I listened to those 2 back to back and they're no doubt RHCP's best albums. Hard to decide but I slightly prefer Blood Sugar Sex Magik.

There's a reason this has outsold everything but Thriller and you can hear it. One of the greatest albums of all time.

I agree about the greatness of this album but I can only listen to it every so often. There's something about both Bon Scott and Brian Johnson's voice that amazes me and completely annoys me at the same time. I know it's weird. I have the same feelings about Kurt Cobain's voice too.

Love the story of the making of the album too, like when Johnson was trying to write the lyrics for Hells Bells, and basically had writers block. Then a storm hit down in the Bahamas where they were recording, giving him the inspiration to start writing, almost like Bon Scott was giving him that inspiration from beyond. It was definitely a do or die album for them, they were either going to sink or swim, and damn it if they didn't swim with that.

Yeah I get what you mean. Not with Kurt though, I could listen to Nirvana 24/7.

That album is one of my favorites of all time. Solid gold all the way through. I completely forgot about it until I overheard someone from from one of my accounts talking about it to another employee.
