as Cross lays motionless on the mat. Brennan pulls himself up by the ropes only to find Blaze smiling at him from the other side. Blaze with a sidekick to the head of Brennan. Yukio runs, leaps to the top of the turnbuckle and leaps off into a moonsault. Brennan sidesteps and Yukio lands on his feet. Brennan charges, Yukio moves and launches Brennan over the top rope. Brennan hangs onto the rope and lands on his feet but is quickly met by a superkick from Yukio. Brennan falls back and hits the steel as blood spews from his mouth. Matthew Werner: Proof that good always comes out of top. Yukio springboards off the top rope and drops an elbow on Brennan. Yukio gets to his feet and backs up waiting on Brennan. Brennan pushes his way and Yukio takes off. He leaps onto Brennan’s shoulders for a rana, but Brennan turns it into a powerbomb on the steel. David wipes the blood from his mouth as Yukio is laid out on the steel. Brennan grabs him and not so gracefully dumps him into the ring. Suddenly Cross comes at Brennan with a lariat; Brennan ducks it and shows his fist to Mak’s face. Brennan unloads rights and lefts onto Mak, knocking him back into the corner. Brennan whips him across the ring and scales the turnbuckle. Brennan pauses only for a second and leaps off. Blaze gets taken out with The Fresh Cut. Brennan quickly pins him. ... 1 ... ... 2 ... ... 3 ... Matt Steel: You were saying? Are you crying? Matthew Werner: It is just so unfair. Matt Steel: Jesus, I never knew you were such a Yukio mark. Matthew Werner: Only of the stuff he did before he sold out. Matt Steel: We are down to the last two. Wait…on the stage… Matthew Werner: Drakz and Kyzer have come out with chairs. Just what we need, The New Epoch to ruin this. Matt Steel: Looks like they were just angling for a better seat. They are sitting off to the side on the outside of the chamber. Drakz could use a seat though given the assault he took at the hands of Trace Demon just one match before this. How he can even walk is beyond me. Drakz somehow manages to pull himself down to the ring. Kudos on even being able to walk. He takes a seat with Kyzer. The final two participants stare at each other across the ring. The crowd erupts into a “Star of David” chant.Matthew Werner: I don’t get it. Matt Steel: Because Brennan used to be a skin head before a drunk and his name is David. Our fans are just being smarks. Mak comes at Brennan hitting him with a forearm, then a chop. Brennan comes back with his own chop. Mak with a left forearm, David counters with a head butt that sends Mak to one knee. Brennan bounces off the ropes and smacks him with a knee to the head. Brennan follows it up with a pin.... 1 ... ... 2 ... Mak manages to get out of the pin. Brennan aggressively starts throwing everything he has at the fallen Mak. Brennan completes the barrage with repeating headbutts. He pins him again.... 1 ... ... 2 ... Mak gets his shoulder up again.Matt Steel: YES! C’MOM MAK! I got a dime on you. Brennan pulls Mak up with him and lifts him onto his shoulder for a running power slam. Brennan slams him hard into the mat. Again with a pin.... 1 ... ... 2 ... Again Mak musters up something at the last second.Matt Steel: I think I am about to have a stroke. Brennan gets to his feet in disgust. He pulls Mak up. He lifts him onto his shoulder into a fireman’s carry. Mak slips down his back and reverses it into Maked-Out. Both men are down. Mak rolls over and drapes an arm over Brennan.... 1 ... ... 2 ... David throws an arm up at the last moment.Matthew Werner: I can’t believe that David kicked out of that. Matt Steel: I could taste the money. Both men struggle to get up. Ace Bennett suddenly appears as he sprints down to the chamber.Matt Steel: What is Ace doing here? Is he holding a paper bag? Matthew Werner: I don’t know, but he is attacking the officials outside the cage. Ace knocks down a couple of the officials outside the chamber. He grabs the key from one of them and is opening the chamber door.Matthew Werner: Drakz and Kyzer still haven’t gotten up from their chairs and Ace just ignored them. Matt Steel: Well they have always been about standing on your own feet. Maybe they want to see how Brennan handles this. Ace enters the chamber and the ring. He stands between the two competitors. He pulls something out of the bag and it is a can of bear mace. Brennan sees it and backs up. Ace stares at him and then sprays Mak in the face with the bear mace. Ace gives Brennan a look before leaving the ring as Mak screams out in blinding pain. Ace walks down the chamber steps and up the ramp but not before casting a look Kyzer’s way. Brennan takes advantage of the situation and kicks Mak in the midsection. Brennan hops up in the corner and comes off. He takes Mak out with The Fresh Cut. He pins him.... 1 ... ... 2 ... ... 3 ... Matt Steel: No f~cking way. Matthew Werner: Brennan did it. He won Survival of the Fittest. Kyzer leaps out of his seat with excitement as “You Make Me Feel” erupts over the speakers. Drakz is just as excited as he and Kyzer join Brennan in the ring. Kyzer lifts up a bloodied Brennan in celebration. The entire arena erupts in displeasure and begins casting litter and other objects into the ring.Matt Steel: SO I FIND OUT I’M LOSING MY JOB AND I LOSE MONEY IN A BET BECAUSE OF BRENNAN, THE NEW EPOCH AND ACE F*CKING BENNETT? F*CK THIS COMPANY.

A video package is shown with the inductees to this years WFWF Hall of Fame class. We the owners, the staff of the WFWF and every single person who’s ever competed in the WFWF give our most sincerest thanks and congrats to The Axis, consisting of Wayne McGurk, Vanessa McGurk, Kurt Burton, Possessed Child, Candi Starlight and Thunder, Robbie Wreckless, Panzar, Link and Trace Demon!
Cut back to the ring, where Keri Thames stands alone with a microphone in hand, a tear still in her eye.
Keri Thames: The following match is scheduled for three falls. It is the main event of Survival of the Fittest. It is for the WFWF World Heavyweight Championship. It is a Double Jeopardy match. And it IS No Disqualifications!
Matthew Werner: No Disqualifications? When did that get made??
Matt Steel: I’m not sure..
Keri Thames: Introducing first..
The lights in the arena fade and on the titan tron a video begins to play: A Matte Black 2012 Camaro ZL1 drives rapidly up a mountainside. The car speeds around the winding roads until it suddenly breaks for a “STOP” sign, dead in the night. The video ends as the sound of a lion’s roar is heard throughout. ”Nightcall” by Kavinsky hits, white and blue spotlights begin to spread, and a main spotlight hits the top of the entrance stage. Raider walks out but stops at the top of the ramp and peers at the crowd, from side to side.
Keri Thames: Challenger number one, from New York City, New York, weighing in tonight at two hundred and seventeen pounds, he is a former WFWF Television Champion, a two time and reigning WFWF Tag Team Champion, a two time WFWF International champion, and a FIVE TIME former WFWF World Heavyweight champion and a WFWF Hall of Famer.. This Is RAIDER!
