just to present a slammy 10 seconds of air time lol 10 seconds? Your concept of time is vastly different than mine. He presented a Slammy, got beat up by Punk, put Heyman in a figure four, got beat up again by the Shield, and did a back stage segment with Hell No. ok obviously you dont get boerd as easy as I do I watched him present the slammy then decided to watch mike and molly with my girlfriend since she wanted to. by the way thats way funnier and more entertaining than raw was and is to me anyways. Also had to watch some MNF and damn the jets suck as usual berely beating the sorry titans I hope not I would like to buy one. I don't want the only option to be pay $40-$50 for it. I hope if mattel does make one it is in pink trunks

It looked like just a one off appearance. Mattel can't work on him unless WWE signs him to a deal.
So I'm not getting my hopes up until he shows up on a weekly basis.......or I read that WWE signed him.
They wouldn't sign him because of the TNA lawsuit. Which I haven't heard anything about that in awhile.

On top of that Jakks said he couldnt be made into a figure (while in TNA) because his rights were under contract elsewhere. Mattel has said they couldnt make him because he was in TNA. Even if it was just a one night thing, He's not longer under contract to TNA so he's green lighted to be made.

Man, I'll take one of everything that the OP said and add the suggested Miz and Tommy Dreamer!

I want a Flair as bad as everyone else. I just don't want to get my bubble bursted....so I'm holding off till we know. I just googled "Flair contract" and I saw something that said he still can't sign w/ WWE because of the on-going legal litigation w/ TNA. So WWE had to "get creative" to get Flair on tv??? whatever that means

If he wasnt under contract why wouldnt Jakks make him, why would they say "his figure rights belong to someone else"...Mattel makes much better figures then Jakks but I believe Jakks "executives" a little more then Mattel. They might not follow through with everything but at least they dont keep us in the dark, ya know? Either way I just want the figure made. If the lawsuit was still on going or any sort of problem he wouldnt have been on TV tonight IMO. I think he's clear and good to go.

It'd be a massive disappointment if Flair doesn't get a few figures from Mattel. Every single one would sell.

I knew this thread would happen... Ditto. But overall let's see: NAO: Rumored to be in the upcoming 4 flashback wave Flair: Mattel Design said they would love to work on him, so probably fast tracked like Lesnar was. Boogey/Dreamer: Not likely. Really looking forward to Flashback Flair.

Just because a WWE alumni shows up on Raw does not automatically mean we have their merchandise rights. With that being said IF and WHEN we might be able to do Flair and the NAO, or even Tommy Dreamer and Boogeyman ( he was penciled in one of the early Elite lines before he was released), of course we will.
That was one of the better Raws I have seen in a while
