If the Wrestlemania fairy came to me and asked me to book Mania, this is what I would do as of right now:
10.WWE Championship The Rock vs. John Cena(w)
9.The Streak Undertaker & Triple H(w) w. Vince McMahon vs. CM Punk & Brock Lesnar w. Paul Heyman
8.Divas Title Kaitlyn vs. AJ Lee(w)
7.6-Man Elimination Tag (Orton RKO's Sheamus. Ryback winds up beating 2 Shield members by himself) Ryback, Sheamus, & Orton(w) vs. The Shield
6.US Championship Cesaro vs. Christian or Mysterio(w) (Depends on their status)
5.World Heavyeight Championship (Booker makes it for Ziggler's newly won belt) Ziggler(w) vs. Jericho
4.Intercontinental Challenge (Falls Count Anywhere. 1st Pinfall or Submission is the new champion) Wade Barrett vs. Cody Rhodes vs. Damien Sandow(w) vs. Big Show vs. The Miz vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Sin Cara vs. Truth
3.Tag Team Titles (Winner gets both titles and gets to choose a new partner) Daniel Bryan(w) vs. Kane
2.Money In The Bank Cash-In Del Rio vs. Ziggler(w)
1.World Heavyeight Championship Del Rio(w) vs. Mark Henry
0.Pre-Show Battle Royal Ryder or Bo Dallas wins I guess.
If Taker can't go at all this year I would put Punk in the WWE Title match and do HHH vs. Lesnar, but my idea for Taker is to beat Lesnar & Punk this year, take a year off (maybe do some DDP Yoga!) and then come back next year to face Cena at WM XXX for his final match. Oh, and the IC Challenge is just something I made up. It would be a fun match like the Hardcore Title Matches from WM 2000 & WM X-Seven.
Anyway with Barrett/Sheamus, Henry/Khali, Miz/Show, and Truth/Sandow interacting this week I think they are leading up to a throwaway heels vs. faces tag match. This saddens me. I hated the Team Johnny vs. Team Teddy match last year.

Pre Show: Divas Battle Royal
1.) World Heavyweight Championship Jack Swagger v. Alberto Del Rio (c) **** Dolph Ziggler Cashes in After and Wins*****
2.) Daniel Bryan v. Kane
3.) Intercontinental Championship Sheamus v. Wade Barrett (c)
4.) Gauntlet Match Ryback v. THE SHIELD
5.) World Heavyweight Title Match #2 Chris Jericho v. Dolph Ziggler (c)
6.) Team Booker v. Team Big Show Orton, Miz, Kofi, Brodus & Tensai v. Big Show, Mark Henry, Cesaro, Rhodes Scholars
7.) Non Sanctioned Fight Brock Lesnar w/ Heyman v. Triple H w/Vince
8.) The Undertaker (20-0) v. C.M. Punk
9.) WWE Championship Match John Cena v. The Rock (c)
Just note, I can still see the main event being Punk/Cena/Rock and Undertaker skipping this one. But I do see Taker screwing over Punk because I vaguely remember HHH saying "As for Taker, he's not finished yet" at the Slammys.