He then walks down the ramp, high fiving a few fans along the way. He slides into the ring and crosses his arms, fingers pointed out on the opposing shoulders. He then spreads his arms open, straight out, as the crowd roars. A circular pyrotechnic goes off above the ring, as the golden fireworks fall to the ground, circling Raider. He takes off his jacket and prepares for action. Referee David Lee checks Raider for foreign objects as his music cuts off.
Matthew Werner: Raider is probably the most decorated man in this match, but he’s arguably the longest shot. The only man of these four who hasn’t been involved with one of the other’s directly. He’s made his mission Michael Kyzer and tonight, he faces Kyzer one on one for the first fall.
“What you want me to do” begins to echo throughout the arena and the lights go down. A moment later bright white lights illuminate everything. Kyzer Reborn flashes over the video screen.
Keri Thames: And his opponent for the first stage of Double Jeopardy, to be accompanied to the ring by DMK, from Seattle, Washington, weighing in tonight at two hundred and ten pounds, he is a two time former WFWF World Heavyweight champion and a member of the WFWF Hall of Fame, this is “Kyzer Reborn” Michael… KYZER!
Despite the elaborate entrance, there’s no Kyzer on the entrance way. His music is stopped and restarted. Keri Thames asks if she needs to reintroduce him, but is waved off. Despite his music playing through the arena, there’s no Kyzer.
Matt Steel: What’s going on? No Kyzer?
Matthew Werner: Sure looks that way..
Matt Steel: Wasn’t he just out here like…just a little bit ago?
Matthew Werner: Good point. Maybe him, Drakz and Brennan are celebrating Brennan’s Chamber win a little too hard.
The music cuts off. Raider is left standing confused in the ring. He’s talking with Keri Thames and the referee. After a few moments, music starts again. Not Kyzer’s, but Hutton’s.
Matt Steel: No use crying over spilled milk, we’re moving on?
Matthew Werner: Guess so..
The lights of the arena suddenly darken as the opening of "Hear Me Now" by Hollywood Undead, a brigade of nine spotlights begin sweeping the arena wide and far amidst the darkness. The crowd holds their breath in anticipation as the drum kicks in and the spotlights suddenly rush to the top of the ramp. The crescendo reveals Hutton Brown, The Rated X Superstar crouching on the balls of his feet and his arms resting just above his knees; the fans erupting in a chorus of glee. Reaching up, Brown tosses back the hood of his fleece jacket and stares down at the squared circle for several seconds before slowing rising to his feet.
Keri Thames: Making his way to the ring, from Manhattan, New York and weighing in tonight at two hundred and twenty five pounds; he is a former WFWF National Champion, The Rated X Superstar, Hutton Brown!
Matthew Werner: The only man in this match not wearing a WFWF Hall of Fame ring, the only man who hasn’t held a World Heavyweight title, Hutton Brown.
Matt Steel: Both of those are in Hutton’s future. They’ve gotta be.
Hutton quickly makes his way down the ramp, leaping up to the second step of the ring steps as soon as he reaches them. Completing that climb as he reaches the apron, Brown immediately begins another as he steps up to the second rope and then further as he places his right foot on the top rope. Simply starring out at the fans now, Brown soaks in their praise with a slight smirk before jumping forward into the ring. Discarding his jacket to the outside, Brown begins to stretch in preparation for the coming bout.
The lights dim. Haunting violin music begins to play through out the arena, mixed in with a little bit of a beat. After a few moments, the unmistaken able vocals of KMFDM are heard. “It’s All or Nothing”.. The violin continues.. It finally picks up to the actual song. The lights go to the skyboxes high above the arena. The glass has been removed from one and a stage erected out of it. Sascha Konietzko makes his way out, kicking a banner and unraveling a massive black vinyl banner, decorated for KMFDM, but the centerpiece being a tombstone inscribed with “Here Lies Hutton Brown”.
Keri Thames: Soon to be making his way to the ring, to be accompanied by Percy Jackson, from Chicago, Illinois, weighing in tonight at two hundred and twenty pounds, he is a former three time WFWF Tag Team champion, a former two time WFWF International champion, a two time WFWF Hall of Famer.. And he is the two time, reigning, and defending WFWF Undisputed Heavyweight Champion of the WORRRRRRRRRLD.. “The Prophet of Ash” Phillip Schneider!
The camera cuts back to the entrance way. Percy Jackson has finally made his way through the curtain and towards ringside, leading Phillip Schneider to the ring. Schneider peels off his jacket at the top of the ramp, tossing it aside, then peeling off his KMFDM t-shirt. He’s stripped down to just his black logo covered shorts, his boots, pads, and tape, dragging the WFWF Heavyweight Championship behind him. Schneider hops to the ring apron, raising the championship up and brandishing it towards Hutton, screaming “YOU WILL NOT TAKE THIS”. Hutton tries to go after Schneider but is stopped by the referee. Schneider goes to the top rope for a pose, holding the championship belt high above his head.
Matt Steel: The champion with another spectacular rockstar entrance..
Matthew Werner: Tonight, the champion defends his championship for the very first time, against two? Men? How’s this going to work?
Matt Steel: The Double Jeopardy rules state that two singles matches will be going on at the same time. Only Schneider can beat Brown, only Brown can beat Schneider, only Raider can beat Kyzer and visa versa. I assume if we’ve got no Kyzer, then the match continues as if Kyzer was already eliminated.
Matthew Werner: And no disqualifications.. This last minute stipulation addition plays one hundred percent into the hands of the champion.
Bell sounds and the match is under way. All three men circle around the ring. Raider raises his hands to Hutton, calling for a test of strength. Schneider steps between the two men. He puts his toe hands on Raider’s shoulders, not for a lock up, but instead pushing him to the background, to a corner. Raider takes it one step further, sliding out of the ring, grabbing a steel chair (to a spattering of cheers from the rapid crowd), sliding back into the ring, and taking a seat in the corner.
Matthew Werner: Raider taking a seat.
Matt Steel: We heard our ring announcer say this match is no disqualification and I think the fans were really thinking Raider was going to just start smashing people. My question is, when exactly did this match become no disqualifications?
Matthew Werner: I’m not entirely sure, Matt.
Schneider and Brown continue to circle around the ring, both keeping an eye on Raider. Schneider and Brown tie up center ring. Schneider goes behind Brown with an arm bar, locking the left arm tight and really working. Schneider twists the arm bar for a moment, before releasing it and switching into a headlock. Brown punches Schneider in the stomach twice, and then sends the champ into the ropes.
Matthew Werner: Schneider’s already trying to get into Hutton’s head by grabbing that arm bar.
Matt Steel: You wouldn’t know this, having never laced a pair of wrestling boots in your life, but as an ex wrestler, I can say.. Most wrestlers work the right side all the time. It’s instinct to work the right side. For Schneider to grab that arm bar on the left side was one hundred percent intentional.
