Thanks for everyone's kind comments and ideas for future character selection, Its great to hear what other people would like to have seen from the Galoob range. Some suggestions were quite suprising and have given me some good inspiration.
Someone asked how long they take to complete, well depending on how much work is required joining existing parts and sculpting i'd say a week to a week and half. Thats only working on them in the evenings as i'm at work in the day. Vader had a fair bit more sculpting and refining than the others, so that one took about two weeks.
I'm making two new figures at the moment, and have plenty more planned beyond that. Once completed i'll post on here, So keep a look out. Thanks again!
Hi, thanks again everyone for the positive feedback it really does make the hardwork worthwhile. Also a big nod to all the other customisers on here, I really enjoy looking at your work and being part of the community. Very inspiring seeing what others are upto!
Well, Here is my latest WCW Galoob Custom...Its one for the Puro fans Masahiro Chono! He's not entirley complete as he still needs some text decals applied to his tights, but i just wanted to share at this point anyway!
It may seem like an obscure choice to create a Chono figure, but not only have i never seen a figure of Chono in his early 90's attire but i felt that after Chono won the NWA world title in 1992, and became a prominent part of the WCW product throughout the WCW / NJPW interpromotional era. He would've deserved to have an action figure included in the Galoob range had they continued. Anyway here goes...
Just in case you're not familiar with Masahiro Chono, here's a good Vid of him against Rick rude At Halloween Havoc 1992...

Those are amazing. Especially considering I just got a lot of perfect Galoobs...except Big Josh. My faves are Jake and Vader. And I agree we need to see a Cactus Jack and I will throw out Terry Funk and Abdullah the Butcher.
