To quote Booker from his time as a commentator, who is in your Fav 5? Also for fun, who are the 5 reasons you change the channel.
To get started here are my lists with explanations:
My current top five is:
1. Daniel Bryan - Everything he touches lately turns to gold. When Team Hell No was just starting I wasn't interested in Kane and was wishing he would just quietly retire. Since then I have come to love the interactions between and Daniel Bryan and I am looking forward to their inevitable match at WrestleMania. I really hope they still hold the title til then as I enjoyed the Eddie Guererro v Rey Mysterio Mania match when they were the Tag Champs
2. C.M. Punk - Just like Daniel Bryan everything he touches is great. He really made me interested in Ryback as a character during there brief feud before he was pushed aside for the Rock.
3. Antonio Cesaro - My only complaint about Cesaro is I feel that once he drops the US title he will be fed to Cena before falling back to mid card obscurity. I am absolutely loving his run as US Champion, and his whole "No American can Beat me" Attitude. I would have loved to have seen Tyson Kidd (Canadian) be the one to beat Cesaro but due to his injury I don't see that happening. Unfortunately I think Jack Swagger will turn face and be the one to beat Cesaro (even though I love Swagger as a heel)
4. Mark Henry - His return came as a shock and I for one have been entertained by his return so far. I think he should leave the Elimination Chamber as the Number One contender as I feel he and Del Rio could have a great WrestleMania match before Dolph cashes in and moves into the main event picture
5. The Shield - Even though I missed their match at TLC (haven't seen a WWE PPV in awhile) I am not tired of them continuing to show up and gang assault the roster. They remind me of the early days of the Outsiders in WWE, and I really hope the WWE gives us a WarGames style Chamber match at the PPV, if they do that I may have to convince my friends to order the PPV.
No for the Top 5 Channel changers for me:
5. Dolph Ziggler and company - I for one would like to see Dolph Ziggler stand alone as I felt for awhile now that he hasn't needed anyone around him to get heat. I also just want him to cash in the Briefcase so he can move on from that angle
4. Vickie Guerrero - When will the "Writers" realize that we as fans don't need to see some heel as the authority figure? Plus I think that in general Vickie Guerrero as a character has run her course. She should be sent home for awhile, if not outright released. The WWE has more then honored Eddie's memory by keeping her employed
3. The Rock - Despite the possible lapsed fans he may or may not bring back by having the WWE belt on his shoulder during his upcoming busy movie junkets I don't feel that he should have been given the WWE Title. I feel it cheapens Punks reign who many people feel was only keeping the belt warm since he laid out the Rock on Raw 1000.
2. Randy Orton - Orton has run his course and due to his multiple Wellness & Attitude suspensions I don't see him every regaining a championship as he is liability and could have his contract terminated anytime due to getting his third Wellness Stick (if they actually follow that)
1. John Cena - Cena has absolutely run the course as the "Face" of the WWE. I for one will probably boycott Raw after WrestleMania after Cena takes the belt off the Rock at WrestleMania. Which due to Rock/Cena II headlining this year I really have no interest in seeing as I just know that Cena will get his "Win" back following his loss last year. Also Cena should have jobbed to Lesnar to help put him over during their match last year.