Schneider comes back, and catches Brown with a shoulder block takedown. Brown goes down. Schneider goes running into the ropes, Brown with a nip up. Schneider with the rebound. A leapfrog over Brown from Schneider. Schneider back into the ropes and as he comes back, Brown leapfrogs over him. Schneider into the ropes once more, and as he comes back, Brown catches him with a jumping roundhouse kick right to the face. Schneider goes down and Brown takes a moment to taunt to the crowd.
Matt Steel: Keep on him! That roundhouse kick didn’t do anything but piss Schneider off!
Matthew Werner: It’s going to take a lot more than a jumping roundhouse kick for this match to come to a conclusion..
Matt Steel: It’s going to take at least two falls. It would’ve taken three.. But Kyzer’s MIA.
Brown lifts Schneider back up. Schneider backs into the ropes, looking to regain his bearings, and Brown catches him with a brutal kick right to the side of the head. Schneider slings himself over the top rope to keep himself on his feet. Brown backs up a bit, and then comes back for a second kick right to the head of the champion.
Matthew Werner: That’ll certainly kill a few brain cells..
Matt Steel: Not that you’d notice on Schneider.
Brown bounces into the ropes beside Schneider, then into the far ropes. As Brown comes back, Schneider catches him with a drop toe hold. Schneider flips from the drop toe hold into an STF, then locks a three fourths chancery on in addition to that, locking up both Hutton‘s legs and his neck. Raider stands up and grabs the steel chair he was sitting in. Raider calmly folds up the chair and smashes it across the sternum of Schneider, which forces Schneider to break the Hangman‘s Clutch.
Matt Steel: No disqualification, so that steel chair is as legal as a headlock.
Matthew Werner: And Raider IS a legal participant in this match. He was supposed to be competing right now with Michael Kyzer, but again, Kyzer’s MIA. His music played, he didn’t come out, that’s all we know..
Matt Steel: It makes all the sense in the world for Raider to be breaking up the three counts too. He wants Brown and Schneider to have to fight each other for a long time. He wants to get as many cheap shots in on them while they are fighting each other as he can. Because these two, one of them has to beat the other one, and the winner of that fall will advance and then face a fresh Raider. Or as fresh as he keeps his nose clean in this match.
Raider backs off a bit then throws the chair. It strikes Hutton Brown hard in the head. Raider approaches Brown. He casually kicks the chair out of the ring, and then grabs Brown by the head, lifting him back to his feet. Hutton tries to fight Raider off, Raider drills him between the shoulder blades with a huge clubbing forearm. Raider whips Brown into the ropes and when Hutton comes back, Raider lifts him into the air for a Gorilla Press Slam, but drops Brown to the mat with a spine buster. Schneider sneaks in the back door, going for a cover, but Hutton gets up at just a count of two.
Matthew Werner: Near fall scores two for Schneider.
Matt Steel: He didn’t want to beat Hutton Brown there. He just wanted to make sure Hutton didn’t get to catch his breath, and that he had to exert the energy to kick out from that pin fall attempt.
Raider lifts Hutton back up to his feet. Schneider slides backwards on his hands and knees like a snake, allowing Raider to do whatever it is he’s planning on doing. Raider backs Hutton into the corner. Raider throws a few stiff chops to the chest, lighting up the chest of Hutton Brown, then whips him into the far corner. Raider comes running in himself and Hutton springboards right out of the corner over Raider. Hutton drills Raider in the mid-section with a kick, and then sends him into the far corner with an Irish whip, but Raider reverses it and Hutton ends up in the corner. Hutton runs right up the turnbuckle, but Raider comes from behind and pushes Hutton off the top rope to the arena floor. Hutton does a flip and crashes to the arena floor with nothing to catch him but concrete.
Matt Steel: Sweet Jebus! That was a horrible crash landing!
Matthew Werner: Hutton was trying to get flashy there and crashed and burned!
Phillip Schneider comes from behind Raider and sets up for an atomic drop, but switches it into a face buster. Raider, stunned, rolls to the outside of the ring. He’s trying to regain his composure on the floor after being dropped on his face seemingly at random. He walks over to where Hutton Brown is slowly recovering on the floor. Suddenly, Phillip Schneider propels himself over the top rope. Before he hits Raider and Brown though, the two men move and Phillip Schneider lands on the arena floor hard.
Matt Steel: The name of that move is a suicide dive and I’ll be surprised if Phillip Schneider did not just succeed in taking his own life.
Brown nails Raider with a hard right hand, then slides into the ring. Brown goes running into the far ropes and comes back, not going for a dive as Raider expected, but rather a baseball slide, sending Raider sailing backwards into the steel security barricade. Hutton backs up, then comes running. He jumps over the top rope, and lands on Schneider with a somersault leg drop, over the top rope and to the arena floor. Brown gets to his feet to an ovation from the capacity Las Vegas crowd.
Matt Steel: You would think a man who just took a spill off the top rope to the concrete wouldn’t attempt a flipping leg drop over the top rope, again, to the concrete.
Matthew Werner: But Matt, this is the main event of Survival of the Fittest, this is the WFWF World Heavyweight title. It’s go big or go home. It’s all or nothing!
Brown turns around to see Raider a top the top rope. Raider comes flying off with a cross body block that takes out both Hutton and Schneider, who was momentarily back to his feet, to the arena floor. All three men lay broken on the arena floor in a heap.
Matt Steel: It’s like a god damn five car pile up on I-70 out here!
Matthew Werner: I see three men who are going to have problems walking in the morning..
Raider gets back up to his feet, and lifts Schneider up. Raider nails Schneider a short jab in the face with a right hand, and then punches Brown right in the face as well, just as Hutton Brown gets back to his feet. Raider grabs both Brown and Schneider by their heads and walks them up the isle. Schneider furiously punches Raider, ribs, face, back, anything he can get to get free. Raider in turn clobbers Brown, and a three way brawl ensues, with all three men slugging away at one another.
Matt Steel: It went from a pretty diving lucha fest.. And now it’s a fight.
Matthew Werner: And I have to assume a three way fist fight on the floor favors the Heavyweight champion of the World
Raider and Brown start a double team assault on Schneider. But the bond between Brown and Raider does not last long, as Raider drills Brown in the mid-section with a short elbow. Raider jabs Hutton Brown in the chin, and then turns around to see Phillip Schneider swinging wildly. Raider ducks the punch and grabbing Schneider in a rear waist lock. He lifts Schneider into the air as if he‘s going to atomic drop him, but instead runs Schneider into the ring post. Schneider lands groin first on the ring post, then slides down slowly spread eagle. Raider begins to violently kick Schneider in the face as he lays on the ground.
Matthew Werner: A little bit of a modified tree of woe there..
Matt Steel: Hey! Let me call the wrestling moves! A little bit of a modified tree of woe there.
Hutton Brown comes running in from the side with a baseball slide into Schneider’s face. Brown then kicks high roundhouse kicks Raider in the shoulder, followed by a jumping spin kick that drills Raider in the back of the head. Raider falls in a heap on the arena floor..
Matthew Werner: I think Hutton Brown realizes that both Schneider and Raider can out punch him, out forearm and elbow him, which is why he’s adapted this very kick heavy offense.
