Does anyone else think some of the short packing is a little overboard? I mean is Mattel trying to make it close to impossible for some people to find who they're looking for? Lol No not really. Elite diva's and mid/low carders should be a 1 per 2 case figure. Other than the collectors most people don't want them. The top guys should be 2 per case as they are the face of the company and the ones everybody will want to get. (and there's new kids/fans/collectors everyday who are getting their first Cena/Rey/Orton) If not for the scalpers the divas and Slater's of the world would be very easy to find.

I guess I can kinda see that logic. But still 1 every 2 cases is just too drastic. I think this kind of casing will make the Elite 19 Elizabeth too darn hard to find.

This sounds crazy but check Macy's. I found a small TRU section in Macy's and found my mankind.

This is the trouble with justifying fig hunting sometimes. With the way they stock around me (I live in NJ), alot of the time you can save more money and ALOT more time just ordering the figure you want online.
As a rule for myself, I never go out of my way to fig hunt. If I'm next to a TRU or at Walmart buying groceries I will stop by the figure isle, but I no longer make separate trips just to look for figures. I'm a cherry picker and only buy about a dozen figures a year so most of the time I just wait til the figure pops up at retail. With the rare exception, I'll pre-order as I did wioth E19 HBK. I want it early and I don't wanna drive around like a maniac for two months looking for it.

However, overpacking the faces of the company on a "Collector" series doesn't help us out so much. If a kids tells his parents he wants a Sheamus figure for Christmas thet'll more than likely buy him a Basic or Flex Force. Overpacking "popular" figures in the Elite line is a terrible idea. Parent's won't buy them due to pricing, and collectors won't buy them cause they suck. The over packed guys in Elite sets will rot on the pegs. Again, this is a Mattel thing. Their other lines are the same in terms of how hard they are to find.
