Here is the following message from RingsideC2:
We totally agree with your post and would love to find ways to make shipping cheaper. Unfortunately the only option seems to be shipping them loose, but then we would have to pay someone to sit and open packages of figures all day. LMK if you have any suggestions for cheaper shipping to Canada!
I think this I awesome how Ringside is doing this for us! WHEN REPLYING WITH SUGGESTIONS PLEASE DON'T PUT THE FOLLOWING: Shipping loose figure Or Ship without tracking Ringside cannot do these things! This is what RingsideC2 told me and I thought I'd share it with you guys to see what we can come up with! This is a great opportunity for us to get cheaper shipping!
Thanks!

AWESOME! Great job jeffhardyisthebest! and Thank you Ringside for letting us try to find ways to get shipping cheaper.
Heres my little idea;
Use Regular Standard US Post/Canada Post instead of using Couriers.
That means use regular post office instead of things like Puralator, as Couriers cost more, but regular standard post is more affordable.
I am speaking out of Toronto and having New York very close by, I think it is unneccesary for the shipping to be so high, so that is why I am posting this.
Thank you for listening! WMWanimations

I suggested they simply have First Class International as an option, WWEshop does, i don't see why they wouldn't. They messaged me too.

Yes, shipping to Canada needs to be fixed, why buy a figure if I'm spending more on sipping than the figure? You can't tell me that a package in a box is costing me 35 dollars to put on a plane or boat or whatever and bring here. Serious serious issue.

This was from last year, so I don't even think they care anymore Like LK suggested why can't they do the WWEShop shipping? Its cheaper than here and you get tracking number as well. I hope they change the shipping really soon! I got a ton of things I want to pre order especially stuff from SDCC, but I think I'm going to hold back and wait a while and see if they show up here

Really need to sort out international shipping, to Australia in particular, seeing as Ringside is the only option for us to get figures...

You have to remember, WWE Shop does much more business than RSC does. Last time I ordered from WWE Shop, it looked like it come from within Canada, and this could be one of many things, such as: a small warehouse in Canada, a dedicated broker/dealer to ship items within canada from when it arrives in a larger shipment (broken down and shipped locally).
RSC would probably love to lower shipping to get more business, the fact is, the companies they use (and lets face it, all postal services) have jumped dramatically in the past year - thus the reason in steep shipping charges.

You've been here since 2010 and don't know any better than to NOT bump old threads? Especially ones almost a year old. Did you even read the TOS before creating an account?

Someone gave me a link here, seriously, if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all, thanks for your concern. Someone linked you to a thread over a year old? I'm not saying you're lying, nor am I saying anything "not nice". Just wanna make that clear. Only confused as to why the year old thread was bumped. Just for future reference, don't take advice from new members and check the date of the last post of the thread. Just a friendly reminder. The thread topic is old, was discussed and if I remember well... RSC already have a response. Hence the reason the discussion ended.