Matt Steel: It makes you wonder what exactly Hutton was doing in his absence from the WFWF, doesn’t it?
Schneider slowly gets back to his feet, while Hutton Brown heads up the isle. Hutton retrieves an unused piece of guardrail, carrying it back down the isle and towards ringside with the rail piece over his head.
Matt Steel: Now what is he planning here?
Matthew Werner: I don’t know, but those rails have no give to them what so ever. They are meant to hold back the fans. Nothing more, nothing less. That’s galvanized reinforced steel.
Matt Steel: Not to be confused with Matt Steel.
Hutton props the rail up against the steel ring post, and heads towards Raider. He lifts Raider back up to a vertical base and begins raining down strikes on Raider, backing Raider up the isle way. Hutton with a double clutch wrist lock, then an Irish whip. Raider sails down the isle way and crashes into the guardrail that is propped up against the steel ring post. The rail bends minimally, mostly just making an awful steel on steel clunk, as Raider crumbles to the arena floor in a heap. Hutton comes back to work over the damaged Raider some more, but is ambushed by a Phillip Schneider super kick. Schneider moves the guardrail so it is sitting flat on the arena floor, and then approaches Hutton. He attempts to Irish whip Brown, but Brown reverses it. Brown with a scoop from the Irish Whip, putting Schneider in position for a power slam. Hutton Brown runs and nails the power slam to Schneider, hard on the steel barricade, which doesn‘t budge at all. Hutton goes for the cover on Phillip Schneider on the arena floor. Referee David Lee goes down for the count.
... 1 ...
... 2 ...
Raider breaks up the count.
Matt Steel: This is what I said earlier. It makes all the sense in the world for Raider to break up every count these two go for, because they are going to continue to do big moves like that to one another and whoever does eventually get a three will be so damaged they won’t be able to beat Raider.
Hutton Brown gets back to his feet and delivers a hard spinning roundhouse to the head of Raider. Hutton scoops Raider up and rolls him back into the ring, and follows himself. Hutton lifts Raider up center ring. Hutton jumps up, grabbing Raider by the head and driving his face into the mat.
Matthew Werner: Eclipse! He nails Raider with the Eclipse!
Phillip Schneider makes his way to the ring apron, where he spring boards up to the top rope. Schneider comes off with a leg drop right to the back of the neck of Hutton Brown, still on the mat from the drop with the Eclipse.
Matt Steel: You talk about picking your spots.. Schneider just let Hutton do his big move. He stayed hidden. And the second Hutton dropped to the mat, Schneider jumped up and prepared that leg drop.
Schneider gets up and calls for a steel chair. Percy grabs a chair from the time keeper‘s table, folds it up and hands it in to Schneider. Schneider folds the chair up, and places it on the head and chest of Hutton Brown. Schneider goes to the top rope, and prepares for another leg drop. But Hutton recovers. Hutton tosses the chair up, and it is caught by Raider, who is now up on the ring apron. Hutton springboards up to the top rope, and Raider throws the chair. It strikes Schneider right in the head, and causes Schneider to fall off the top rope and go flying to the arena floor.
Matt Steel: Unintentional double team on the champion from Brown and Raider.
Matthew Werner: Hutton was just tossing the chair off of him. Raider seen a chair coming up, grabbed it, and threw it in Schneider’s face.
Matt Steel: What was Schneider going for there anyways? That chair was across Hutton’s neck..
Matthew Werner: I really don’t want to think about it.. You heard what he said.. He said he was going to cripple Hutton Brown tonight..
Hutton is slow to recover. Raider on the offensive. He grabs Hutton. Raider’s arm across Hutton’s chest, grasping his shoulders. Raider lifts Hutton up and drives him into the mat.
Matthew Werner: Raider Rocker!
Matt Steel: How do you know everyone’s goofy names of moves?
Matthew Werner: I have a laptop here, you know.
Phillip Schneider stumbles back into the ring and lifts Hutton Brown up by his head. Schneider leans Hutton against the ropes, but Hutton can’t keep his balance and falls into a seated position. Schneider grabs the chair that was moments ago thrown into his face and bashes it over Hutton’s head. Hutton tries to cover up. Schneider jabs him in the chest with the top of the chair, then draws the chair back again, this time home run swinging and crowning Hutton with the chair, the chair literally bouncing off Hutton’s skull.
Matt Steel: You know when you see stars after you get hit in the head? That’s your brain being jarred. In the definition of the word, that’s a concussion. A mild concussion..
Schneider tosses the chair aside as Hutton lays motionless on the mat. Schneider goes to the top rope, but is pushed off by Raider and Schneider racks himself on the top turnbuckle. Raider climbs to the top rope and flips Schneider up and over with a hurricanrana. Raider instinctively goes for the pin, but the referee says it‘s no good, pointing to Hutton. Hutton is up on the ring apron, but not for long, as Raider catches him with a super kick and Hutton goes sailing to the outside. Raider lifts Schneider back to a vertical base, and delivers a vile punch right to the face of the champion. Raider then tosses Schneider over the top rope. Raider slowly makes his way back to the outside as well.
Matthew Werner: Is that where Raider wants to take the action, with Phillip Schneider?
Matt Steel: Raider just needs to step back, pick his spots, hit the guys once in a while, and let them kill each other..
Raider lifts Hutton back up to a vertical base, and begins to drag him up the isle, punching him on the way there. Raider chops Hutton across the chest, and moves back to Phillip Schneider, who followed them up the isle. Raider whips Hutton right through the curtain. Hutton stumbles backstage into the hallway that leads from the locker room to the ring. Schneider is on the chase and when Phillip Schneider comes through the curtain, he is met with a chair to the head from Hutton Brown. Brown then tosses the chair and it strikes Raider in the face. Hutton takes a moment to gather himself, then runs after Schneider, who is back to his feet. Schneider catches Hutton and spine busters him through a table, drinks and food flying straight up in the air as Hutton crashes through the table.
Matthew Werner: There goes catering..
Matt Steel: Not catering!
Schneider grabs Hutton by the arm and pulls him back through the curtain. Schneider abandons his quest to drag Hutton to the ring, and instead grabs Raider, who’s already on his feet. Schneider walks Raider back down the entrance way and attempts an Irish whip, but Raider reverses and Schneider goes sailing into the steel ring steps.
Matt Steel: Phillip Schneider has a well documented history of knee problems and crashing into steel ring steps is going to do no favors for that.
Raider lifts Schneider up and rolls him into the ring. Raider starts to follow Schneider into the ring himself, but he is attacked by Hutton Brown. Brown attempts to suplex Raider on the arena floor, but Raider reverses and it is Hutton who hits the hard arena floor. Raider gets back to his feet and slides into the ring. Raider throws some wild punches at Schneider. Schneider returns the favor. Raider goes high. Schneider ducks and clinches Raider in a go behind waist lock, following up with a German suplex. Schneider nails the suplex, and holds the move as he rolls through. Schneider raises Raider up and drives him into the mat with a second German suplex. Raider switches back and is set for a German of his own. Hutton Brown comes running in and sunset flips both Raider and Schneider, with Raider still holding onto Schneider. Schneider is driven into the mat with a German suplex, and Raider is taken over with a sunset flip into a pin attempt, which Hutton immediately lets up.
