I would take it back. The guy didn't even sell you the correct figure.

When you get a voucher do you have to send in your old fig? Nope you just have to give them some information (number) from the package & figure. |

Unless you have the blue briefcase and the belt, I would say this figure is worthless.

too bad this packaging isnt still sold in stores.
i bought a basic 23 kane a few days ago from target and didnt notice until after i threw away the packaging & receipt his foot was broke,
so i bought a new one from walmart, put the old one in there, taped the packaging back and took it to walmart [had a receipt too] & told them i got home opened it & it was broke, they took it back & gave me my cash back.
so now i have a good kane
stupid walmart people put it back on the peg though after i told them it was broken, i hope nobody buys it

Also, unless you removed the elbow pads, and if he didn't come with the WHC and briefcase, you definitely fell for a swap. Possibly someone bought an E10 Kane and put their broken E4 Kane in the box this. |

Or just not taped it up, if something breaks I just take it back loose w/ the package and have no problems getting a refund
