Here's a general one: Shawn Michaels' entrance gear and entrance routine (including the pseudo-stripping to "Sexy Boy") in the mid-90s. I used to tell my friends who didn't watch wrestling about this amazing performer, totally leaving out the striptease act he performed while wearing sequined chaps and a biker hat before every match, to a song he sings proclaiming himself a sexy boy. Honestly, as a die-hard wrestling fan, I think I just trained myself to ignore that part of HBK's act and enjoy the matches. But it definitely left me with some explaining to do if a friend finally saw Michaels on TV. "This is the wrestler you like so much? O-Kayyyy..." I hate to admit you are right lol

A more recent one...
Ric Flair's TNA run. His whole time there was an embarrassment. I lost so much respect after the greatest retirement of all of wrestling was ruined. And NOTHING he did there was memorable or contributed to his legacy. It was so awkward and embarrassing to me that I couldn't watch most of it. I'd flip it.

I really like Flair but his TNA run annoyed the piss out of me

Everything has been pretty much covered, so thinking outside the box, here is something that makes me cringe. Any backstage moment or 'conversation' where the performers dont acknowledge the camera, never has & never will work for me when it comes to pro wrestling. The camera should always be ackowledged, it is so embarrising watch crap like this.