Matthew Werner: Three way German suplex sunset flip!
Matt Steel: That’s a mouth full..
All three men are down. Brown goes for a pin attempt on Schneider, which he gets a two count on. Meanwhile, Raider has rolled outside the ring. He peels up the ring apron and pulls out a table. Raider slides the table into the ring, and then slides in himself. Raider sets the table up center ring and rolls out of the ring once more, this time putting two ladders into the ring. One ladder is set up in one corner by Raider, with the other ladder going to the opposite corner.
Matt Steel: Looks like Raider didn’t get his fill of tables, ladders, and chairs on this past week’s Loaded..
Matthew Werner: No doubt, and there’s some serious mayhem afoot.
Raider climbs his ladder, while Phillip Schneider puts Hutton Brown on the table center ring. Schneider climbs the other side of Raider’s ladder. Hutton is breathing heavy on the table. Raider throws a punch at Schneider. Schneider grabs the wrist and judo throws him up and over the ladder, all the way down, where he crashes through Hutton Brown, then through the table.
Matthew Werner: Oh my god! Raider just took a horrible spill and crashed through Hutton, then through the table!
Raider rolls away, while Schneider climbs down from the ladder and goes for a cover on Hutton. Referee David Lee goes down for the count.
... 1 ...
... 2 ...
Raider breaks up the count. The three men lay broken in the ring amidst ladders and the broken table as the crowd chants in unison, “HOLY SH*T!, HOLY SH*T
Matt Steel: The crowd on a bit of a delayed reaction here, but my god. I’ve never seen anything like this before in my life.
Raider slowly gets up and calls for a chair. Raider uses the chair to prop himself up. Raider lifts Hutton back to his feet, and nails him with the chair. Both men fall back to the mat. The referee is clearing the destruction of the broken table from the ring. Phillip Schneider is now back up to his feet. Schneider stands Raider up and power bombs him right next to Hutton Brown. Schneider grabs the chair and pitches it down across the chest of Hutton Brown. Schneider yells for another chair, which is handed to him by Percy.
Matt Steel: Where the hell do all these chairs keep coming from??
Matthew Werner: At this point, I think they’re using the same chairs that have gone flying. Luckily, they’ve all landed at ringside and not gone flying into the crowd.. We really don’t need the lawsuits.
Schneider lays the second chair down across Raider’s chest and head. Schneider goes to the corner and scales the top rope. Schneider comes flying off the top rope with an attempted Frog Splash, but both men move out of the way and Schneider crashes and burns on nothing but two steel chairs.
Matt Steel: Two targets. Two misses. That was horrible.
Matthew Werner: This sort of match is the type of match that permanently shortens wrestler’s careers.
Raider and Hutton are back up, with their two chairs. Schneider gets up to his knees and gets drilled with the two chairs, one from each side. Schneider’s head is sandwiched between the two metal seating devices. Raider then turns on Brown, drilling him over the head with his chair. Raider grabs Hutton by the left arm and whips him into the ropes. Hutton Brown comes back and slides right between Raider’s legs, Raider left a bit confused with the steel chair in hands. Raider bends over and Hutton grabs his arm. Hutton pulls Raider’s arm between Raider’s legs. He then lifts Raider up onto his shoulders and hits an Electric Chair slam, onto the steel chair.
Matt Steel: Most times, Electric Chairs don’t have actual chairs involved.
Matthew Werner: You know what I’m regretting? The spike in company insurance costs, as these three men are heading straight for the ER.
Phillip Schneider has rolled out of the ring and is walking around ringside. Schneider climbs up onto the ring apron, where he is met with a super kick from Hutton. Schneider holds onto the top rope. Hutton suplexes Schneider into the ring, but then rolls out himself. On his knees, Raider lodges a chair between the top and middle rope in the turnbuckle. Raider lifts Schneider up to a vertical base, and starts an Irish whip, but Schneider reverses it and Raider goes flying face first into the steel chair in the corner. Warn out, Schneider just collapses to the mat. Both men lay motionless on the mat, Raider wearing a thick crimson mask from his face first collision with the steel chair. Meanwhile, up the ramp, Hutton is stacking up tables. Two tables are stacked a top each other. Hutton then puts two open chairs atop the top table. He grabs a wooden ladder that is sitting near by, and places it atop the two chairs.
Matthew Werner: I don’t like the looks of this!
Matt Steel: Hutton Brown is planning something big and dangerous here!
Schneider gets Raider with a fireman’s carry, and he carries him up the ramp towards Hutton’s table tower. Schneider places Raider on the bottom table. Hutton throws a punch at Schneider. Schneider with a spinning back fist attempt, but it‘s ducked by Hutton. Hutton with a rear waist lock. Hutton is trying to back suplex Schneider on the floor. Schneider throws an elbow to the face of Hutton, escaping free. Schneider backs up a bit, then runs forwards, clothes lining Hutton up and over the ringside rail and into the crowd.
Matthew Werner: See, this.. This is the lawsuit causing shenanigans that I was expecting.
The two brawl through the crowd, then up the stairs in the crowd towards the steel scaffolding at the entrance way. Schneider grabs Hutton by the face and rams him into the steel scaffolding. Hutton starts a climb up the scaffolding. Schneider is immediately behind him
Matthew Werner: I really don’t like the looks of this..
Matt Steel: Something bad is going to happen here..
The two are now a top the scaffolding, well over twenty feet in the air. They’re standing on top of the stage. Schneider begins to pound away at Hutton’s back. Schneider sets up for a Beverly Kills 90210, but Hutton slides through and sets up for a Death Valley Driver. Schneider slides through, and comes running at Hutton. With a gingerly toss, Schneider is flying off the scaffolding. Schneider hits the wooden ladder on top, and it blows to pieces. Raider rolls off the bottom table second before Schneider goes sailing through it. Bits of ladder and table lay all over the place, as the crowd chants in unison, “HOLY SH*T HOLY SH*T
Matthew Werner: OH MY GOD!
Matt Steel: WITH GOD AS MY WITNESS, PHILLIP SCHNEIDER IS DEAD!
Schneider lays motionless. A bit of table lays across his chest, wreckage literally all around him. The camera focuses in on his eyes, which are glazed over and rolled into the back of his head. Hutton Brown slowly begins to make his way down the scaffold.
Matt Steel: Hutton Brown sees one hell of an opportunity now, anybody could pin Phillip Schneider right now, hell, even you could pin him Werner, and you couldn’t even pin a two year old!
Raider stands alone in the ring. He clears out one of the ladders, then the remains of a table. Hutton down the scaffolding and back towards the ring slowly. Hutton climbs through the ropes. Raider throws a chair into his face. Hutton stumbles dizzy through the ropes. Raider grabs him in an inverted death valley driver position. He walks him into the middle of the ring, then throws him, dropping him across his knees on the way down.
