I got my Mattel voucher today and I tried to take it to Kmart to get the entrance stage
The coupon wouldn't work and kept saying "must match previous sale" it doesn't expire until may 31st so idk why it won't work....
Any help is appreciated

just curious, but what did you get a voucher for?
I had one before for broken hip. Anyways the employees and manager had never seen one and couldn't figure out how they worked and it took almost a hour of me saying I'll just pay for the figures for them to figure it out. I think the stores should know how to use them.

This same thing happened to me at KMart. Stood in line for 25 Minutes, but the cashier called over a manager and they somehow figured it out. I would try it again and just simply tell them that It is a Merchandise Voucher from a Manufactiurer and it may have to be entered in manually as a discount.

According to Kmart they don't accept "those kinda coupons" That's stupid. In my entire time collecting, I got 3 vouchers. One was for E8 Bourne who's hand fell off out of the package, one was for E17 Mankind who had 2 left feet and one was for Kane who's hand broke. Target & TRU accepted them with no problems, but KMart gave me issues. |

I received a voucher for a Rey Mysterio that had 2 left feet. I used it @ a Wal-Mart to get an E19 Daniel Bryan & didn't have any issues @ all.

No it can be used on any Mattel product and if the product costs more than the voucher you just pay the difference

They have to ring up the coupon as manufacture coupon manually on the register. I've encountered at all 3 major chain stores. They just ring it up manually and do not scan the coupon.

I just went to Walmart bought 3 elites and returned them over at Kmart so I could get the stage at a discount
Sadly they only gave me $8.99 plus tax back when their sale price is 11.04 right now it makes no sense

Needs to be entered as a 'Manufacturer Discount' I believe. I had this issue the one time I got one and took it to TRU. Took them a while, but once they found the proper way to input it, there wasn't an issue.

Whenever I go to Kmart I ALWAYS do print & e-reciept for this reason alone. Kmart can look up past purchased with your remards number. Same thing for TRU too. |
