I would repackage Kofi Kingston, on the next RAW after WM. He will wrestle someone and lose then go on a rampage and trash the arena and attack Justin Roberts or someone around there, R-Truth comes to calm him down and he attacks him brutally with a steel chair. His whole new heel persona will be that he is angry at himself for listening to the fans, for doing everything to a smile on the kid's faces and that he should've came into the game with a hunger that was to win titles and not to please kids. He will go on for the first couple of heel months to feud with Truth, as it makes sense seeing as they were partners for a while. Then go on to feud with a face mid-card champ, and if all goes well and the crowd really get's into it, he could win either the MITB or even the Rumble. This should be his heel theme

Didn't we learn from Miz and Del Rio that it's a bad idea to turn a character for the sake of turning them?
Heel Kofi Kingston would not work. I promise you that.

I really want to see Yoshi-Tatsu take on a more Great-Muta like approach, I had hopes something like this would suffice when he started wearing facepaint, only to see him jobbing on Superstars...

I would repackage David Otunga as a A-list movie star. Make him extremely arrogant, have the MNM style entrance with paparazzi and the red carpet. He should come down to the ring and claim his opponent doesn't have the prestige to face him. He has the look, in my opinion he has charisma, he's just not able to express it.

I'd re-package the entire mid-card. Having guys actually WANT to get the IC & US titles.
Barrett & Cesaro keep the belts.
Faces- Miz, Christian, Sin Cara, Cody Rhodes, Santino, Ryder
Heels- Sandow, Otunga, Tatsu, Bryan, Big E.
feuds would revolve around those guys, and depending on who held the belt. Christian could feud with Bryan, Otunga with Miz, Ryder and Sandow, etc.
Also want to re-ignite the Tag division, with tournaments, exciting themed matches (tornado tags, tag chair, etc.) and make Tag Team wrestling something people will PAY to see:
Heel Teams:
PTP (same gimmick, but actually credible the dominant heel team they should be.)
DiBiase/Hennig (Fortunate Sons, they dont have to be M$M & Perfect, but play it up like they are better than us all)
3MB (at one point, they win the tag titles and do the "any of the 3 can defend" rule)
Alex Riley/Curt Hawkins (The Jock and his lackey. Riley always had a good heel vibe, pair him with Hawkins and let them play the "bad boys of the school" makes people want to see them get their asses kicked)
Face Teams:
Usos (the ooo-so thing kind of works, but they never get to showcase their talents)
Primo/Epico (need a face turn, could be the entertaining high fliers)
Kofi/Truth (they worked well before, why not now?)
Bourne/Gabriel (Bourne is supposed to be back soon, pair these guys up....both have the best top rope finishers in the game, they could tear it up)
Tensai/Clay (what they are doing is fine, keep it going)