Matthew Werner: Rock-n-Rolla!
Raider makes a cover. Referee David Lee says it’s no good, and points to Schneider, who is just beginning to stir. Raider goes to the outside. He grabs the ringside rail that was propped against the ring post earlier and carries it around ringside. He bridges it between the standing ringside rails and the ring apron. Raider rolls into the ring, grabbing the ladder and throwing it down on the slowly recovering Hutton, before rolling back to the outside.
Matt Steel: Raider constructing something here..
Matthew Werner: I think he figures, he can’t beat Hutton, so take this time to get creative.
Raider under the ring. He pulls out two small pieces of plywood. He lays them across the rail, creating two small platforms. These platforms are used as bases for two chairs. Schneider is to the ring, but doesn’t have the power to actually crawl into the ring. Raider slides back in. He lifts Hutton to a vertical base, and delivers a second Rock-n-Rolla.
Matt Steel: Raider is really handing Schneider the pin fall on a silver platter here.
Matthew Werner: After that big bump on the entrance ramp, what does Schneider have in him?
Schneider is fiddling with his coat in the corner, still on the arena floor. Raider lifts Hutton up, then drives him into the canvas with a Raider Rocker. Schneider is now coherent on the floor. He looks at Raider’s construction and shakes his head no. Percy is listening to his call. Percy lifts the ring skirt and pulls something cardboard out. He makes quick work of the cardboard and pulls out the contents.. A pane of glass..
Matthew Werner: For the love of god, is THAT really needed at this point in the match??
Matt Steel: Are you going to tell him it’s not?
Percy makes his way around ringside, then sets the pane of glass on the two chairs. The ringside fans scoot back several feet, most opting to stand up and simply walk away from this creation of devastation. Raider looks on in horror. Schneider has climbed into the ring. Schneider pulls a small bag from his jacket, then walks across the ring, favoring his hip greatly. From the inside of the ring, standing level with this tower of death, Schneider pulls open the contents of his bag, throwing thumbtacks across the pane of glass
Matthew Werner: Yes, that’s EXACTLY what makes this better. God damn thumbtacks…
Schneider climbs to the top rope. He points to Hutton. Raider shakes his head no, raises his hands as if to say “not my job, I’m staying out.”. Percy sees what needs to happen, rolling into the ring and putting the tennis shoes to Hutton, then pulling him up. Hutton is out on his feet. Schneider has a huge smile on his crimson covered face as his assistant drags the corpse of his rival across the ring. Percy picks Hutton up under the armpits like a child, setting him on the top rope.
Matt Steel: They are standing over this monstrosity and I really don’t like what I am pretty sure is about to happen..
Matthew Werner: Death..
Matt Steel: Well, he promised to cripple Hutton..
Schneider wipes the blood and hair from his face. He grabs Hutton by both ears, smearing his own blood on Hutton’s face. Schneider kisses Hutton on the lips.
Matt Steel: Now what the f**k is that?
Matthew Werner: Haven’t you seen The Godfather movies? That’s the kiss of death..
Schneider has a huge grin on his bloody face. He slides behind Hutton, locking him in an inverted full nelson and lifting him up on his back. Hutton is dead weight as Schneider pulls him as high up as he can. He stands up on the top as he takes Hutton up and over, driving Hutton head first, upside down into the tacks, glass, and finally the rail.
Matthew Werner: SWEET JEBUS!
Matt Steel: MY GOD! BEVERLY KILLS 90210, ONTO ALL OF THAT!
A huge explosion of glass and tacks shoots both ways, half flying into the crowd, half flying into the ring and showering a less than thrilled Raider. As the carnage settles, Schneider is left sitting in the wreckage. In his arms, still upside down, still planted in the Beverly Kills 90210 landing position, is Hutton Brown. The guard rail didn’t budge at all under the two men’s crashing weight.
Matt Steel: Well, at least we know our guard rails are secure..
Matthew Werner: This is not the time, at all, for jokes Matt.. Hutton Brown is seriously hurt here. There’s no way he’s not. He was out on his feet before all of that. He wasn’t protecting himself at all.. And let’s forget the glass and tacks.. He just came down head first on a galvanized steel guard rail, that didn’t budge at all..
Schneider has soaked in enough of his moment. He rolls Hutton off of him, under the bottom rope, and back into the ring. The referee tries to check on Hutton and Schneider shoves him to his ass.
Matt Steel: No DQ..
Matthew Werner: He’s trying to check on Hutton’s safety to stop the damn match, you cold hearted bastard!
Schneider grabs the left arm and left leg of Hutton and pulls him to the middle of the ring. There, he puts one finger on Hutton’s chest. Reluctantly, the referee makes the count,
... 1 ...
... 2 ...
... 3 ...
Keri Thames: Hutton Brown has been eliminated from this match.
Matt Steel: Hutton Brown has been eliminated from life.