As a ticket-holder, this is how I would "enhance" the current lineup:
WWE Title: Rock VS. Cena Turn Rock heel - it turns out, Rock was behind The Shield all along, have him do a "Hollywood Hogan" style turn and bash the fans. Send "hero Superman Cena" in to bring the WWE Title back to the fans. I could probably get on board for this... it might give Cena the fan support WWE wants him to have...
Triple H VS Brock Lesnar: Gimmick this thing up a bit - either do it in a cage, and make it ultra-MMA style violent - OR make it a street-fight, with trash cans and sledge-hammers and chairs? OR change it to the following;
Triple H w/Vince McMahon in his corner, VS. Brock Lesnar w/Paul Heyman in his corner - Special Referee "Stone Cold" Steve Austin
World Title: Alberto Del Rio VS. Mark Henry Del Rio might finally win me over if he has a WM3 moment and defeats the monster.... then maybe Ziggler cashes in?
Undertaker VS CM Punk Punk promises to end the streak no matter what.... drops a few pipe-bombs on Undertaker only coming out once a year. Undertaker repeatedly refuses the challenge... Punk/Heyman roll out all 'Taker's old WM foes each week one by one and lay them out each week (Snuka, Flair, Orton, HBK, whoever else they can find) ending with a Paul Bearer beat-down... Taker finally accepts...
Ryback VS. Sheamus VS. Big Show Ryback goes heel and primes himself for John Cena next month.... here's your 3-way match...
Kane VS. Daniel Bryan Perhaps some mandatory comedic celebrity involvement? Daniel Bryan brings back Pete Rose to assist him, Kane has somebody else backing him up? Fun, comedy match...
US Title: Antonio Cesaro VS Chris Jericho I want to hear Jericho make fun of Cesaro's hairline, call him Junior, etc. Jericho putting Cesaro over would be huge....
Cody Rhodes VS Golddust - Dusty Rhodes at ringside I'm a Golddust mark, I guess... is it too late to start this?
Intercontinental Battle Royal: Winner Gets a Shot at Barrett that night Throw all your other fellas in here (Khali, Kofi, Langston, Otunga, Sandow, Bo Dallas, Titus, The Miz, maybe Randy Orton wins it? Throw in a legend or two (Slaughter, whoever)....
Divas Title Match: I dunno, Kaitlyn VS Tamina, I guess - just keep it short...
I'll be attendance, I think I could support this lineup...

Anybody driving through Philly to get to Mania willing to pick up a poor schmuck that doesn't have a ride or anyone to go with?

So after tonight, I'm guessing the Mania card will be:
Rock vs. Cena
Punk vs. Taker
Triple H vs. Lesnar
Del Rio vs. Smokey The Bear
Ziggler vs. Jericho
Some type of Divas match
The Shield vs. Sheamus, Orton, Ryback
Some type of tag titles match
Some type of match involving Big Show, Mark Henry, Wade Barrett, Miz, Cesaro, Mysterio, etc. who don't really have anything else to do.

Here's something I've been thinking of for a while now.
I know people are vehemently against the streak ending, but I just keep thinking of this scenario and I find it incredibly intriguing.
Now that Rock/Cena is set in stone, it would appear as though Punk/Taker has to happen, unless they're going to completely screw Punk out of anything of value at Wrestlemania.
So, Rock/Cena naturally closes the show. Taker is gone after Wrestlemania. Punk still wants the title back, so it only makes sense that he gets back in the title picture.
So what if Punk beats The Undertaker? It officially becomes the biggest story of the night. Rock/Cena can have all their main event glory, Cena wins back the Championship, but guess what everyone is talking about?
Everything from here, of course, writes itself. Punk can exclaim that despite being forced out the main event, he stole the show, did the impossible, and proved he was the best in the world. I'm just imagining the heat and the storylines that could branch off from it.

The backlash the person who ends the streak will recieve would never be able to recover from it. Basically, that would be their biggest accomplishment and would use the victory as a crutch for their "heelish" ways. So while I don't mind it if it would happen, I just don't think it will.

I don't think it will happen either, but truthfully I've never really placed much value in the streak. I'm not sure why wrestling fans, as a whole, hold it so dearly if The Undertaker himself doesn't. We know Taker has requested it be ended in the past, so really, I don't understand how people can be so upset if it did it indeed happen and it was to a guy that The Undertaker wanted to lose to. There are only two guys on the roster right now that, to me, they could justify ending the streak - Punk and Cena. Cena would have to turn heel, and since that's unlikely to happen while The Undertaker is still active, that leaves Punk.

It just isn't believable that Punk could end the streak though since they've built him up as a coward who can't win without significant outside help. It would make Taker look old and washed up more than anything.
I could buy Cena, Rock, Lesnar, Trips, Batista, or Orton (back in 05) ending the streak. But that just isn't the case with Punk as of right now.

You raise a good point; the streak has hit 20-0, what if Punk actually went over? That would be huge.

I'm all for the Undertaker's streak ending, but it needs to be done by somebody more credible than Punk. If they wanted to shock us, Randy Orton would have been the perfect individual to end the streak.

The fact were only about 5 weeks out from Mania and we only have 3 matches set in stone really worries me.
Do the creative and booking teams even care? It just seems like everything outside of the four main events are gonna have no substance and essentially be thrown together.

Apparently, Metlife stadium is already sold out, and the 2 big draw match-ups (with a 3rd one starting next week most likely), WWE could really give a rat's ass about the rest of the card.
