That's two big scares in three weeks, believe. WWE's main event guys are holding it together by the skin of their teeth, and thank god none of them are getting seriously hurt.

Hopefully he can rehab by Rumble.. I just had knee surgery and my timeline went from 1 month to 4 months within 45 minutes due to repair vs. the removal.
It depends on how bad it actually was. If he's out for Rumble it really does make you wonder what that means for The Rock.. I'm willing to bet The Rock won't come back at the Rumble if he can't face Punk.

Awesome thanks for that update Chip. I really don't think he will miss any time because of this so it looks like the TLC match is still on. I found it funny how many of you Punk marks blamed Ryback for his injury though. You were just scared that was going to be who the title went to!

i remember seeing him during his match with kane last week, he kept trying to loosen his knee up, it looked to be giving him some trouble.

Here's to a speedy recovery. Last week he was teasing an injury on Twitter. This may have been something that was bugging him for a while.

Is it really just a knee scope? If so, not a big deal. Still sucks, though, and I hope they don't do something lame where he has to forfeit his title to Ryback. It sounds like he'll be ready by the Rumble to face The Rock, though, which is good.
The most obvious quick fix is just to do Ryback and Team Hell No vs. The Shield at TLC for the main event. They could do something where they hang the tag titles and a future title shot above the ring and whichever team wins the TLC match takes all.
BTW, I noticed yesterday, which I thought was odd at the time, that Punk fell to his knees when Ryback had him setup for a power bomb through the table, almost like his knee gave out on him or something. I didn't think much of it, but I guess I should have.

Arthroscopic knee surgery can heal quite quickly, so my guess is that he'll be good to go for TLC. Of course, not every surgery is the same and not everyone heals at the same rate, but nearly two weeks of rest will probably be enough.
Punk had his knee wrapped a couple weeks ago and has been favoring, so I'm guessing it has been giving him problems for a while and he consulted with the WWE about when to have the surgery. Provided all goes well, expect to see him vs. Ryback at TLC.

Ha. Not long ago people were hating on the guy: kurtfreakingangle. Now everyone loves him lol. He reminds me of a kid in my neighbourhood who's about 6 and always is hyped up and gets all the WWE Kids magazine lol.
I am probably the biggest CM Punk mark on here (Along with Chip) and I really hope he's gonna be OK. I'm worried.

I'd say there is pretty much no chance he goes at TLC. Even if he was able to recover just in time they would be fools to risk the RR match with The Rock

TLC is questionable. Rumble is likely. He will remain champion.

Damn. This really sucks if true. I was starting to enjoy Punk vs Ryback, and this had to happen... I really hope he has a speedy recovery and doesn't have to drop the belt. I feel bad for the main event guys, they've been working there ass of as of late..

Better keep him out of TLC. Better safe than sorry with your champion...