Schneider gets to his hands and knees, a huge smile as he sits over the motionless Hutton. Hutton has smearings of Schneider’s blood all over him, as well as a considerable laceration at the top of his head. Schneider rubs his own open wound a bit, getting a handful of color, then slapping Hutton across the chest, smearing the blood down him. But Schneider’s not done. He moves to Hutton’s arm. Schneider grabs Hutton’s elbow pad. He starts to wiggle at it, as elbow pads take a bit of work to get off. The referee is pleading with Schneider to stop, which results in the ref getting pushed down again. Schneider gets Hutton’s elbow pad off, his huge smile somehow growing. He leans Hutton up a little bit and rubs the elbow pad across the lacerated top of Hutton’s head.Matthew Werner: Hutton’s got those custom made elbow pads.. And it looks like Schneider’s taking one for a trophy.. Matt Steel: I guess when he says he’s going to cripple someone.. Matthew Werner: Don’t even joke about that.. Schneider throws the elbow pad to Percy, who tucks it away for safe keeping. The crowd is booing Schneider as EMTs FINALLY make it to the ring to assist Hutton. Schneider flips the crowd off, going in a nice circle to ensure he flips all of them off. Raider has taken a leaning perch in the corner as all of this happens, simply observing as Schneider has perhaps ended Hutton Brown.Matthew Werner: You know, coming into this match, Phillip Schneider had a real shades of grey to him. He’s evil, we knew that, for what he had done to Hutton in the past.. But there’s no one more evil than Michael Kyzer, and Schneider was combating him.. Matt Steel: And where is Kyzer? Matthew Werner: That Cheshire cat grinning in the middle of the ring is the first man I’d look to for “who killed this mouse” Matt, that’s who I’d be looking at to find out where Kyzer is, why he didn’t make it.. There’s no doubt in mine, or anyone else’s mind.. That man is evil.. Hutton Brown is taken out of the ring by EMTs. Raider approaches him in the center of the ring, questioning why exactly he did what he did. Schneider responds with a jab to the eyes.Matt Steel: And here we go. Matthew Werner: Final fall under way here. We’re officially saying that Raider’s defeated Michael Kyzer via no show, and now.. Phillip Schneider has retained the WFWF Heavyweight championship against Hutton Brown. We’re in the finale of this match, Raider challenging Schneider for the championship. Side headlock takedown from Schneider and he drops Raider into the shattered glass and a few thumbtacks that flew into the ring. Raider squeals out in pain as he lays in the debris, Schneider grinding on him with the side headlock. Raider is able to get his legs up, wrapping Schneider in a scissors lock. Schneider gets his feet underneath him, getting all the way up and out of the hold. Both men back to a vertical base.Matthew Werner: No matter what these two men do in this match, they’re dealing with danger. Most of the glass that was set up on the outside flew into the ring. There’s glass. There’s thumbtacks. There’s bits of broken table.. It’s not a safe place to land. Raider’s back is already opened up from the exchange in the glass. Schneider is covered all over with his own blood as well as Hutton’s. Collar and elbow tie up in the center of the ring. Raider over powers Schneider and throws him backwards. Schneider rolls through the glass and gets back to his feet. Schneider runs across the ring going for the Legitimate Japanese Business Man Kick, Raider rolls to avoid it. Before Schneider comes to a complete stop, he catches a chair thrown into him by Percy. Schneider turns around. Raider to his feet and Schneider throws the chair, wrapping it around Raider’s face.Matt Steel: That’s the advantage of the champion having Percy Jackson out there. He’s got someone who can supply him weapons. He’s got an extra hand.. Schneider grabs Raider by both of his feet. And he drags Raider. He’s dragging Raider across all of the broken glass, all of the tacks, all of the screws. Raider is kicking and screaming as he’s dragged across the shrapnel, trying to get away in whatever way he can. Schneider goes from the double ankle lock to putting his leg between Raider’s, twisting and turning him over.Matthew Werner: Sharpshooter! When was the last time you seen Phillip Schneider lock in a Sharpshooter? Matt Steel: I think this move is sheerly a victim of circumstance. Look at how torn up Raider’s back is.. He looks like a car crash victim and now he’s laying face down in the glass as well. Schneider screams out “SUBMIT!”, demanding a submission victory from Raider. Raider works his way up, pushing Schneider’s sharpshooter off. Both men back to a vertical base. Schneider rushes at Raider. Raider with a boot to the gut, then a hook and a Raider Rocker, right into the broken glass!Matthew Werner: Raider Rocker! And he planted him in the glass! Matt Steel: But Raider’s winded. That was all instinct and he’s got nothing to follow up. Both men on the canvas, leaving bloody patches where ever they lay. Raider is trying to regain his breath. Schneider starts a slow crawl to the corner. Raider sees Schneider moving and crawls behind him. Both men are tearing their bodies apart crawling through the broken glass. Schneider is fiddling with his sweatshirt in the corner. Raider stands up, standing over Schneider. Schneider flips to his back, sits up, and stabs Raider in the stomach with a needle!Matt Steel: Oh for the love of God, he’s got the god damn needles again! Matthew Werner: I think he brought those out here with the plans to use them on Kyzer again, but Kyzer’s not here.. So Raider is his fill in junkie.. Schneider’s got another needle in hand. Raider sits up to his butt and pulls the needle out of his stomach, the crowd ooohing in disgust. Schneider grabs Raider by the head. He’s trying to jab Raider in the face with it. Raider with a savate kick up into the face of Schneider. Schneider fumbles the needle. Raider grabs Schneider and Russian leg sweeps him. Now Raider has the needle..Matt Steel: Live by the needle, die by the needle.. Matthew Werner:Get the f**king needles out of the ring, god damn it! Raider clinches Schneider in a rear chin lock with one arm. The other arm has the needle in hand. He’s inching it closer. Schneider is trying to fight it off. Raider’s not going for the top of the head, but rather the neck area? The needle inches closer and it goes in Schneider’s mouth. The needle pierces into the inside of Schneider’s cheek.. Then comes out the other side! The crowd screams and hollers in disgust and horror. Raider pushes the plunger on the needle and a stream of liquid flies out, the needle puncturing all the way through Schneider’s cheek.Matt Steel: I’m.. *brrrrrrrrrrrah* Matthew Werner: My broadcast colleague just vomited all over the floor at our announce table, a feeling I’m sure many of you at home are feeling.. I get that this is for the WFWF World Heavyweight championship, but they are crossing MANY lines here that don’t need to be crossed. Schneider is crawling across the ring. The needle is hanging from his cheek. Percy Jackson climbs to the ring apron. Raider turns his attention to Schneider’s portly assistant, giving him a hard right hand. Percy stumbles off the apron. But Percy’s done his job. Schneider has had time to remove the needle from his mouth, as well as grab something else. He’s drinking from a bottle.Matt Steel: Have to assume he’s sterilizing his wound, from whatever the hell he had on those needles.. Raider turns his attention back to Schneider. Schneider flicks a lighter in front of his face, then blows whatever he was drinking. The result is a massive fireball blown into Raider’s face.Matthew Werner: FIRE! FIRE!! Matt Steel: Stop the god damn match! Raider drops to the mat, trying to make sure his face isn’t on fire. A woozily Percy throws Schneider in a bottle of water, which he uses to wash out his own mouth. Schneider with a cover on Raider.... 1 ... ... 