I was a Nirvana fan back in the day. He wrote awesome songs and despite having an awful voice, the guy is a legend in the industry. Too bad he took the cowards way out.

I just listened to "Smells Like Teen Spirit" the other day for the first time. I'm glad a simple rock song like that became as popular as it did. Too bad Cobain didn't think so. R.I.P. Kurt.

Bands in Seattle reportedly hated the term "Grunge"
With that said Rock didn't die when he died.. it took a huge hit though. Layne Staleys death was much sadder.
