Don't send the letters. Atleast you are getting rejection letters. I always get the person that says "I will call you back" and they never do. I was rejected from what i consider a dream job because of my size. I'm no expert, but isn't that discrimination? It is illegal for a company to turn somebody down based on age, race, gender, sexual orientation, and religion, and I'm pretty sure size would be illegal too.

Also, you would have to prove it in a court of law, and no company is dumb enough to keep a paper trail of why they didn't hire you due to you being overweight. Plus, it depends on the state, as each state has different laws.
