"I WAS INSIDE YOU!"
I remember rumors of Steve Austin being in this film, was that true?

FOR ALL THAT IS HOLY! Why the have they made a sequal to the worst 'comedy' ever committed to celluloid (or whatever they filmed it on). This one looks equally as bad, if not worse.

If we are going to get an unnecessary sequel, at least make it a comedy that was already good, like Step Brothers

I like the original. Hope this one is good.
Shame no Rob Schneider though.
I guess they couldn't come to terms on money issues.

I'm a big fan of David Spade so this will still be pretty good without Schneider. I read an interview with Rob where he said "they should think, What money does Rob need?". Cracked me up.

The first movie had it's moments, but it certainly didn't warrant a sequel. Sandler's last few movies have been a constant reminder of all the great stuff he used to be a part of. Now he just makes cheesy, easily predictable, formulaic rom-coms and family flicks.
If he was going to make a sequel to one of his movies, I would have preferred it have been to one of his best like Happy Gilmore.

While I enjoyed Hitch, Kevin James is one of the worst things to happen to comedies in recent memory.
Also that chocolate wasted line is the most over quoted unfunny line used

I think the criticism is a little too harsh with the first "Grown-Ups". It was a fun movie and you can sense the cast and crew enjoyed filming. I think "Just Go With It" was another recent Sandler flick is vastly underrated (even if it was a little predictable). If you want to talk about a bad Adam Sandler flick, I suggest you watch Jack & Jill...now that was bad.
The thing with Sandler films is that they follow the same formula. I think if Happy Gilmore or Billy Madison were current releases, I don't think they'd get anywhere near the same love.

Sandler has made some decent movies within the last couple of years such as Click and though it wasn't a Sandler movie, Funny People was good too. I understand the audience for Grown Ups so I can see why people have different opinions on it. But movies like Just Go For It and Thats My Boy just seemed forced. Happy Gilmore just flowed nicely and wasn't too over the top. Now if he made more movies like The Wedding Singer though, we'd be golden.

Zohan, Jack and Jill, and Bedtime stories were really lame. Last movie of his I enjoyed was Grown Ups. Before that Click, and before that the Longest Yard.

Punch Drunk Love is a very good non-sandler sandler film but I enjoy slow movies.
