Does anyone know if it's possible to send a PayPal payment to someone when you don't have an account, no debit/credit card and your only source is one of those pre-paid visa cards from convenience stores?

Well you'd need to set up an paypal account.
Then you have to enter in a payment option (bank info and/or credit card). I know it takes normal credit cards (obviously) but I doubt it would take your prepaid one. Payments can just be charged to a credit card at any time, but the same isn't true for a prepaid card.

This thread is almost 10 months old hahaha. Besides, PayPal now sells pre-paid cards you can buy at stores and load onto your account.
