So I'm on ebay still checking to see if I could get lucky and find 2 Undertaker tickets for a decent price. I see one listing with a picture of Undertaker and it says 2 Axxess tickets. It's listed at $300. I clicked on that listing right away thinking I had scored big time. Luckily I read it. This guy is selling General Admission tickets for $300 and trying to make people think they are Undertaker tickets. He's clearly hoping that someone will buy it without reading the description. I actually messaged him and told asked him how he could be charging $300 for tickets people can still easily get for $58.
Anyway, I continued my search and saw a guy with a listing that had a Wrestlemania Axxess picture. I click the listing and read the description. This idiot is selling Wrestlemania Axxess presale passwords for $10. The presale was over a week ago and the password is free anyway.
People really disgust me sometimes. How can someone knowingly take advantage of other people like that?

Your absolutely right. For some people it's just all about the money.
On a positive note, I was about to find 2 Taker tickets for just over $1,000 each. Way way more than I was hoping to spend but I figured I'm not gonna do this again for close to 10 years unless I become rich. I do find myself in a bit of a dilemma though. I already have 2 GA tickets for the Friday session. I'm gonna sell those. If anyone wants to buy them PM me. I'd rather you make an offer because while I do wanna make back some of my money I don't wanna gouge. Also, I'm torn on whether or not I wanna sell my HHH tickets. I can make a lot of my money back. But at the same time I wanna meet HHH and I found a great 8x10 of Taker and HHH face to face from last year. It would be great to have them both sign it.

Hopefully you can work something out where you can meet them both.

Over the last 10 years or so the internet has really ruined the general public's ability to attain decent tickets to just about anything at face value.

I was thinking the same thing that's insane man.crap for less then 1,000 you could have just flown to Dallas and met him. I met him twice for free, Once Behind a arena in the freezing cold I was the only one there and he stopped and once at a airport. He was very cool both time photos and autographs.

It is insane but I figured this isn't something I'm doing all the time. Most likely a once in a lifetime thing.

Over the last 10 years or so the internet has really ruined the general public's ability to attain decent tickets to just about anything at face value. That's only true to a certain extent, because in actuality, especially in the case of Axxess this year, it's the general public that has made it nearly impossible for fellow fans to obtain tickets at face value. And, of course, WWE's decision to include two VIP sessions in the travel packages. The Axxess problem people are talking about this year has absolutely nothing to do with traditional "scalpers" or "brokers". It's fans just like us looking make a quick buck. As for spending $1,000 each to meet The Undertaker, I suppose it's all about perceived value. However, I can more or less tell you that you just played into exactly what these people were trying to do - and that is keep the market at an insanely high price. $1,000 is absurd, and if everyone is pricing them at that level, (most) people aren't going to stand for it. As a result, it will force the market down. It happens with everything, be it Axxess or the Super Bowl. I'd be willing to bet if you had waited a while, you would have been able to get a pair for nearly half of what you paid, probably even less.

Especially since I thought Ticketmaster could handle selling tickets, I was one of the first people saying $1,000 was insane. However, Taker means so much to me and my childhood. He's the reason I watch wrestling. I was looking around and kept seeing Taker tickets for $3,000. So when I saw $1,000 I jumped at it. I'm still waiting for HBK though. I'm hoping prices will drop closer to the event.

I refuse to pay such crazy prices. I will hold out hope and just pray HBK does a signing somewhere down the line around here.

I've seen bait and switches like this with Lego Batman sets on Amazon. The seller says its a set but it's actually a minifigure

So I got a reply from that first loser who was selling GA tickets disguised as Taker tickets. He more or less said "Go cry to someone else. It's not my fault if you don't read the description." I wish I could figure out how to report him. Even if ebay doesn't find him guilty of doing anything he would have to go through the hassle of dealing with it.