2 ... Matt Steel: Fire to the face is two. FIRE.. TO… THE… FACE… IS… TWO! I can’t say anything more emphatic to express my feelings here.. Percy throws something in to Schneider, a tied up grocery bag. Schneider unties it and dumps the contents on the mat. It’s small, prickly pin pads.Matthew Werner: I’ve done my research.. I know what those are.. Those are kenzans.. Those are NOT something to be messed with.. In Japan, they’re used for floral arrangements, but due to their danger, they’re banned in the United States.. Those are basically brass pads covered in four inch nails.. Matt Steel: Of course they are.. OF COURSE THEY ARE.. Matthew Werner: Think super thumbtack, with about 50 barbs.. Schneider pushes his kenzans around a bit. Raider is slow to his feet. Schneider hooks Raider in an inverted full nelson. He’s going for the Beverly Kills 90210 on the kenzans. Raider wiggles out. Raider with a three fourth’s chancery on Schneider, then a lift. Raider drops Schneider with an inverted brain buster, on the kenzans!Matthew Werner: This used to resemble a pro wrestling match, it really did.. Now it’s just a human demolition derby.. Schneider sits up. He’s out on his feet. Raider grabs two kenzans. He lays them spikes down on Schneider’s scalp. Raider grabs a chair. He folds it up and smashes Schneider over the head with it.. AND THE KENZANS STICK DEEP INTO SCHNEIDER’S SKULL!Matt Steel: My GOD! No more! Seriously, no more!! Matthew Werner: The creators of the Saw movies are watching this match for ideas.. Schneider is cringing and grimacing in pain, the kenzans stuck deep into the top of his head. He’s walking around gingerly, not even trying to get them free. Raider grabs Schneider in a rear waist lock, lifting him up and driving him into the mat with a German suplex with a bridge. Referee down for a count.... 1 ... ... 2 ... Matt Steel: Kick out! Bridging German Suplex gets two. Matthew Werner: Bridging German suplex on broken glass, thumbtacks, kenzans.. The needles are still in there somewhere.. Matt Steel: PLEASE don’t remind me.. Raider bangs the mat. He’s saying it’s three. The referee says it was only two. Raider grabs Schneider by the legs and quickly locks in his version of the Texas Cloverleaf in the center of the ring.Matthew Werner: Lion’s Roar! We may have a new WFWF Heavyweight Champion right here! Schneider is crawling across the ring, dragging himself through all of the carnage. He’s not going towards the ropes, because the ropes wouldn’t do a lot of good anyways. He’s just crawling. Percy Jackson realizes his man is in jeopardy. He climbs into the ring and grabs a steel chair. Raider sees him coming, but he’s got the Texas Cloverleaf locked in. And he’s got literally no defense as Percy wraps the chair around Raider’s head.Matthew Werner: Get that goof out of there! What the hell does he think he’s doing? Matt Steel: Saving Schneider’s title is what he’s doing and remember, it’s no DQ. Percy being in there is as legal as a headlock. Percy is celebrating his move, even going to the second rope to pose. Unfortunately, he didn’t hit Raider nearly as hard as he thought he did, because Raider is quick to recover, giving Percy a Raider Rocker onto kenzans.Matt Steel: And that’ll be the end of Percy for tonight.. Matthew Werner: Hopefully this match can stay a one on one match now! Raider goes back to Schneider. Schneider leans up and grabs Raider with a small package. Schneider’s got the tights hooked. Referee David Lee down for the count.... 1 ... ... 2 ... Matthew Werner: Only two! And Schneider can't believe it! Matt Steel: Listen to these fans come alive for the challenger! The crowd has started a “Raider! Raider!” chant to try to cheer him along. Both men are out on the mat. The crowd’s chanting comes to an abrupt end, going to boos instead. It’s Michael Kyzer finally making his entrance.. He makes his way down the entrance ramp in street gear, not even dressed to wrestle.Matt Steel: About time he shows up.. Matthew Werner: He’s not involved in this match anymore! Matt Steel: Why not? He hasn’t been eliminated! Matthew Werner: He was eliminated by forfeit, when Hutton was eliminated and he hadn’t made an appearance. That’s pretty good that he shows his face now after coming out earlier when Brennan won the Chamber. The f*ck’s he up to? Kyzer slides into the ring. The referee tries to tell him he’s not involved in the match any more. Kyzer shoves the referee to the mat. He sets up the chair that Percy most recently used, opening it up and setting it on the mat. Kyzer drags Raider up to a vertical base. Kyzer throws Raider over his shoulder, then drops him with an Inverted Death Valley Driver, onto and through the steel chair.Matthew Werner: Kyzer Effect! Kyzer Effect and he’s broken that steel chair with the body of Raider! Schneider slowly crawling across the ring. Kyzer climbs out of the ring, mouthing “you owe me” to Schneider as he makes his way out of the ring. Schneider lays an arm across Raider’s chest. Referee slowly on the count.Matthew Werner: Not this way! ... 1 ... Matthew Werner: No! ... 2 ... Matthew Werner: NO! NOT THIS WAY! ... 3 ... The bell sounds. Schneider sits up on the canvas, blood all over his body. Keri Thames makes the announcement official.Keri Thames: Your winner of this match, and STILL the WFWF World Heavyweight Champion, “The Prophet of Ash” Phillip Schneider! Percy has made his way into the ring, limping greatly as he brings the championship belt into the ring.Matthew Werner: Look at the carnage. Broken glass, broken chairs, kenzans, broken tables, ladders.. And Phillip Schneider sits in the middle of it all.. With OUR World Heavyweight title belt.. Matt Steel: And he’s smiling. Look at him, he’s smiling. He’s got a damn kenzan stuck in the top of his head and he’s smiling! Schneider sits with his championship belt, a huge smile on his blood soaked face. Raider isn’t moving in the wreckage of the steel chair.Matthew Werner: Phillip Schneider proved at It’s Super Effective he’d do anything to win the championship. Tonight.. He proved he’d do anything it takes to retain it.. What WILL it take to get that belt off of Phillip Schneider? For all of our broadcast colleges, for Matt Steel.. I am Matthew Werner.. We’ll see you next week.. Matt Steel: No…no we won’t. We were fired, remember? Matthew Werner: Oh…oh yeah… Matt Steel: The camera fades to black as Schneider sits in the ring, clutching the championship belt and laughing.

So...these were long. As always, many thanks to Kyzer, Schneider, Drakz, Raider, Mak, Nitta, Trace, Slanted, Yukio and Brennan for your help in these results. I hope I didn't miss or forget anything. I don't think that I did, as I checked all of my PMs, but I'm just hoping everything turned out alright. Because not everyone knew what was going on with everyone's matches and storylines, I had to do a little bit of tweaking to a few lines of commentary, and in points it seems rushed, but I did the best that I could, putting these together in under a day so that we could move on so y'all didn't have to wait around any longer. So if I missed or forgot something, PM me and remind me...normally I'd say chew me out...but understandably I think I deserve the benifit of the doubt for this one show since I wasn't supposed to have anything to do with this show, as this was supposed to be Ace's, and I got them done in under a day so you all could sort of move on and everything and such. So yeah. Haha.

I dug these. I am stoked E is back, I am stoked that Brennan won SOTF and all the stuff that we got coming up soon.
I want to say that Schneider wrote a gnarly match especially after I had him alternate the original idea to fit with something I wanted to do. Good stuff bro, I don't normally get a hard on for ya but ya gave me wood.
Good stuff all the way around. I will definitely be hitting you up Horror in the next day or two to work some stuff up.

Jesus, that was incredible. I love how it seemed to get more brutal as the night progressed.
Never before have I seen so many instances of the Texas Cloverleaf be used throughout the night, there were like 3-4 and 2 of them finished matches. That's why it's my favorite submission.

a few spots in the main event commentary got kind of wonky. repeated lines a couple of times. I'm not sure if I did it, or if it happened in post production coding.. So.. I feel the need to add some audio/visual assistance for the main event.. Schneider's entrance music for the night. It's a variant of his usual music with an interlude. His "big match" music. Hopefully I can stick with this song long enough that I make it to another big match with it. I have a tendency to change my music rather frequently. These are kenzans. They are real sons of a bitches.. and this is roughly what happened to Schneider, with the kenzans.

Gutted I lost. Had to happen some time though I guess. You know, I only skimmed most of the results, and knew all the SOTF matches before hand.. I went looking for your match, to see which of the challengers won. Which officially makes me an idiot, since Drake no-showed.

So you assumed I had lost from the get go? no, I was checking who beat you, when you said you lost. I hadn't really looked at your match at all prior
