Man injuries are plaguing these playoffs. Great, competitive basketball though, without all of the stars it makes it unpredictable. Glad to see the Grizzlies move on. I really did want the Rockets to move on, I guess I'll just have to play MyCareer more.

What is next for the Celtics? It looks like they are stuck with a starting lineup of Pierce/Green/Garnett/Lee/Rondo and a bench with Terry/Bradley/Bass/Sullinger/Melo/Crawford next year, which would get them another #7 seed.

I've always believed that the success of the Celtics runs through Paul Pierce, he's their best weapon. I said that at the end of last season, that he needed to slim down and play like he did a few years ago. Not gonna happen. Father time caught up with him quick. He had another inconsistent season followed by postseason where he shot .368 from the field and .268 from downtown. There's not a whole lot you can do besides blow it up. Either that or give them an encore and just let their contracts expire. Or they nab a superstar via a trade. They have pieces, but who and what's available is a different story.

As far as the Hawks, my main priorities are to get a Center so they can play Horford at the 4, replace Larry Drew, and let Josh Smith hit the bricks.

Pierce had a fantastic season after Rondo went down, All Star type. So hes not washed up at all. By the playoffs, he was worn out. He had tried to do too much and it just caught up to him.
I hope they give it one more go, they arnet gonna get studs for Pierce in a trade, why not keep him, upgrade the bench and go for it one more time.
Courtney Lee, Wilcox, and others need to go.

We can go after Josh Smith now without giving up the whole squad, which will also delay the rebuilding phase at least another year or two. Not saying we'll be championship contenders, but we will still make the playoffs and give teams trouble. Just wishful thinking but what if Lebron wanted to come to Boston after his contract is up?

Doubt Lebron goes to Boston. It's Cleveland or Miami.

Even w/ a depleted roster, Lebron did not want to face the Bulls. Heat have the advantage, but the Bulls are gonna make em fight like hell for it. If Deng and Hinirch can get back healthy, and add Biutler to them, and that's a great defensive group that will make Lberon, Wade, and Chalmers go crazy.

I see another Miami sweep, unless Chicago can get healthy, which I doubt.
I love Thibs and the way the team plays, but there is no way Brooklyn should have lost to that team. But I guess thats what happens when you have a team filled with talented bums.

But I guess thats what happens when you have a team filled with talented bums. Exactly. The Nets have talent they are all just lazy as hell. Watching Noah play yesterday (and most games honestly) gave me chills at times with the maximum amount of effort he's putting into every single play; all on one foot. Also goes to show how Thibs can get maximum value out of the smallest of resources. I also don't believe we got a shot against the Heat. As someone else mentioned though, they def wanted the Nets and not the Bulls. They're really going to have to work for every single win they get in this series now. We need Deng and Hinrich back for sure though if this is going to be competitive at all. Luol usually plays LeBron pretty well, and Kirk's floor presence is unmatched by anyone else on the team. It'll be a fun series either way I think.

I could see Lebron go back to Cleveland, I doubt it happens. But I could see it.

I watched the 30 for 30 on Reggie miller and the Knicks after their game today. That rivalry was so awesome. I miss the old nba.

I loved those days.
I've met reggie once, real nice guy
